Don’t even try getting an X-ray here. The machine is always broken. Even if you call beforehand to make sure the room is open and available they will tell you yes. And then when you show up 3 hours later be told the machine is broken.

Walked-in for an X-ray appointment. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. I was in and out of the facility within a half-hour.

Do not sign an ABN at this place. That gave them license to bill me, the patient and not do their job of sending my insurance the proof of medical necessity. Meaning the script from the doctor and diagnostic materials. They charged me a large copay the day of service and threatened that I could not get the MRA if I didnt sign the ABN. Blackmail more or less. I was wary enough already so I did not schedule my next appointment. And sure enough, they started billing me $1,200. Creating a whole medical battle, much mayhem and wasted time.

I felt absolutely humiliated by the staff. If someone young were to walk in, maybe instead of being rude, have some sympathy for someone who is a bit nervous for the results. Not only did one of the doctors argue with me over a script my doctor wrote, she walked away like a 3 year old throwing a fit and called my doctor. I would advise going to another radiology location for more professionalism.

Ive never felt so humiliated, disgusted and appalled in my whole life. I went to this location to do a biopsy and mammogram. The staff was very rude since I entered the door. The front desk ladies were arguing the whole time instead of explaining to me the procedure or answering my questions.The person who did my procedure smashed my breast with no respect or consideration for the pain I was facing. I asked if it was normal and they totally ignored my question. I wanted to scream of how much pain I was in and I kept crying while they showed no remorse of treating me so poorly.As women, we all know how frightening this procedure is because we don’t know if we have cancer or not. I wish they hire people who are “humans” and understand how hard already is to be in that place. The whole place is unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful.A month later I received a bill charging me for an extra procedure, one I never had done. The front desk lady again laughing admitted they made a mistake, but I had to call my insurance to fix it because it was none of their business. I was in shock.Therefore, I would never recommend this place to anyone! Do yourself a favor and go to NORTHWEll. They are way more professional and respectful.

Good service and friendly staff. The tech that did my CT Scan was very pleasant.I will return in the future as needed.When you go in for a test there is already a million things running through you head about what the results will be so dealing with nice people always makes it easier.What would make it even a better is if the facility shared the patients co-pays instead of keeping it all for the facility. Good employees deserve rewards.These big facilities make there money back the first six months they are up and running.Why not give a little back to the people that make it what it is.Human kindness should be a way of life.

Long waiting hours. The bill is under LHR Lenox Hill Radiology. XRay for ankle & foot on same day same time but charged for two co-pays. I never experience this kind of charges. Desperately hungry for money during Covid-19. Will never go back.

They agreed on a 530pm appointment with the GP, we waited over a week and planned a trip into the city. The reception desk refused because the script from the GP could not be produced. Disgusted.

I was able to get in and out quickly. The staff was welcoming and kind. Nowadays its becoming the norm to have to wait for employees to look up from their cellphones to help you. Fortunately, that didnt happen here. Thanks.

Atrocious phone system when trying to speak with someone and ask a simple question. If I wasnt referred by my doctor I would have been put off too much and gone else where.

The facility at 147 W. 15th St. seems relatively competent medically, but trying to contact them by phone is pretty much useless. They either dont answer the phone, or they keep you on hold for HOURS. When I need to make an appointment, or need to change my appointment (as I do right now...Im waiting on hold, can you guess?), I simply walk down to their office. Not exactly user friendly. I guess its good I live in the neighborhood. If you dont, Id advise you to go elsewhere.

If you need a mammogram and want the best experience, then Union Square Imaging is the place for you. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Such a pleasure to see smiling and kind staff. The ladies who actually do the mammograms are also great! Friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make this experience a positive one. Thank you. I highly recommend!!

Excellent speedy service-my dr made the appointment same day and I hardly had to wait 1/2 hr. I thought I would be waiting all day for my x ray. Was super pleased!!

Nice facility and the staff is great. I left two stars because it took me 3 times on hold for 30 minutes plus to make an appointment, they gave me a customer service survey “packet” to take home with me, sent me an email, and a text message. I don’t love companies using my personal phone number this way- especially without consent. They seem more concerned with gathering feedback than the quality of care. So- here ya go.

