Dupont has been my dry cleaner for many years. They clean my spots (and there are many), crease my trousers (in the before times), wash my quilts, hem my pants and sleeves, alter dresses and jackets, and deliver every single article I have ever taken in. Covid hit every small business in my neighborhood but Dupont continues to support me and look after my clothes and quilts. They even store my winter woolens, down jackets, and coats! They are prompt and courteous and I will remain their customer as long as they continue to run their business as they have, where they are, and as long as I live in my apartment close by.

Good quality &Good cleaning on time...

I have literally 3 cleaners around me in a 1 block radius. I came to dupont cleaner my neighbor recommend. and I was not disappointed!The wash and fold service turnaround time is great, and its done well. Ive also had a suit, blanket and shirts cleaned, and all turned out fantastic. Prices are very reasonable.Most importantly, super friendly service! thank Tom.

I took 3 white shirts to them while i was on holiday last month. Not only the cleaning came out bad, i also have rust stains on my t-shirts now. Disgusting!

They lost some garment and took no responsibility for it. No apology, no compensation for loosing it, nothing. The answer was: it is not here as if I did not send them for dry cleaning. They are not the greatest in their job either.

I dislike expending energy to pass along negativity, but I feel obligated to let the community know about my poor experience with Dupont Cleaners.I have lived in the neighborhood for over ten years and have never experienced a Dry Cleaning business as indifferent and unaccommodating as Dupont Cleaners is.I can tell my story but the bottom line is that the manager / owner that was attempting to do business with me tried to pass off incomplete work and tell me that it was my fault that the job was not done in the allotted time.When all parties agree on timeframe for the completion of a job, and the parameters of that job, it should be understood that anything less than a completed job is unacceptable.I will not be going back, but if you intend to use this establishment you should be aware that their employees are not always aware of the timeframes expected of them nor how to deliver acceptable work within an agreed upon period of time.
