I love them. Ive been going to them for 24 years. Andy is the best. Always helpful and kind. When we had a fire in my building, we left with out any gloves. We did have hats and warm coats, but Andy was so thoughtful to loan us some gloves to keep warm while we waiting for the red cross. Dorian Cleaners is the best! Oh and they still had my husbands coat he put in there 7 months ago. Five star service!

They over charge you and their cleaning is lack luster at best. Went in and paid for a repair point out 2 locations that need to be repaired. Picked up the garment with only 1 repair done and they wanted for charge another $7 after spending $100 on repair/cleaning for just this 1 visit! Their repair pin was still in the garment too!

Beware!!! Decided to use a wash and fold for the first time after moving to the city. Im hoping this was a one time bad experience, but it was a BIG mistake. I dropped my clothes off around noon on a Friday and was told I could pick them up after 4 the next day. My receipt clearly said pickup 7/2 6pm so I went the next day just after 5 (after verifying their hours on their website) to find them closed for the day. Being that the next day was Sunday, I had to wait until Monday to pick them up, which was going to be a holiday, however they didnt have anything posted anywhere about a closure. I Showed up Monday early afternoon and the gate was down, still no sign about being closed, only their normal business hours sign. I had dropped off ALL my work uniforms, sheets, towels, etc.. So I showed up Tuesday when they opened to get my stuff as I needed it for work that day. I found half my stuff strewn on the counter half folded and half not. The man told me it wasnt finished yet and I would have to come back. When I explained this was supposed to be ready 3 days ago, he said 5 minutes. I grabbed coffee and returned to find maybe 3 more items folded but the rest still on the counter. They let me grab my work uniforms that day at least but never offered an apology, discount, explanation, etc... When I went to pick them up now 5 days past my quoted pickup they didnt offer anymore explanation and took full payment. RIDICULOUS! In addition, an angry customer could be heard on the phone talking about a customer service problem they were having with them at well! You have been warned.

I took a few delicate items to be dry cleaned, specifically a silk dress with an elastic waistband. The stains on the dress came out but there was some sort of splatter looking mark on my dress not even close to where the stain was. The worst part is the waist band is totally stretched out, the elastic is completely ruined and making the dress now look like a sac and unwearable! If you need something not delicate to be cleaned you should be fine but DO NOT BRING DELICATES HERE. Which literally defeats the purpose of a dry cleaner!

Great service. Willing to make same day service happen even though i missed the cut off going into a holiday weekend. Worked with me on delivery to make it all happen. No missing garments. Thanks guys

USE ANY CLEANER BESIDES THIS ONE. I have never had a more hellish experience with a dry cleaners. They are extremely unprofessional and untimely with delivery. After postponing my delivery for 3 days after I repeatedly called them, the owner tried to blame me for the delay. Lastly when they finally delivered my clothes they handed it off to a random stranger without informing me and then it was up to me to go on a manhunt for my clothes. The owner was unapologetic and adamant about him being in the right. Delivery is poor, Quality is mediocre and Customer Service is pitiful. I am officially filing a police complaint against them for destruction of property

Polite, timely service and fast delivery (the delivery guy is very nice). Alterations are hit or miss, though.

Do not let this place alter your clothes. Ive had multiple articles of clothing ruined by their terrible tailor, including having the pockets sewn shut on two different jackets. Frankly I dont even trust them to clean my clothes anymore, despite the fact that I live in the building where their business is located. Stay far, far away.

There were stains on my dress when I picked up my dress from this dry cleaners. They have poor customer service.
