I will never come here again. I brought in a bridesmaid dress for alterations and questioned the length that the tailor had my dress pinned no less than 4 times. I asked several times about the lining as well as I was concerned that it was far too short for the shoes I was wearing. I was told not to worry about the lining and that the bigger piece was the front layer. Boy was I wrong. Not only is the lining too short for me to wear the shoes I bought but it is too short for me to wear flats. I am furious. Not only is the lining over 2 inches shorter than the front layer but the front layer is over an inch shorter than I wanted. I spent $95 in alterations on a $100 dress that I am going to hate wearing the entire night. I have never had such a bad alteration job and I have been in several weddings. Avoid coming here for both the price and the lack of quality. I am so upset.

The pricing here is ridiculous. A men’s 2 piece suit cost $18 but one casual dress starts at $15. How?! Not worth it, will find a new neighborhood spot

Rude and overpriced!I’ve been a loyal customer for the last two years and spent hundreds of dollars here in spite of spotty service and subpar dry cleaning (dark pants always come back with detergent streaks, and shirts are unnecessarily stretched even when dry cleaned.)They did a repair job for my shirt but it started to tear at the seams so I asked them to fix it. They agreed to do it for free, but rescinded after they realized that I was getting my other shirts washed instead of dry-cleaned (during the same visit). They figured they’d somehow make up for lost revenue due to me asking for a simple wash instead of $7+ per shirt dry-cleaning.There are plenty of other dry cleaners within a block of this offering better rates and higher quality cleaning and alterations.

Very good cleaners. They can get the stain out of anything. They have good prices as well.They also offer pick up and delivery service which is great.

Great services, friendly staff - they really take care of their customers! I had to go out of the town for a business trip. They cleaned my suits and sent them to my hotel via Fedex. The tailor is also fantastic!

This has been the worst experience of my life. I have just moved into the area and this place looked professional and good. It turns out all of my shirts are ripped in the same location on the crease from the press. I called and was told it from normal wear and tear, but you can see it is from the press. I asked for a refund or some money back since this has happened to 7 of 10 dress shirts I had dry cleaned. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AND BE AWARE!!

I love this place! Good service and friendly people

At first I thought they were great, until I went to put sheets on my bed and found there was a massive gash across the entire sheet. The owner wouldnt replace them and instead only offered to sew it up and said that sort of thing always happens in washing machines (??????). Next, they broke my laundry bag and didnt even offer an apology.Final straw was when they left a massive gray stain on the front of my brand new white shirt and said first that it was my fault, and then changed the story to again be these things happen in washing machines. Worst part was that he began to yell at me that I needed to pay him to dry clean my cotton shirt for him to get it out. Go literally anywhere else.

They are the most responsive and fastest cleaners around! I send so much to them and it always comes back great and exactly on time.

They are pricey than most places. I went there to have 2 dresses cleaned and wanted to charge me $35 each. Went across town on my way to work and they charged me $20 each.
