A nice, average conference center. Helpful staff. Chocolate chip cookies and brownies for snacks were pretty good. Unfortunately at lunch all the sandwiches had dressing on them and not everyone likes that. I know I do not.
Open, bright, clean setting. Very convenient location - steps from the train. Clean restrooms. Good registration area outside of the meeting/conference room. Good spots for event signage in and around the conference room.
What a fantastic facility. I hosted 5 individual seminars Monday through Friday and it could not have gone any better. With the help of AJ and his team, the weeks events went smoothly. AJ was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed to be successful. I will continue to host events here and would recommend to anyone.

Was in the neighborhood to film an iconic T.V. Series. This location was used as holding for Extras to sign in and check wardrobe. I didnt see much of the building.
Our event went very well. The service staff were very attentive. Food deliveries were handled promptly and the venue was setup well. The Empire Room (A) was very roomy and comfortable for the 70+ persons that attended. Definitely will use again!
This is very strange conference center. It is not a typical one-story design. The lower level and the upper level will make you crazy. The stairs are high. Not only me, but all the attendees say it is quite a workout climbing the stairs to the upper level. If you have heals, good luck.
We used this facility recently for a 100 person off site meeting. The facility was modern, well kept up and served our purpose well. There were also several smaller meeting rooms that we used for break out sessions. I would say overall that this facility met our needs and was clean and comfortable.
Conveniently located near several hotels and within walking distance of several attractions. The conference rooms are nice. The food is decent, but Id recommend skipping and finding meals somewhere nearby.
This is a tricky location. TKP is centrally located close to most points of mass transit. This location also offers helpful customer service. HOWEVER, with each request you make, TKP is secretly keeping a tab and will send you an invoice later. For example, my team rented this conference space for $1200. This included tables, chairs, WiFi, mics, speakers and a podium. Who would have believed that, when we arrived with meeting materials in hand, we would be forced to take the elevator (although the location was completely empty), and we would be CHARGED an elevator fee. Let us take the stairs, please! Further, don’t ask for the WiFi password more than once. You’ll be charged for that too. Do you need to print something out? CHARGE. Do you need to make copies? CHARGED. is your microphone too low, and you need to have it turned up? You guess it right, that will be a CHARGE. Even if you ask for these services upfront, be charged for a package deal, but some how they’ll still find a way to hit you with an additional charge. Buyer beware.
Good area - very easy to get to via mass transit.The restrooms are frequently out of paper. It seems that they do not maintain the restrooms during events. The caterer that they use is not very good and the staff onsite often forgets to out out plates, utensils, cups, napkins, etc.Ive been to a handful of meetings here and hope that I do not have to attend another at this location any time soon.
Had a work event here and spent the day. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Forget the room we were in but it was well lit and voices carried well.
The food was very terrible and service very quickly. Steaks, chicken, everything was perfect cooked. Such an grateful experience.Thank You!!

Great conference space, multiple rooms, good set up to host event.
It was disorganized, cluttered, and messy. The tablecloths were a wrinkled mess, like theyd just pulled them out of one of the laundry bags that were sitting outside the front door blocking the doorway. The light in the ladies room had been broken for a week. The food was set up ontop of a bunched up table cloth that appeared to have been thrown on the table after a previous event. Also, the food was mediocre at best.