This is my third time at this facility for the purpose of breast imaging, and I must say that the experience there is like no other. The staff there is wonderful and one feels comfortable as soon as one walks through the door. From the receptionists to the techs! U feel instantly at ease by the manner they portray! Dice I’ve started going there I always opt for that facility. They are great!!

Having a mammogram is never fun. However, at USQ Imaging West they do their absolute best to make it as quick and easy as possible. Youre treated with courtesy and respect from the minute you walk through the door. And my technician is like an old friend. She is personable, has great empathy for her patients and thoroughly explains the entire procedure. How you are treated really makes all the difference.

Went in on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was very welcoming. Told me I needed some document from my doc and even got on the phone with her to try to facilitate the request. There was a bit of a wait time to get called, and then again to be seen; but in all, a very positive experience. Thank you!

Very polite and professional staff members. The technician who did my CAT scan could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The operation ran very smoothly and my appointment was essentially painless. Highly recommend this operation.

This is the most terrible service Ive ever had. First time I came and they sent me home because my doctor have a referral for diagnostic mammogram, but didnt specified that i have a lump in my left breast. Second time i came ...I was waiting for 1 hour and they sent me home because the machine was broken. I came 3rd time and the same story ....machine is broken.Please never go to this facility because you will die before they do the diagnostics.

Great experience. Went in for x-rays--walk-in, no appointment. Clean and smartly designed facilities. Helpful and courteous staff. Fun even, as we joked around some. :) Quick service. From the time I entered the door to the time I exited the door, it wasnt more than 20 minutes.

The technicians were great. Very nice and thorough. I wish I was informed that my prior images were not received prior to me arriving. I appreciate the opportunity to go retrieve them but it would have been helpful to pick them up prior to arriving. I was not aware they had not been received. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This facility is impeccably clean. The sign-in process is hassle free and efficient. The wait time was minimal. The technician was very compassionate and thorough during the 3D mammography process. The staff was patient in answering my questions. Overall I have been having a good experience with this facility since 2017.

Only one of my needed exams was scheduled so I had to wait to be fitted in for the other! Nonetheless, the Ladies were helpful in getting me in and my wait was pleasant! No complaints at all! Thank you and have a Merry Christmas 🤗

Very punctual office. I came on time and had my scans on time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I saw three technicians and they were all kind, smart and sharply focused on the task at hand.

All I can say is that my health providers made a mistake and Union Square Imaging did everything humanly possible to help me out. They feed my children and offered me a room to make as many phone calls as possible to Essen Medical a health company that is completely incompetent and useless. Thank you USI for all your help you are the best. Your compassion and empathy has restored the way I feel about most medical office interactions. Bravo! Way to go!

Very professional staff, efficient, on time, pleasant environment. I once had to wait several hours at a more crowded imaging facility in this network. This location was much, much better.

A thorough and sensitive mammogram, a yearly event with this provider and one that I dont look forward to. But once again, the procedure was over before I knew it, no fuss, no bother, just a cramped feeling when metal met my large breasts and pressed down very yard. I was told to hold my breath before the imaging began and the technician made it seem easy.

I booked this appointment almost 2 months ago. I went for appointment today and they told me they cancelled it because they got no approval from my employer. I am self employed!Then they told me to contact my doctor. Now what? I have approval from my insurance and my doctor who sent the referral.The woman at reception offered no help at all.

Had to fill out the usual paperwork which isnt a problem. Was called for my mammogram at my actual appointment time or close to it. The techmician proceeded to put a lead collar around my neck which I had never experienced before. I said this is new she said no its to protect your thyroid. She said we always put them on. Ive been going to this location for about 3 or 4 yrs and Ive never had anyone put this protective collar on me before. So For the last 3 or 4 yrs my thyroid has been exposed to radiation.

Everyone from the gentle and skilled technician to the front desk staff helped my annual mammogram be a completely painless process. I was surprised to be so impressed with a radiology center and genuinely recommend this particular one to other women.

Dont go here. Honestly wondering if they are running an insurance scam - force patients to prepay for services - even if 100% covered by insurance. THEN they bill the insurance company (and they are ultimately paid twice) and never attempt to refund the patient for the overpayment.They charged me over $150 for an ultrasound that was 100% covered, then they were paid by my insurance...they never bothered to reach out to me, essentially just assumed I wouldnt realize or follow up, and just tried to pocket the extra cash. 4 months later and I still havent gotten my money back.

