First, I want to thank New York City Behavioral Health LLC staff and program for the impact that it has made on me as a person. 😊 I really feel like I have a completely new outlook on my life, and the goals I want to pursue. 💯 Having someone your age with similar problems and struggles made it a great experience with talking and coming up with methods to treat whatever it may be. I have regained my confidence, energy and given me a new outlook on life. The groups and therapy always got to the core of my issues and the community are so strong that talking to your fellows is easy and actually encouraged.
