My experience was wonderful. I came on time, was screened at the entrance. All the staff is friendly and caring. They are accommodating to their patients as some were trying to reschedule while I waited to be seen. They had plenty hand sanitizers stations and clean. They also have lockers to put away your belongings. The doctor that took care of me was patient and caring. She made me feel comfortable being that it was my first time for a mammogram. The process was easy. I would definitely come back for my exams here.

Very friendly and welcoming experience especially for a place to provide such nerve wrecking services. I always feel more comfortable and at ease when visiting.

The radiology personnel discovered it, made a phone call to get it corrected and the process contained without delay (5 minutes).My hats off to all the personnel in the department who made my experience all that I could image it to be. Never a dull moment, the staff is always very helpful and friendly. They answer any questions and concerns you may have when getting any kind of procedure. The technicians are always very friendly and put your concerns at ease when getting a procedure. Nice and clean environment.

The reception woman at the door was professional and had the information needed for my arrival. The temperature instrument she used read my temp as 92. Of course this is wrong. A accurate instrument to make readings is needed. She directed me to the next sign in person.The next sign in person was also professional. She verified that my paperwork was complete. She directed me to have a seat. After about 10 minutes she directed me to the next waiting area.I can’t remember precisely but I don’t think the dressing room door had a lock. If this is correct it needs to be corrected.The CT Scan woman was professional, helpful, reassuring, and very accommodating. She informed me about what to expect and even personally announced to me when to hold my breath because the animated voice of the CT machine was not clear nor understandable. It caused confusion. It needs to be corrected. She made a big difference in my overall experience.I would come here again.

Really nice staff and a convenient location. I was quite surprised, as well, with how quickly I snagged an appointment. If I need another scan, Id be happy to go back to Lenox Hill Radiology.

I am a doctor and I love referring patients to this specific LHR facility, and use it for my own family as the staff is so organized, welcoming and friendly. Some facilities have staff that is so distant and perfunctory, NOT here. So sweet!

Worse place ever to go waiting more than 3hr after your appointment time some of their staff are rude they put their friends first before people with appointment will not recommend this place to no one ever on my life it changes name but its still the same worthless place to go.Get a better place than this one, will not recommend not even to my worse enemy.They should close it down or change some staff the got no manners to deal with people.

Very clean and posh office. There is difficulties with parking however its NYC so thats not their fault. Office takes maximum covid19 precautions by checking temperature and having partitions between seating along with sanitizer. The MRI itself takes around 30 minutes. I had it done with and without contrast. They met my appointment time and walked me into the area to change. Theres a combination type code lock where you get to store your belongings. Super safe. My tech, who also spoke Spanish, was amazing. Hes a Hispanic male who made sure to sanitize the MRI and also give me clear instructions making me feel comfortable. He also injected the contrast fluid with ease like a pro! Id def revisit if I have any future imaging to get done

Excellent and professional office. I arrived and quickly was attended too. Radiologist was superb, very experienced and made me feel comfortable during my exam.

If u go to this location service is terrible. Recepción the spend there time talking to each other inset to b helping who has there appointment Waiting time is out control . I request to speak w Hilda (manager) and she never came up. Next time I will go to another place.

Great experience, walked in sat in reception for 5 min and was sent upstairs where my tech was literally waiting for me had my procedure by an experienced tech and was sent home in less then 20 min thank you lenox hill.

I use this place for all my needs in radiology until today everything was fine, one of the employee in the second floor treated me very bad for no reason, she argue whit me and one of they coworkers, maybe she have a bad day but she don’t have to reflect in nobody’s. But for one bad apple, I don’t going to said this place is not good I’m I going continued go there’s. I recomendé.

Overall the place is spacious and very clean. I was able to see that the followed the CEC guidelines in terms of the Covid 19 and the timeframe from the registration to the procedure was fast. The only thing I was not happy about is that after the registration I was sent to the 2nd floor and when I got there there was no one at the reception desk and I felt a little lost. . I was just told, to go to the second floor, I figured out that I just had to seat and wait. It would of be nice if the receptionist at the first floor would just have said Go to the second floor, you are already registered so they will come to get you when is your turn.A little guidance, is always appreciated.

This was my first time at the Broadway location. All of the staff members were attentive and professional. The facility was very clean and neat. I will definitely come back if needed.

It’s a little more confusing now than before (having someone at the front gate keeping - but understandable) but Lenox Hill is always very fast and all the employees are always very courteous. If I have to go for any kind of radiology work Lenox Hill is my go-to.

This is the only honest review on this list of reviews made by incompetent employees. The lack of respect for the individuals that are in need of the assistance is just amazing. Zero care for anyone that has a question or in need of actual help. This is the clear mean of a person who only want a pay check and not true care for human life. This location is filled with young lost employees with zero levels of energy, “ the largest group of lazy waste of a life individuals”. All that money their parents spent to send them to school for them to put none of that information to actual use. The doctors their are also at the point of no return, they must be getting over worked or missing a brain cell, because the simplest of questions puzzle these so call professionals. So just a warning that if you have to deal with one of these doctors get ready to be treat as if you are a ghost or as if your two second question has just caused that doctors half of his life time. Over all this is just a location that over the time is becoming more and more of a useless hell hole of disgusting excuse individuals that are the one we count on to take care of all of us in our time of need. This whole location should be investigated, there is no way in hell they are true 100% profiling your insurance charges. Please be smart and double check everything. & shame on all of you for treating elderly people the way you do, if you can’t handle it the get a different job we don’t care about your excuses no one gets a pass once they mistreat elders

The WORST place to get imagining done. They changed my appointment several times during the week. On the day of the actual appointment they had the Incorrect timing on the appointment then tried to tell me that I had to retake the barium again and wait an extra two hours. They don’t communicate with each other at all. The technician also had to nerve to ask me before talking to me “ how’s your English?” which was absolutely unprofessional. Will be the last time I ever go there and if you have elderly parents don’t take them their unless you are going with them because they will get treated as if they weren’t even there.

