They are the best laundry/dry cleaner I have ever used. The laundry is done on the premises and I never have to refold anything. They deliver so they will pick up the laundry in the morning and it is returned by the afternoon.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. I echo the other review from 9 months ago. The owner and his wife are not to be trusted. They lost a whole bag of my clothing and even though they had the laundry bag that I had left for pickup, denied that they had ever lost the clothes. They used to have a manager there that was quite nice, but clearly something changed and they are not focused on customer service or even responsible business practices.

Ive been getting my dry cleaning, laundering, and clothing repairs done here for 4+ years and have consistently had top-notch service. Not only are they really good at the their job (cleaning/fixing my clothing), theyre always quite friendly and happy to help! They also can work really quickly if need be!After I moved to a new apartment further from Murray Hill Valet Service, I tried several cleaners located closer to my place for convenience-sake. That was a BIG mistake as each of them was more expensive, slower, and didnt do a good job. Thus, I continue to travel the extra distance to go back to MHVS (and they even offer free pick-up/delivery if need be).I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area!

Absolutely horrible customer service by what looked like the owner and his wife. Cared more about a nickel than providing appropriate service. Their workers on the other hand are amazing.

Love this place. Ive been coming for 3 years for wash n fold and alterations. Everyone is super friendly and they always do a good job!

NEVER go to this place unless you want your most precious garments destroyed. They ruined a designer dress, lied by saying they lost it, admitted they had it, then refused to reimburse me for it. They grossly overcharged for basic alterations. Ive never had a bad experience with a dry cleaners before, but this place was a nightmare.
