The interior of the hotel was very clean. The amenities and room provided were a great value for the nightly rate. Centrally located. Issue is that (like most hotels right in middle of the city!) you have to double park to load/unload, which isnt always fun.

Ive never had any worst hotel breakfast with abysmal choice. They didnt even have water so I had to drink 7 up for breakfast which was awful. Only offering was a dry bagel with cream cheese. And a cereal offering with two options. Eggs were dry. Bacon was rock solid. The view is great from the club lounge but not when you have to eat $#[email protected] maker in the room was broken. The person who was supposed to bring up the replacement never came. The faucet in the room was broken. Asked for it to be changed but had to call twice more to actually get service.We are life time titanium so weve seen a lot of Sheratons and Marriott chains but this was one of the worst.Not recommended.

Good location just outside of Holland tunnel for Jersey access. While the standard in NYC is often lower(and smaller) this place is one of Sheratons better properties left in North America. Lounge has great views north, very close to Chinatown and little Italy. Only tough thing is parking, could never make it to hotel garage

Nice hotel, clean, location is a bit out of the way for things to do and the financial area doesnt have much nightlife either. Room needs updating but again it was clean and neat. The Club Room has a nice breakfast but is only open a short time otherwise. All in all, just slightly underwhelming for what we had anticipated.

I stay in Marriott/Sheraton properties 50+ nights a year and this was one of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. Computer system was down at check in. 75+ people crammed in the lobby trying to check in. Staff was not friendly. Elevator was leaking water from the ceiling & rooms were sub par at best. 2 days later when I went to check out and get a copy of my room bill, their system was still down. Was supposed to stay here again in a few weeks but I cancelled and will find something else because clearly they cant get this place operating properly.

Ive been travelling for 15 years and this hotel is one of the worst hotel that ive ever been. The reception not friendly at all. she seems like doesnt want to work at all. my room smells like old empty room, the phone in my room is not working. the lobby is a freaking hot, and there is no concierge at all, and we have like 10 luggages to bring up in small elevator. it was horrible experience for me and my friends…

Horrible hotel, with no guest service understanding. I booked the room, but when i came they don’t provide me this fare because of glitch in the system. After that they didn’t even let me to use the restroom.

Worst check in experience ever ! Blame it on the computer system…. Wait 30 minutes in lobby, got the smallest room w titanium elite status. Exec Lounge opens for free breakfast from 6;30am to 8;30am. Why ? Guests on vacation are usually up after 9am. Elevator 2 out of 3 not working at 5pm. A Marriott hotel ? Over $200 a night ? Welcome !

Overall this hotel had a vibe that was unexpectedly upscale, I immediate felt noticably under dressed when checking in wearing a t-shirt and sweats - I think the kids would call this place bougie 😎The room at first appeared to be fairly standard but I later did notice the little touches, for example actual wood furniture (instead of particle board).However I wont likely stay again due the parking situation in the area. First valet isnt offered here. Street parking isnt going to happen, dont even try. The rates for the two closest garages where the HIGHEST Ive EVER seen anywhere in the city -- 24 hours was $102!!! Walking a half mile cut that price almost in half. Id even suggest parking somewhere else and taking an Uber back and forth from there; seriously.TL;DR Post covid many hotels are still closed to the public so Im unaware of anything better existing in the immediate area; expect an upscale vibe with insane parking garage fees.

Just fine! My sister has been very fond of staying at this hotel since we were kids. She truly loves the feeling all over the place and the great interior. Their food was amazingly fine and awesome! I am quite glad that a great hotel still exists that treasures its customers. A respectable and popular hotel where you can stay. You will definitely never be disappointed. Uh, thanks!

The room was clean and new. The workers are all welcoming and friendly. I find it very nice and good for individuals taking a vacation. Well, the good thing is, the hotel is near a bus stop. We enjoyed our stay here. The experience was exceptional. Greatly recommended!

I stayed during quarantine times and I would say the rooms are a pretty decent size. The cafeteria food not so great. The employees/nurses/doctors/security guards were great. They were friendly and polite they made they stay great.

