Solid staple for dry cleaning. Do a good job with every garment I tried on them including my wedding dress. Only once they altered a bit one of my cashmere scarf. But they did a great job with cashmere blankets and all other items.

I had a pair of brand new jeans that I took there for hem an waist alterations. I asked them to use the original hem and take in the waist in the back. The waist was fine although it wasnt the best quality. The hems turned out awful; I steamed them multiple times but they looked awkward and wouldnt stay in place. I took it back and asked Jake to fix it. He said they would figure out how to fix it. I emphasized to make sure its not short. Sure enough, I got my jeans back and they are too short and they threw the pieces of hem out, so I cant do anything about it now. Terrible job and poor quality.

Do not trust them with your most valuable/quality clothes as they will ruin them. They completely ruined a very expensive cashmere scarf I had brought them, and then argued it wasn’t true. They also messed up the fabric of an expensive shirt that lost its elasticity and became unwearable afterwards. And so on. Way too many disappointments.

The guy who runs this place is so nice. He remembered my name after my first visit. They send the laundry out, so that service is pretty standard and not always my favorite, but its fast and they do a good job with the dry cleaning. I havent had any tailoring done by their new tailor yet, but Ive seen her working on some very complex adjustments for other people. She seems good.The best thing is, you can pick up on Sundays! Oh man! That makes such a difference. I dont think any other cleaners in the area are open 7 days a week.

This cleaners does not only do the best work for clothing and mold he is also the nicest person . I trusted him to clean my 70s and 80s rock and roll tour jackets jake knew how important and valuable they were so he handled them with kid gloves and they came out beautifully. I m going to lend them to him frame them and let him display them in his store for people to view I have Aerosmith Scorpions Nugent AC/DC beatlemania jon Bon Jovi and Bill graham on the green I should frame them come see them when your dropping off your laundry . I’ll ask jake if anyone asks him to see them if they do I’ll be glad to bring them in they are beautiful and they have a load of stories being on the road as management for 10 years with my husband David krebs

Top notch tailoring for my Brioni suit. I am not easy to please so needless to say it fits me perfectly. Will definitely recommend this place to my colleagues for great tailoring.
