At the recommendation of a salesperson at Eileen Fisher in Soho, my Italian cashmere sweater had to be dry cleaned three times due to blue stains caused by the negligence of NEXT’s factory in Kearny, NJ. After my 3rd visit, there was still a noticeable blue stain on my cashmere sweater; however, the owner, Kawser, attempted to gaslight me by stating, “We tried to please you”...Wait, you tried to please ME by repairing the blue stains on my damaged cashmere sweater, which initially had no blue stains. Please note I traveled from NJ to NYC three times with the expectations that Next (Soho) had removed the blue stains on my cashmere sweater, which is STILL damaged. Please do not have your clothes dry cleaned here because the owner’s narcissistic attitude is disgusting, unprofessional and the services are beyond horrible!

Kawser is awesomeeeee!!!! He fixed my Burberry jacket perfectly! I would recommend this place! He is the best tailor in NYC!!!

I am new to the area and saw on Google that they had good reviews. I was there before 8am on a Monday and dropped off 5 items. I was given a pickup day of Wednesday which is wonderful! I picked up the clothes Thursday morning around 7:30am and they were ready and looked great. I am very happy with the quality of the service and will be back!

I needed tuxedo pants hemmed and tapered on short notice for a black tie gala. I was happy they could accommodate. Unfortunately, the pants were tapered much too narrow and could barely fit over my calf. I was picking up the pants for an event that same night - so, there was no time to fix. Either way, the tailor said this was “in fashion” and happily collected my money. To make matters worse, while I was dressing for the event, the seam on the pants split (at the calf). On the way to the event, I stopped at my local cleaners - fully dressed in my tux. Thankfully they were able to reinforce the stitch while I stood in the store with no pants. This was a temporary fix to get me through the night without embarrassment. I still need to have the pants re-tailored. I will not be coming back to Kawser.

I left delicate items there to be dry cleaned, paid premium for the service.The item came back shrunken and was not dry cleaned but instead machine washed.Avoid

Kawser is wonderful! He has now tailored a good number of prom/semi-formal dresses for me, and they have all come out absolutely perfect. With a few looks and pins, Kawser can work his magic with anything. Wouldnt trust anyone else with the outfits I value greatly for tailoring!

Had a broken zipper on a couch cushion that seemed really hard to fix. I brought it to a couple of tailors before finally coming here. The team at Next Cleaners did a quick, great job and did it with a smile. Will definitely be coming back here!

They provide great tailoring, cleaning and laundry services. Its very convenient for me to use them. Overall 5 stars 👍🏼

NEVER GO THERE! And if you end up going do not use a credit card the guy is a thief!I dropped pants for hemming first he charges $35 for hemming while everyone else in the city is $18 and when the old idiot at the register swiped my card they said the receipt printing wasn’t working when I insisted they mentioned “oh so sorry we charged you 280 by accident we will refund you you’ll see a cancelled charge on your credit card” well 2 weeks later they never refunded me + made me pay the $35 cash which was thei end game probably to not pay taxes on it.. thank god I am a Chase Shapphire Reserve member so they will handle the dispute for me!All in all this is just cheap tailor his shop smells like fish and he is obnoxious enough to act like that just because his is in the heart of soho what a shame!

Kawser is the best! He tunes up all my suits to a slim fit. A lot of celebrities use him for a reason! Tell him I sent ya.

I had a pair of Givenchy pants hemmed and tapered here. The hem came out on the night of my wedding. I called to explain the situation and a representative hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional, never coming back here again.

Never go there ! They gonna ruin your clothes and they will not even say SORRY! I pick my The Kooples jogging there, 2 weeks that I ve it, after one wash at this place, I cannot wear it again! Too short !

Very unprofessional....they ruined my dress. Cut it way too short and came back with brown stains. Would not even give me back my money. DO NOT TRUST!