I ended up staying here last min for 5 nights and I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised. For one - the location is perfect - right in the entrance of both soho and Tribeca. Every staff member we interacted with here was so nice, It really changes your stay. Rooms are typical smallish NYC rooms but was perfect for us as we just spent some time there but were out most of the time . Everything was clean and only con was that to date (end of June), the beautiful rooftop and biz lounge are still closed due to Covid. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at the Hotel for one night and was charged for a Vanity mirror that the front desk person first told me was missing, and then when I questioned over and over she told me it was broken. So I advise you to do I walk thru with someone from the Hotel when you check in and when you check out. I Have been in so many places all over the world and never in my life had to pay for something missing or broken in a Hotel room. Be aware.

This place used to be my favorite. Now, its very mediocre. I was placed in a very outdated room. The security deposit has increased from $100 to $200 and the view of a brick wall for 6 days is simply the worst. I wont return.

Room was a decent size. It had a big flat screen smart TV. Staff was very kind. Rooms were clean. Appreciated the blackout curtains. The view from my room was amazing. The only con was the tub wouldnt drain quickly enough so it would fill up as I showered.

The Sheraton Tribeca hotel is a awesome place to come and stay. The staff is friendly and always looking to help people. The rooms are clean and the A/C is working nice.The filters where clean and along with the heating equipment circuit functions

It was a normal hotel with nice people. The rooms were clean and well stocked. I would’ve liked a mini fridge. The staff at the front desk were the nicest. Location is great, easier parking then in other places and you can walk to SOHO, Chinatown, and several train stations. You can also walk to World Trade Center where it is impossible to find street parking at any time.

Omg Im going to miss that bed it was heaven! Only issue is the coffee its to strong but still good! Thanks for the gracious customer service!

Great location between Tribeca and SOHO

Bad experience. A very tired and old hotel with broken elevators and sun-standard ‘club lounge’ (I use that term loosely!), and unfortunately staff were not very helpful either. I come to NYC 7 times a year but won’t be staying here. Shame :(

Recently spoke to Katy through the phone. When I say amazing service it was amazing. I was amazed to see the professionalism and how well she resolved our issue. She instantly gave us other options to accommodate for our issue. She maintained a calm persona and created and calling healthy conversation through the phone. Just went to bring a friend food there they are dealing with covid-19 patients and doing a good thing my prayers go out to the sic get well

We booked a hotel here a month ago and received confirmation a few days before that our reservation was confirmed. When we showed up at the front lobby, we were told that the hotel was closed to the public, nothing else. We went outside, confirmed the address, and then went back in. It was only then that the hotel staff approached us and told us that the hotel had been converted in a Covid-19 treatment facility and that we should have received notification weeks ago that our stay was canceled. WE RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION! And we unknowingly exposed ourselves to Covid-19. How are there not better protocols to prevent unknowing individuals from entering that facility? And why wouldnt you contact us? Customer Service also did nothing and admitted no fault about their non-existent policies. And we had to rebook a much more expensive room at a different hotel for a much higher price. I will never stay at another Sheraton property because of this.

Positive: This hotel was nice, the room was a good size and definitely much more comfortable than the last hotel we were in. Negative: We were extremely disappointed with the shower in this room. The water was either way too hot or way too cold, it could not get to a medium temperature we tried for about half an hour trying to get a standard temperature. We had to take a super hotshower

We enjoyed our stay here because of the great views and great service. Food was exceptional, and overall, the place was pretty good. They have beautiful lights that make the room romantic. The room has complete facilities, so you dont need to worry at all. You could ask for help from the lovely staff if you really need them.

After a stressful week at work, I decided to have my vacation leave. I booked three nights at this hotel, and they did not disappoint me! The hotel view was great, the food was delicious, and the service was pleasing! The room was super clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience!

The Sheraton hotel is a beautiful place to stay in. Unfortunately it is not an ideal situation if dont have the money to get your own food. Because what they serve for meals will not fill the belly of a baby much less an adult.

The staff are often loud at times it should be quiet. The cleaning staff same thing constantly slamming doors as they go in and out. One girl had her music playing from her phone out loud on speaker phone smh.

Im currently staying here now and when I order food it takes over 15 - 30 minutes for me to get my food therefore the hot food that should be hot is now cold! Please improve on better customer services and food delivery

Close to a subway station and good food. Next door to a planet fitness if you want to work out (as most of the hotels amenities are closed right now do to covid). The rooftop bar has an AMAZING view and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The view is killer on the balcony of the 21st floor. You can see the empire state building. The rooms are comfortable and modern design.

