I was back at Rosetta today after some 10-years of diagnostic work, and I am pleased to write how excellent their work and support has always been and continues to be in all categories. Smooth organization, prompt testing, kind technicians, courteous and competent staff. Most memorable is that the radiologists confer with me before I leave to discuss the findings, answer my questions, and explain the testing. I wish there were more facilities like this. It is exceptionally significant when many patients come in for annual mammograms or follow-ups and are concerned or nervous; the atmosphere and ethos are calming as well as competent.

Today was the first time I had been to Rosetta Radiology and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They followed Covid protocols very well and I had to wait maybe 5 minutes tops once I was processed by the front desk. Michelle was my X-ray tech and she was so sweet. She walked me through all of the details of my procedure and was very patient with the questions I had. Dr. Rosebaum performed the test and he was also lovely and thorough. He was able to give me my results within ten minutes of my test being done and I was on my way. I’ve had this test done at other facilities and just felt like a number, but the team here seemed to care about my comfort which I very much appreciated.

I would not recommend anyone going to this practice. The reception staff are really rude. I went to the offices and there was no one waiting on the outside to explain the COVID protocol. When I opened the door to reception, following common protocol by wearing a mask, I was approached by a lady raising her voice saying go outside read the sign. The sign she was referring to was not posted at the door but at the security guard station around the corner where no one would see it. After asking her why she was being rude she started raising her voice more and accusing me of being rude. Really unpleasantly experience that ruined my day. No one should be treated like that.

Yes I agree that sometimes the first person I meet at the lobby desk isnt the greatest HOWEVER ( with a capital H) once I get to the 3rd floor...I am in wonderful hands. Everyone from the receptionist to every single doctor and sonogram technician are fantastic. Aside from always being on time which I appreciate, they are kind, professional and friendly. I have never ever felt like I was in a factory ( like another place I went to for 17 years). Rosetta is amazing. Dont hesitate to give them a visit! I promise you wont be sorry.

Very Nasty to the elderly in explaining covid protocol.Poor woman was so belittled bc she didnt understand...then another elderly person came in and again yelling at her shaking her fist and arms at the patient.The one who takes their temperature in the front.

As both a patient and a provider who sends patients to Rosetta, I am eternally in awe of the professionalism, skills, and care the staff and doctors show time and time again. I’ve been in the care of Dr. Ayala Rosenbaum and Dr. Frank Lombardo for a few years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. The technicians are superb, and the best I have yet to encounter in my career. From a provider (And patient) standpoint, having a radiologist who speaks to my patient before they leave the building speaks volumes as to how they anticipate the emotions many people have walking into Rosetta each day. I wish I could give more stars.

They are amazing. I have been going here for 10 plus years and could go on forever about why they are so fabulous- but will be concise: The Radiologists are incredible and are held in the highest regard by all the peers and patients that refer them. The support team is outstanding- right from the young lady at the front desk, who always warmly greets you and the fabulous Radiology Techs who are born to do what they do- they make everyone feel so comfortable and at ease. On a final note, their efficient and overqualified team have been with the practice for as long as I can remember, the Doctors and Office Management being able to retain such an excellent staff for as long as they have- speaks volumes

Highly professional. Very courteous -- staff address patients using Mr/Mrs/Ms and their surnames, none of that offensive practice of calling out patients first names that is unfortunately gaining ground in some doctors offices. After the x-ray or whatever has been completed, one of Rosettas doctors meets the patient briefly and informs him/her of the findings -- this must obviate anxiety about possible serious conditions. All radiologists offices should be like this.

Front desk lady was horrible. Poor demeanor. She is the receptive at all. How is she even in the front to receive people.

I am a patient here for the past 35 yrs.I have only the BEST to say of the doctors & staff. DR. Rosenbaum,Dr. Rosenfeld, the whole team are the most amazing, dedicated, professionals. It is very rare to find a combination like Rosetta. I recommend it to my children and friends and they are all thankful to me for it.With much appreciation and gratefulness, Eva Gottlieb

Totally turned off by front desk receptionist. Her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary.It didn’t get much better from there. I can not recommend this facility at all and I will be telling my physician not to do so as well..

They put me on hold FIVE times when trying to book an appointment. It took 15 minutes. The service was not good. I would not recommend it.
