Phil is a great dude. I have been to many laundry places in the neighborhood and he is by far the best. 10/10 would do my laundry with him again.

Made me pay $40.49 for clothes I’ve picked 25 days ago. What’s more likely? That they let me go without paying last time or that I paid in cash and they forgot to push the buttons in their systems? They claim that I likely paid with card and didn’t go through... that sounds even more unlikely to me since they would then either not have let me go or they would have marked it in their system.

Clothes were not ready the day after the “ready by” date when I tried to pick up. They shrugged and said to come back in the afternoon (Saturday). When I tried going back, they shrugged and the clothes still weren’t ready and they “might be ready on Monday, maybe.” Terribly run business, definitely go elsewhere.

Decent wash and fold and great service, but skip the shirts on hangars service. I take my shirts elsewhere (Brown Bag and Meurice) due to fading and a lack of quality and havent tried dry cleaning. Comparable prices in the neighborhood for wash and fold ($11.25/first 9 pounds, $1/lb after, $1 sort separates) and they use Tide or some other reasonable detergent compared to other drop shops. Decent tailoring prices and quality.