The service here has just been fantastic; whatever I needed was brought to me right away. The hotel staff was amazing because she has been most helpful. The food was so delicious; the entire experience was really great.

HORRIBLE!!!!! On the coldest days in January the heat is not working and the employees have no sympathy. They lied and said the problem was fixed, however 2 days later its still cold. It was 50 degrees in my room. Worst hotel ever!!!! And I travel for my career so I know about hospitality. They had no comforters to offer only sheets. WORST SHARATON EVER!!!!!

Sheraton beds are always comfortable! The hotel rooms are clean. Due to COVID, they are not servicing the rooms other than bringing towels. The staff is friendly, and people are wearing masks. The hotel is in a grey area, and next to a bodega. This was extremely convenient. They have food and drinks. Stopping by for natural juices and protein smoothies every morning was great!

The hotel is great. Staff on so much. It is an isolation hotel at the moment. Food is great. Beds are even better. Staff is horrid to say the least.

Had a nice stay here and cheap prices for the area due to covid! The hotel is walking distance to a lot of nice areas (soho/ west village/ tribeca) with good shopping and restaurant options nearby. Also trader joes is an 8 min walk away which was great to grab snacks and breakfast as no food was being served at the hotel during covid. The room was small and sitting at the desk was slightly cramped but the bathroom was all good. Also AC was not loud like in a lot of places. Only thing is that the room was slightly stuffy (window only opened a small amount due to the high floor) so took a while to air out. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel is very clean, sheets are crispy and super comfortable. Their towels are soft. Just make sure they don’t put you next to a room that is there to party, because it goes all night long. Doors slamming as they are the only guests in the hotel. We’ve stayed here for business and never had that problem, but prices are low now because of Covid, and that attracts the wrong crowd to be around.People working are friendly and professional. They are the only reason I’m giving 2*

Such a comfortable stay. Even though they are not doing everyday service, the staff is so apt 24 hours a day with whatever supplies you need when you run out of them in the room. The location is just the best.

Positive: Great location just off the subway, easy walking distance to Little Italy, Hudson River Park, 9/11 museum. Room was spacious for NYC. Negative: Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though was non smoking, and all of our clothes came home smelling like old cigarette smoke.

We (couple, mid-late 20s) liked this hotel a lot. The staff at the front desk was awesome! Very nice view from the rooftop terrace. The only thing we have to criticize is that there were no water fountains to be found. We always seek to reduce plastic waste and would have loved to fill up our own drinking bottles with water instead of using the provided plastic bottles. Other than that - great experience!

Very nice hotel. Interesting location. Can walk right past it if youre not looking for it. The rooms are small but convenient depending on the length and nature of your stay. The glass shower doors are a nice touch.

Bed and room exceptionally clean! The bed was very comfortable with high quality lines. The service from the bellhops was over and above, they ran out to get a taxi for us, after offering to do so. The front desk upgraded our stay, although we are not members. The shower was very clean, the lights were muted, not glaringly bright. There was a nice makeup mirror I appreciated. The view was extraordinary from the 22nd floor. The breakfast was good; there were gluten free options available, and blueberries for our oatmeal. There was a charge for the internet, which surprised me, so we just used our cell phones instead. There is a refrigerator in the room, which was great for leftovers from our Chinatown dinner. We were near the elevator which does make a sound when going up and down, so we used white noise on our cell phones and never heard it. We had a king room and a sofa bed, there were 3 of us in the room and we didnt feel crowded. All in all a very lovely stay

So many great places to stay in the city, this is not one of them. The staffs are mediocre at best. I had to call the front desk to have them clean our room, and they did not give me service when I asked. The room size is smallI Will never come back here again, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the horrible service

I travel to New York multiple times a year for both business and leisure and have stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca on most visits. This was my fifth stay and the property and while it’s not the fanciest hotel in the Soho/Tribeca area it’s definitely my go-to in the area. The excellent service of the staff, cleanliness, convenience of the location for both walking/sightseeing or catching the subway cannot be beat (especially for the price!)

This hotel was near to the city proper and we always stay here whenever we want special bondings with the family. Their staffs were very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. The hotel itself, the restaurant and their rooms were very clean and comfortable. We love every time we are here! Thanks, guys!

My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel for 4 days. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We paid a little extra for the club level privileges, which worked very well for us. The food was good. Staff was great. View from the patio was spectacular. We loved being close to 3 different subway stations, which gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great experience!

