So happy that I discovered Comprehensive Family Services! I loved the atmosphere at the agency! The space and visitation areas are child-friendly, safe and spacious. It has a very welcoming appeal, and the people who run CFS are understanding, knowledgeable, and spend time discussing what you need.

The idea of a center/organization like this one is great and much needed. However CFS is money hungry and it is this that drives all they do and how they do it. They will bend over backwards to accommodate as well as in the court reports for the party that is paying. I would coution everyone to volunteer to pay half even if the court mandates one party to pay because if you are a non-paying party, you will be treated as such by CFS.The social workers claim to be trained but they get wrapped around the finger of a narcissist and played like a fiddle. It’s a shame because if they were truly impartial and not so money focused they would do so much good in the world to protect children first and foremost, allow connecting with a parent in safe conditions and make a profit as more people would advocate for the organization.

CFSs staff was very professional in handling my case. The Social Workers providing visitation services were very considerate and respectful. Visitation space is clean, safe and kid friendly.

This place is possibly the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. They were very quick to take my money to render services, but very slow to provide the appropriate services. They never return your call or respond to your emails. Just as an example I have been contacting the social worker who is handling my case for more than a month now about a report she herself told me would be completed a month ago because she was wrapping it up. That was on May 17th, it is now June 24th....Highly unprofessional, highly irresponsible, and very unethical the way they do business! Do not waste your time or money here! You will regret it!

This place is a horror!, .I have had the worst experience dealing with everyone who worked and including Richard Spitzer himself, would show up to my visit after a nite of cocaine binges, he would be unshaven and totally disheveled. Never provided a honest report. He would demand substantial money upfront but would not return service when ordered. He was often found in casinos gambling and drinking and would then show up to visits after an all nighter!. This organization is nothing more than an ambulance chaser for supervised visits and Richard Spitzer is an extortionist who will use your children as his pawn! just horrible horrible place to even walk in!

Called for an inquiry, and right off the bat the manager huffed on the phone as if she were annoyed before i could get a word in. Very bad first impression.
