Its fine. Make sure your laundry is over $20 if youre going to use a card. Mine was $19 and they made me go to the ATM. God forbid they be a little lenient.

Not as clean as it used to be, floor appears to never be cleaned. Washing equipment you can see the mold growing inside, half of the machines are marked service only leaving you very few large washer options forcing you to pay more to utilize several smaller washers. This place has definitely gone down hill from what it once was.

It was a bit crowded; people did distance each other. I was able to get a machine that I needed in no time.

They do full service for my girlfriend but I just use the washers and driers. Nice people, sun, normal price. They could wash out the washers a little more regularly but that’s it

Great pickup and delivery. I love that I send a HUGE stuffed-to-the-brim bag out and it comes back the size of a shoe box.The only reason theyre not 5 stars is b/c they only take cash and getting your laundry back is somewhat of a negotiation. They wont commit to a delivery date less than 3-4 days away.Their competition takes cards and returns everything within 24 hours so I use them more often.

I usually do my laundry at my home but i was really happy that they showed me how to use the machines with the the card. They make you feel comfortable because they are very helpful

Has never given me a problem love the way they wash my clothes and for the first time Im using the pick up service the response time is on point they said an hour till pick up n they called 5 mins before the hr was up too let me know they are on the way thank you 😊

Terrible service!! I asked them to pick up my laundry bags 4 days in advance and by the day they had to come they said they cant make it. I am very disappointed and i DO NOT ADVISE to use their service. I gave them 1 star but it is not even 1 star.

Is a big place and clean

Very clean, open 24 hours and very comfortable. Very central. It has chairs to wait and tv to entertain you.It is next to the C Town supermarket and theWashington Heights Library. Very comfortable.
