Unfortunately, one of the staff tried to over charge the service and even asked me to pay $50 for the free quote service. Suggested me to clean the whole carpet instead of spot treatment for water stain with he price of $316. And he said it will take 2 weeks for the service. No one wants to wait for two weeks for water stain to be cleaned on your carpet. All the carpet cleaning company knows how to clean on the same day at the same spot. So disappointing.