The check-in was smooth and my radiologist was a dream. She walked me through every step with humor and kindness.

Great overall experience quick check in by using pre-checkin service i was in and done with appointment in 45min.

At first when you enter there was a rude staff member but then along the registration process and the technicians everyone was so nice and understanding and the process is very smooth and easy I loved how they remodeled the place but I’m in the healthcare field we have to be very understanding to all types of patients that come in with different illness my mom has dimentia so she can’t be alone I know social distance has to be practiced but to a certain extent when we arrived a lady was screaming loudly not allowing me to explain my mother’s situation as why I couldn’t leave her alone yes I understand we all have a job to do and protocols to follow but within those guidelines is being compassionate and understanding of others.

MY mother was told the x-ray machine was broken. Come to find out it wasnt broken the employees just didnt want to bother with registering people.

The receptionist spent the majority of my checkin on her cell phone and the admin had no idea if I had to put on a gown or not. Had this been a routine visit I probably would not have cared but being that my movement is limited due to acute pain in my shoulder I needed to know so I could have my sister assist me in putting on my gown for the X-Ray.

Nice staff, no wait, nice tech but the weather was terrible. Im holding them responsible. Lol. Nice people and perfectly professional.

Went to this location for an mri with contrast and made it to the lab, gown on, when I was informed they couldn’t proceed because of my history of allergies. No mention of this possibility when I scheduled the appointment, nor when I received a reminder phone call, nor when I received an email to prep. No one asked about allergies prior to me entering the radiology lab. Poor organization and unprofessional staff- would recommend patients go elsewhere.

Great experience with the technician who was kind and sensitive during an exam that can be scary and painful at times.

The first time I went to this place I had a bad experience. After I put my complain in Google they got better I had to return for more images and they where on point with my appointment. The technician was very suit, very professional on point. I think her name is jhoana she short,spanish with glasses. This time I didnt last more then a hour.

My procedure took a very long time to get completed, need to add more personnel to cover in the x-ray department.

I had my appt at 9am and was registered promptly and waiting was minimal. My ultrasound tech was Stephanie. Iam forever grateful for her. She went over and beyond. She saw the need for me to get more imaging. Once i was able to get an referral faxed over, she immediately did the images. Her clinical judgement was exceptional where she saw my needs and her devotion to who she is unmatched. Thank you Stephanie for who you are.

The actual procedure was fine and quick, but the check in process and waiting room was very crowded with no enforcement of social distancing. This was very disconcerting in a healthcare setting. Seems they are overbooking patients with no concern for our health (or staff). Both the waiting room itself and the back room where you were taken to change and wait for your procedure were overly crowded with no direction from Staff as to who should go where.Can’t recommend during Covid. Was uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there.

The facility is new, clean and well organized for social distancing. The staff was so so. They could have been a little friendlier and clear with instructions.

The employees were professional, kind and efficient, but Lenox Hill Radiology needs to either schedule fewer appointments or hire more folks to keep things moving along. The long wait times would be ok normally, but not during a pandemic. It doesnt matter much if youre sitting 6 feet from someone when you end up waiting in the same small room with them for over an hour. I was there for a total of almost three hours (I had two consecutive appointments, but still it should have taken about a third of that time, maybe two hours tops). Again, this is a problem with Lenox Hill Radiology overscheduling their facilities during this pandemic, not the employees themselves who were wonderful!

It was a good experience, I just wish I could’ve stayed a bit longer to talk about the MRI results with the radiologist. But kind people overall and looking forward to come back when needed.

The meet and greet was awful. I entered on the first floor to get ignored for a few minutes and then waved to come forward. She only spoke to tell me I needed to be on the second floor. Once I was there I got plenty of attitude from the front desk person. I guess thats because I interrupted their lunch and conversation. Once I was called she tried being nice but I would have preferred an apology. However the technician was professional and handled her business. She was quick and efficient. When a woman is dealing with a matter as delicate as being screened for cancer you should make them feel comfortable upon arrival. I would only go back to this facility if I could bypass the check in.

Absolutely warm, friendly and professional staff!! Social distancing was clearly marked and hand sanitizer was offered throughout the facility. From the woman who greeted me at the door and provided my check-in documents, to the technician who brought me into the radiology area, the technician who conducted the CT Scan to the woman who checked me out and gave me my disc...ALL WERE LOVELY!! I was in and out in less than an hour. Terrific experience especially during COVID. THANK YOU!

My 94 year old mother received grief from security trying to get into facility for her appointment. Once inside, everything was taken care of professionally and quickly.
