I’ve been using this dry cleaning for some time now and I can tell that the quality it impeccable. Very friendly stuff and pretty décoré makes coming in a very pleasant experience.

So lucky to have found world class cleaners. The quality of their dry cleaning surpasses any other establishment that I’ve tried in the past. My clothes feel and smell like new when they get delivered to me.It’s very clear that they pay attention to detail and make sure you’re fine clothes stay that way. And I love their alterations as well, I finally found someone that knows how to make clothes fit great. The staff is friendly and professional. Quality service, and convenient delivery makes it my favorite cleaners.

I have been using World Class Cleaners for several years for my alterations and dry cleaning and would not trust anyone else but them in Manhattan. Erick at the counter is always very friendly and helpful when it comes to getting my garments done in an adequate time. Their delivery service is great and I get my garments picked up and delivered sometimes.

For almost 20 years, this is the ONLY place I would entrust my husbands and my very best clothing or coats since you dont risk damaging cleaning/pressing with them. Well worth the extra $. What inspires this review, though, is their creative way they just brought an old Gucci coat back to life. The sleek fasteners for my full length coat were no longer working. They worked as a team with me to figure out the best solution - solving it with a hidden zipper so the classic Gucci line held - beautifully executed - and at a reasonable price as well. Thrilled with the result - one of those only in NYC moments!

Fantastic place! While I was in Barneys shopping for a new summer wardrobe, I was referred to World Class Cleaners for my alterations due to my very timely need. They have become my go to dry cleaners and tailors. The free pick up and delivery to my doorman building make my life so much easier! Highly recommended!

I have these beautiful leather pants I dearly love and I accidentally put a stain on them, I was very upset that I might not be able to wear them ever again. I went to a couple of places to have them cleaned, paid a lot of money for the service only to hear that the stain can’t be removed. As I was passing by the World Class Cleaners I decided to stop by to ask if they be able to clean it, thinking that it will be my last try. I spoke with Angelo, the owner of the place, he assured me that he will do his best to take care of it. I could not believe my own eyes when I received my pants back without a trace of a slightest stain. Moreover, the damage that was done by previous attempts to remove the stain miraculously disappeared. So happy with the quality service and grateful for having my favorite pair back. Now this is my go to place for all my cleaning needs as they understand what their customers want.

This is a review of the tailoring-I have been coming here for years and even though it is totally out of my neighborhood I still make the trek because I have always been happy with their work. I recommend people to them all the time.

I would not recommend this cleaner. They outrageously overcharged me for an item that was not worth as much as they charged me to clean it. Unfortunately they had my credit card on file (big mistake!).

I have been using WCC for a very long time and I must say that I am never disappointed!!! I recently had a wedding to attend to and my suit that I was going to use was in need of some serious repairs. I put it off for awhile when I remembered that I had to get it taken care of!! I took it in and they were able to tailor and clean it when a quick turn around!! I can always count on them!! Thank You WCC!!!!

I have been using World Class for many years now and have watched their service continually go downhill. They once lost an article of clothing of mine for over three months and never took responsibility. Their prices are obscenely high even for New York City. Furthermore, they were once supposed to do an alteration on a dress of mine. 3 weeks later it still had not been returned and when I called about it, they hadnt even started the (minor) work required and had no idea what they were supposed to do on it. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I can no longer deal with such terrible management.

Seriously, the guy (forgot his name / wears a blazer) who takes your order should be fired!!!! I took 3 new suits to get altered over 1 week ago 4/10 with expected pickup on 4/13. I went to to pick up the suits on 4/14 and one of them wasnt ready because the pins to measure the arm lengths had fallen off and needed to be remeasured. THE GUY WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME THE DAY BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW! He said to pickup the following day...so I went again to pick up everything and once again THE GUY WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WASNT READY AGAIN! So much time freaking wasted.To add insult to the injury, he verbally quoted me $300. He said it could be a little more or less. The total was $525!!!! How do you quote around $300 and get to $525?!?!The work is good...the service is abismal. And that guy with the blazer just needs to get fired. If not, I will never return to that place.

I had two shirts go missing on my first order. Ive called four times now to have them replace my shirts. Not one person has called me back. Prices are insanely high. A LOT more than anywhere else. World Class bullshit.

Extremely disappointing service!!! I will NEVER do business with this cleaners. They charged Twice what we agreed to for alterations and then 1.5 weeks later than the agreed upon delivery date, they still haven’t delivered my clothes!!! Horrible service, if I could give no stars I would.
