Every aspect was excellent. Bright, clean pleasant office and people.No waiting,Id filled out & sent forms ahead as requested, but there were still some papers to be signed. The receptionist explained each as she handed it to me so all were quickly dispatched.Pam came out to get me for the mammogram and was cheerful and thorough.The woman who did the sonogram, whose name I didnt catch, came for me a moment later and was equally pleasant and thorough.All good.

It was a efficient and humane facility. The staff was kind and professional. They allayed my fears. My only complaint was that it was too cold, almost painful but the various staff were great.

I would recommend this office. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and everything is explained properly so that you have a clear understanding of the process. The technician showed a lot of care in making my procedure as comfortable as possible. The office is clean and you feel safe as they have a good process for sanitizing.

Getting a CT done here was a pretty smooth process! I was able to get an appointment quickly and fill out the paperwork online, so the check in process was super easy. I was on crutches during my visit and the staff was very mindful of my limited mobility. CT tech was nice too!There was a bit of a wait but nothing too extreme. If you’re really on a time crunch the wait is probably much shorter if you can get a morning appointment.

Extremely professional and polite. The day befoe appointment you fill out all your information on line. This cuts waiting time in half. I was seen quickly and was out in less than half an hour. Technician very friendly and made experience comfortable.

I received twice-daily texts and emails reminding me of my appointment for a biopsy this morning. That would be fine, albeit a bit excessive, had I not received a call right before my appointment was set to start telling me that they had to cancel because they’d messed up in their system (?) I’d already taken the morning off work and planned my schedule around this appointment, so was incredibly frustrated considering I was at the office already and had no warning. They also gave me an extremely expensive estimate for my biopsy, and when I called other radiology offices was given much cheaper quotes. I’m mad I had to deal with the Madison Ave radiology office’s lack of professionalism and regard for my time and healthcare, but ultimately glad I’ll be getting this procedure elsewhere.

Everyone was very professional and efficient. My sonogram tech was wonderful. I felt well cared for. I highly recommend this practice for your imaging needs!

The one star is only for one of the physicians who is called Wendy. She professionally and carefully conducted the exam and communicated with me about the process during the exam. That was a big comfort to me especially while I was feeling nervous and worried about my condition. That’s it! Besides that, it’s the most uncomfortable experience ever. And the ladies at the front desk, they are busy, yeah I got that. The worst part is about one of the physicians I had an exam with. She’s an old lady without respect and patience. She showed her attitude so badly while I misunderstood anything she said or did anything wrong during the exam. I got more anxious and scared. Which professional physician is going to put her patient in that kind of position? And the exam is about squeezing part of my body by using the pressure machine in order to take x-ray for it. It would be nice if she could warn me that I might feel pain on that part of my body beforehand. I will say she’s an unprofessional physician who can not control her temper.

The Madison location is dirty and the Doctor has NO hospitality. Very cold hearted and did not explain anything.The technician was great 👍.

This was a fantastic place. They had an opening while I was in my doctors office so I was able to go right away. From my front desk experience all the way to being taken care of for my MRI the office was very efficient and well organized. I was called much earlier that my appointment was for and all the staff that assisted me were very kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and informative. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with in my life. please do yourself a favor and NEVER go here. Absolute trash. The centers manager is the least accommodating manager I have ever attempted to work with. Quoted me a rate prior to my appointment and once I got there tried to tell me it was 4x the amount they quoted. All this took over an hour and a half. unprofessionalism at its finest.

The specialist and nurse kept bickering back and forth about HOW to do my x-ray. Even afterwards they both sounded confused and not entirely knowledgeable on what they were doing which made me uneasy. I was re-directed two times to 3 different locations for specific imaging, only to be told It doesnt make sense... spent an entire day for one appointment.

I am a hijabi and had to get x-rays done. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming, fast and helpful.As a hijabi I asked if it was possible to have a female look at me, unfortunately there was only a male tech.Im happy to say, he was very accommodating and very considerate. I was comfortable and didnt have to expose any part of me. Hats of to this office!!! Especially the x-ray tech! He deserves a bonus or raise of pay!

Very well-organized imaging center. The staff at the front desk were polite, efficient and had all my records and information. The CT Tech was wonderful. He explained every step of the procedure I was there for, then walked me through it, and was very attentive to my needs. The procedure involved an injection, and he asked me how I was feeling after the injection. He was completely on top of the situation. I highly recommend this imaging center.

The wait was absolutely horrendous! If there was a delay, I wasnt notified. My appt was for 2, I checked in at 1:45, as indicated, but wasnt seen for my procedure till 3:17. Will not go back for future procedures.

It is too bad the review can’t be separate for the technician and the office itself. The technician was efficient and pleasant. The office experience was not. Waited outside on the sidewalk as guard left and locked the door—of the high rise. Confronted by a crowd now waiting for the one working elevator, was encouraged to take the stairs to the second floor (2 flights). Receptionists were rude and unpleasant. One questioned why we took the stores, while another said “”is this all you have?” In reference to my insurance card. Waited until appt itself to check my insurance and then said your “ your information doesn’t match.” She seemed annoyed that their “insurance expert” had to contact my (very valid) insurance via phone.. I was left to wander around in the hallways a couple of times trying to find the changing room and then back to the exam room. If my baseline for bone density wasn’t now at this address, I would not return in the future.

