Did the hours changed?? Cause on the website it says that it is still open. I was there @ 6:20 pm and it’s stating on the website open until 7:30 pm..and the door was already close but the lights are still on.Previous experience: I went to pick up my coats and they were not ready. The woman at the desk was more entertained with her phone than anything, “I have a lot to do, you can wait or you come back tomorrow” I went back the next day and she had an attitude problem. Before I could’ve even say good afternoon or anything “here”.Another experience before even looking at my receipt, the same woman at the desk. I went to pick up my fiancé clothes, “ come back tomorrow I close the register, if you gonna pay credit I’ll take it” the clothes were already paid for. She has really attitude problem. I don’t know if it’s just me or the woman is permanently angry. This will be the last time I leave anything there. Horrible customer service.

Consistent wash and fold. Quality tailoring. Really friendly staff. Have been using them for a year with no complaints.

This place is absolute trash. They DO NOT wash the clothes. If you get dry cleaning there, they do not wash anything and give it back and charge you a ton for it. We tried to get our money back and they refused to refund. We filed complaints with 311 and BBB.

Not using them anymore. They keep on losing my socks

Used them for years, never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning. Never used them for laundry.

Dont go there!! I was using their service for a while because my husband used to send his laundry there but its over!We just got back from vacation and I gave them A LOT of clothes to clean. My laundry came back yesterday and I noticed this morning a few things missing. I called and the manager (as useless as she is) to complain and I had non-sense conversation for 20 minutes where she was firmly confirming that she gave me back my 15 pieces even if I knew I gave way more and some where missing. She strongly affirmed that she had nothing in the store.I had to go to the store where we were arguing and she was still not moving a bit or either admitting that some of my things were missing.The delivery guy (who is really nice btw) randomly found my stuff and it was basically half of my laundry!!! She didnt even say sorry or anything!!!

This dry cleaners was recommended to me by Monsieur Brunold (custom suits) and Ive had nothing but great results from them!