Saturday, Sept 12th, I had reservations made through Marriott app, when I arrived the Front Desk clerk ask for ID which I provided, then ask for credit card, I told her I did my business through the Marriott app website, and I could provide the last 4# of my CC, the front desk clerk kim wanted my CC for $200 deposit, I told her last month I was there and didnt have to leave a deposit since I would pay cash for my incidentals and the Marriott app had $50 deposit. I checked in on my mobile app but was not able to use the digital key because the app requested to stop by front desk, which I did, and front desk clerk kim would not provide me with my room keys even though I made purchase through Marriott app, Marriott app presents fraudulent claims of digital key which you cant access because they request to go the front desk anyway. After the rude and obnoxious behavior of front desk Kim I requested to cancel my stay, which Kim stated they would charge me anyway, I call Marriott customer service who told me he would call the hotel for my cancellation and refund while I hold on the line, he came back and ask my credit card information which I used for the reservation, several times he kept asking again for my credit card information, afterward he said his system was not allowing him to cancel or perform any service. I was able to change my reservation through the app and saw a couple of days later that Sheraton Tribeca charged me for the stay. I mention to kim that I been a Marriott reward member for 30 years and never had a problem to check-in, which kim stated she doesnt care. It was my worse experience check-in to a hotel. Kim was obnoxious and ignorant. On the bright side I ended going to the Hilton Hampton Inn on Pearl St, and met and receive great service from the Hilton organization. Unlike the Sheraton Tribeca which is in Chinatown surrounded by homeless people and filthy debris around the area, the Hampton Inn area was clean. Ghetto service was what I received at the Sheraton Tribeca.

We had an amazing 8 night stay at the Sheraton Tribeca hotel. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and the staff were fantastic, especially the young woman that changed our room for us upon request she could not have been more professional and a credit to the hotel. The service we received was always with a smile by everyone we met throughout our stay. I will be highly recommending the Sheraton Tribeca to all of my friends and colleagues. The Sheraton in Tribeca has done about as much as can be done given the age of the structure and its space limitations. Everything that we experienced here was decent and met our needs but there was a complete lack of WOW factor or anything extra that would cause us to be excited about coming back here ... except for the wonderful water pressure of the shower and the instant hot water available as soon as the shower turned on. Also, it was nice to have lamps with the added outlets for charging our various electronics. If their was sufficient new competition in the neighborhood, Id be tempted to try it, but until that occurs this is probably as good as you can do in this part of the city.

One of the best hotels simply because its simple, really modern and artistic. Perfect for couples get away honestly .

The Sheraton in Tribeca is just the perfect location to stay in NYC. One is able to walk outside and feel safe and it is close to the subway. The Hotel itself is beautiful . The Lobby is spacious offering cozy seating near the bar area. The elevator system is secured with your room card. The rooms offer lots of light and are very comfortable and modern. It was a perfect place to land after sightseeing and shopping.

I am not a huge traveler, maybe 4 times a year. I dont stay at super fancy (expensive) places; clean, safe, and good location is what I look for. I was happily surprised by the staff. My husband and I arrived at check in which was a very efficient, quick process. We headed up to our room which was small but had a very comfortable bed and great amenities such as good coffee, good bathroom, good pillows.During our stay we were always met with a smile from all staff members. Some times there were complimentary items in the lobby such as popcorn, drinks and coffee which was a great touch. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar each night which was priced well at happy hour! I can’t thank the staff enough for how lovely they all were.

This was a great hotel for its value. Located in Soho, close to chinatown and lots of shopping. Little Italy is also close by. All in all, a great location to stay. A small part of the area seemed to be a little scary to be walking alone, so as long as you are not along, I wouldn’t worry about it. Close to servers train stations, and a lot of trendy coffee/breakfast places. I would recommend staying here, and I would definitely like to stay here again. Very friendly staff as well.

Had a great stay at the Sheraton. The location is great - loved walking around the area. Especially a standout was Gary at the front desk and David the Bellman (he was a hoot). Rooms are small, but what do you expect in Manhattan. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Limited choices and limp fruit. If its not included in your room go elsewhere. All in all a great visit and would stay here again.