Great place, went there for my first mammogram, was super nervous, everything went fast and painless, technician was fantastic, very king and understanding.

I have been going here for several years for mammograms because they are extraordinarily thorough, knowledgeable and professional. It IS a small location, however, so it took me awhile to get comfortable going there in this COVID environment. They have done a decent job with precautions, but can definitely do more. They called to pre-register me the day before the appt and I was able to upload copies of my Insurance card and Rx - GREAT! But then when I arrived, there was still paperwork to complete - why not put everything on line? The Waiting Rm has been re-arranged, but if it had been full I would have been extremely uncomfortable, so I hope they really are managing the patient flow - but then why have all those chairs at all? The womens dressing room is extremely tiny and only 1 patient shld be allowed there at a time, but there were 2 of us in the area at certain points - and I dont think the rooms were wiped down between uses. Also, the trash cans in each room were overflowing and the bin of used gowns was almost full. In this environment, there really should be constant cleaning. So, the technical stuff is still 5 Star but the COVID precautions need some work (3 Star), so Im netting the overall rating to 4.

I walked in and scheduled my appointment for a catscan at Lenox Hill Radiology, 240 Maxison Avenue. The nurse who scheduled me helped me to understand better my colonoscopy report.Day of the catscan procedure, the same nurse explained clearly the procedure of intaking the chemical contrast for the catscan.The actual procedure was quick. The only hiccup was I could not open thei locker where I had stored my clothes, cellphone, etc. A staff member unlocked it for me right away.The location was terrific for me as it was only 2 cityblocks away from where I live.Even for those people who live further away,this would be a good place to go for catscans andother procedures.

Everything was fast the staff were professional and friendly.

Great customer service, minimal wait time, (especially because documents were submitted digitally in advance) and the MRI itself was finished in 15 minutes. There was also a relaxing video played during the procedure, so it felt even shorter. My entire appointment was complete in under 45 mins. I was very pleased with my experience!

There are SO many issue with this facility, it’s hard to know where to begin.I had an appointment for a bone density scan for a certain day. The day of that appt they called and asked if I had taken any vitamins. I said yes, bc no one had told me not to. No good, we have to reschedule it even though I had set up my day around that appointment. Oh well. We then set a new date I asked if I would get an email confirmation. She said yes, and of course I never did. Still nothing in writing telling me what to do or not to do for the appt. Oh well.So, I had a 11:45 appt for today and got there at 11:30. Waited until 12:15 and then went to the desk and asked how much longer. They said the tech had just taken the appt before me and it would be soon. I knew from asking prior that the actual test takes 10 mins so I assumed it would be a short wait from there.Waited another 15 mins (I am now there 45 mins) and the office manager got involved and sent me back to get changed. When I asked her “how much longer from this point on”? She said 20 mins tops. They told me to take everything off except underwear, shoes and socks. Ok, done. Now chilly and still waiting.Wait there 15 mins, tech comes out and takes me. I get up on the exam table he does one scan then says I have to take my shoes off. “Ummm….ok, but they told me to leave them on”….oh well. Does another scan, then asks “Does your bra have a metal wire in it”? I say “yes”. Of course I then have to take it off.Then we argue bc I am clearly annoyed for the mess that is this office, the staff and the entire facility and he proceeds to tell me he has been so busy he still has not eaten his breakfast, which he then points to. NOT MY PROBLEM BUDDY.Talk to your boss, just like I will have to do when I get back to my office after getting back LATE from my lunch break.In short, go elsewhere

I had an appointment this past Wednesday to get a CT-Scan and it was my first time ever getting any work done by a radiologist, As soon as I walked in the people in the front desk were very welcoming and greeted me offering me hand sanitizer and other health protocols i may need to feel more safe. As I waited for my name to be called a technician named Marvin came out called my name and welcomed me to the room to get evaluated before getting scanned, he was well mannered, educated and made me feel more calm before my CT-Scan was done. I was nervous but he explained the procedure step by step and he sanitized the machine before I even got in it, once we were done he offered me hand sanitizer and wipes to go. I highly recommend this location for any imaging needs, the whole team is amazing and its a clean environment.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had having a mammogram. The wait time was long. Once I got in for procedure that went in a timely fashion. During my procedure, I asked the technician for a copy of the films burned on a CD. Because my appointment was near the end of the day, everyone seemed more concerned with going home. I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours for someone to burn the CD’s. Too long to be waiting in an office during covid. It turns out, they all left with out doing that! I was trying to be patient as office seemed busy. When I went to the front desk to see what happened, they had checked me out of the system. My CDs were not done, the girl at the desk tried to do it but didnt seem to know how. At this point Im exhausted and just want to get out of there. I needed my cds for an upcoming appt. Front desk girl was making phone calls for help. One more half hr passed. I left empty handed. Staff here seems inept and incompetent. Ill never go back here again! Dont waste your time here! Go to another location like 15th Street location.

The rudest place in town. 30 minutes on hold to speak with anyone. Absolutely no knowledge by anyone we tried to speak with. Rushed care. Many days before results appear. Go to a hospital for these services! There is no reason not to.

I was scheduled for 3 different tests. The staff was so synchronized that I was brought in right on time, handed over to the next technician, and even brought water when I mentioned I needed some. The facility is spotless, changing rooms are practice. Many thanks for such a wonderful experience.
