They do s good job. The clothes smell clean even after youve worn them.

I got my winter coat dry cleaned and they did an outstanding job. I was asked my several friends if I was wearing a new coat. The buttons were literally shining. Price was also very reasonable and the staff was very nice Highly recommend! :)

Really love this cleaners I only trust them with my delecate clothing. They do a great job with my suits and shirts. They always pack my cloths professionally without leaving rinckles.

Worst drycleaning experience i’ve ever had. Treats customers and their shirts with disdain and does not care what happens to the items. Ruined one of my shirts then refused to take responsibility. Get your shirts done anywhere else in New York to avoid rudeness and incompetence. *Not a deodorant stain; a stain caused by their process

Take it easy, man. Im sure if you asked when the shirts would be ready when you dropped them off, they would have told you Friday at 5pm. Being only 6 shirts would not make a dry cleaning order move more quickly than any others and this wait is pretty standard/ minimal - if you want any faster you just need to pay more (probably at another place). Sounds like you are just upset because your life has ended up at a point where REALLY need a certain shirt for something within 2 days and if you dont get it, youre going to wish cancer upon the person responsible and do so in a public forum (which this clerk has likely now seen). Just take it easy - wear a different shirt, and ask/ call ahead of time. Maybe find a new job.

They have the best customer service ever! Always an excellent job on cleaning, been using them for many years now without problem. Hint: Look for coupons. :)

Had a veeeery bed expirience with tailor. Its like he definatly doesnt know what he is doing. I lost time and money. Had to go back trice. And they late with dry cleaning. They didnt do it at the time they promissed. Terrible place.

They were timely and friendly, but my clothes would come back smelling like chemicals.

I dropped off a few dress shirts for dry cleaning. A couple had collars that were clearly wrinkled but they came back exactly as when I dropped them off.Edit: went back and got the situation resolved. Thanks

Tailor is very good, I been using him for over 12 years. They also pick up and deliver, and bring everything back the same day, cleaned and pressed.

They use a lot of fabric softener on the clothes - something I am allergic to, and asked them to avoid. The harsh chemicals on the clothes now cause a skin reaction. Also, the clothes arent completely cleaned each time - Raphaels might be using a short wash cycle to speed things up...

Seemed good until they tore my suit, mended it, failed to clean it, and tried to claim thats how it arrived. Had they simply been honest theyd still have my business.