I loved my 2 night stay at sheraton tribeca. The staff was friendly, room was clean, good views of downtown. All modern amenities a traveler would need like charging ports, wi-fi, 2 free water bottles a day. Very good restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and dining. Would stay again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sheraton in Tribeca. The area wasnt the greatest- it is located on canal street near chinatown but it was close walking distance to little italy, chinatown, SOHO, and financial district. The inside was beautiful and a very clean hotel.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. You will not be disappointed. Additionally, the location is perfect. There are four subway lines which are close by, one which is right around the corner from the hotel. This is so helpful. Additionally, this hotel is within walking distance to the Hudson River Park, Battery Park, the 9/11 Memorial, the Brooklyn Bridge and so on. We will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and polite. I do wish there was even a small snack offered for breakfast during covid for how much youre paying. The room was clean, small but not too small for two people by any means, the bathroom was really nice but the tp is the kind of low quality tp that feels like thin tissue paper. Ouch.

Beds were comfy, room was small but its NYC so thats expected. Housekeeping only came through once through our whole stay (they didnt come two of the days) and didnt even take our dirty dishes or towels. All they did was make our bed and vacuum. Bathroom was old but worked fine, although the lighting was a little dim. Totally not enough room in the Club Level lounge for breakfast... had to go back down to MY room to get seating. And the only option they offered was to eat breakfast downstairs in the restaurant but it would be an additional charge - like what? You dont have room for us for breakfast (included in our club membership) so youre going to make us pay downstairs? I thought that was a horrible customer service experience. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and it was an average stay.

I was travelling for work and looked for a hotel near where I would be working and close to the subway. The hotel is conveniently located. And the front desk staff was welcoming when I checked in. Its Manhattan, so I did not expect a huge room, while small there was plenty of room. The room was clean and three bed was comfortable.If I had to come back for work I would stay here again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EMPATHY AT ALL TIME.

Clean rooms, wouldn’t call it spacious but not small either, enough for a family of 4. Location is convenient just a block and a half from the ACE subway station (canal st). Surrounding area is just okay but it’s close enough to downtown WFC area and the village. The beds seem a little short, I think anyone over 6 ft, would have their feet hang over the bed. Bathroom and shower is spacious. The club room on the 21st floor is clean and nice, breakfast is served here from 6:30 to 9:30am. The views of NJ and Uptown is beautiful. From the club room and as well the 21st floor you can access the outdoor deck and take in the city views. Staff is also very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is situated in one of the busiest streets in Tribeca. There is constant traffic, noise, people. We picked this hotel because of the proximity to Tribeca, Soho, Little Italy, Wall St. but after a day of walking around town, I wanted a quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. You dont get that at the Sheraton Tribeca. Its perfect for young couples who enjoy the excitement and buzz of city life-not for us.

The Sheraton Tribecas best feature is its location. If you like to walk/run along the Hudson river, wall to the 911 Memorial and Freedom tower it only 1 mile away, great restaurants within a block or two, Anejo Mexican restaurant on Church street, 2 block down and Pepolinos Italian right around the corner from the hotel. Easy access to uptown with Uber/Lyft using the West Side Highway. Request a room on ahigher floor to take advantage of the views.

We read some fairly negative reviews but we love the place. Recently renovated rooms, great views, great water pressure in the shower, reliable WiFi etc. Upgraded to the club level where free breakfast and evening snacks were brilliant. Yes, the club lounge gets really busy - of course it does! So grab a drink and some snacks, tip the wonderful staff, and enjoy the food in your room. Staff were adorable. Rooms are small, but not by NYC standards. Lacking cupboard space but thats hardly going to ruin a holiday. Yes, its loud outside, with lots of traffic noises making it up even to the 21st floor. Its NYC! Take ear plugs!

The staff were great! The hotel is located on Canal street straddling Tribeca, SoHo, and Chinatown so its a great location if you want to stay in any of those neighborhoods or just want something south of Midtown. The subway is close including the Q train which gets you to Brooklyn in 20 minutes.The size of the rooms were typical for NYC. We had a room with a shower instead of a bathtub. Not sure if that is standard. Theres a bar, gym, and restaurant. Breakfast wasnt included with our room rate. Not sure if its offered without purchase in the restaurant. The rates were $20 better than comparable rooms in Midtown for this time of year; we stayed in January.

The staff was excellent, the lobby and bar were modern and beautiful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. I sent a request using the BonVoy App for them to make the sofa bed for our daughter and when we came back from dinner, it was done. So convenient.

The place was nice however no one came to clean my room during my stay so that was a bit disappointing