The technologists who attended to me were professional. They reassured me not to lose any sleep on my future biopsy. The facility was really beautiful

Showed up in 7am in the morning, after the phone call from Lenox to arrange, a totally I dont give a sh!t attitude receptionist said I need a referral. Now my Dr arranged MRI, why do I need to carry one? Basically got booted out. Dr confirms that a email had been sent to Main office. Get u act together!

I have use this facility several times. The clinicians are excellent. Establishment is sparkling clean. The downstairs receptionists are great. Upstairs they can be a little lazy. Telephone wait times can be ridiculously long.

I have been here twice. They are so wonderful..professional friendly and they really help you. My prescription had expired and the lady at the front desk just said call your doctor so you can be seen just like that. Service simplified. This will continue to be my spot whenever I need a test done 😁

Ive been here a few times now and must say that my experiences have been very good. The environment is very soothing and the people are kind and professional. It also goes very quickly which I appreciate.

I was disappointed with the long waiting period and having a full bladder. The supervisor that I spoke with should have properly advised me of other options with regard to my co-payment. Instead, I was advised that I would not be seen because the co-payment had to made upon exam.Understandably, I would have had the appropriate credit card for the co-payment, if when I had called the office they would have told me of the amount to pay upon my exam date. I was willing to bring my credit card the following day to pay the co-payment. Later, it was agreed that once I reached my home, that I call and give the necessary information to resolve the problem.

I had a great experience at Union Square Imaging West. Its not easy when youre going in for testing. The people at Union Sq West were friendly, and great to work with. The tech was encouraging and made a daunting experience so much less scary. Grateful to all of them.

Actually going for the service is fine, but I went to get scans here five times and they lost my prescription sent in by my doctor EVERY single time. Also, they were supposed to send the disc of my scans to a doctor in another state before a surgery. I flew to that doctor only to find out that the radiology center never actually sent the disc, despite telling me several times that they had. In the end they claimed they didnt know to sent it to the doctor???? I had to pay for a rush mail service to get it in time. It could have cost me thousands of dollars if they didnt get the scans!

They took right on time! Very professional office staff, convenient location 2 block from Union Square. I had a mamogram and a sonogram. The radiologist is here to tell you the results.

I’ve been to the facility many times (6+) since it’s very convenient to where I live. Today was the first time where I considered going to another place or requesting a different technician in the future. The individual that assisted me today for my mammogram was quite rude and brusque. I noted her name and will be sure not to be paired up with this person in the future.

Techs were great at explaining what was happening. The appointment started about 45 minutes late. Staff was great tho.

My MRI appointment was rescheduled once due to Insurance authorization issue. The staffs were friendly and said they were really sorry about the inconvenience for rescheduling. The appointment was then made to one day at the same week. Waiting time was short in the early morning. Quite patient and thorough test which lasted for more than one hour. Overall it was a positive experience.

Very clean facility and Alex at the front desk was very friendly. The technician, Susan, was very knowledgable and even gave me a blanket during my scan cause the back room was a little cold. And I was in and out of there in no time. Hopefully I dont need another scan any time soon but if I do Ill be going to Union Square.

The reception staff is terrible and refuse to be honest about how long any aspect of the visit will take. I waited 2 hours for a 10-15 minute wait. AND I never received my images. Now I have to fight to get a damn CD to my doctor. The technicians are nice but thats it. Avoid this facility if you can. I know I will never use them again

I arrived at the imaging cite today and was attended to immediately, the individual at the front desk was very professional and courteous, also the imaging technician was very professional, he made me feel very comfortable by the way he explained the procedure I was about to have. I was very satisfied with everything and everyone at Union Square Imaging.

LADIES BEWARE! IF YOU ARE OUT IN HORRIBLE PAIN DURING A PROCEDURE THE DOCTORS HERE WILL NOT CARE. THEY WILL NOT CARE IF YOU ARE INJURED FROM A PROCEDURE. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY THREATEN YOUR LIVELIHOOD.
