Great local laundromat. They can do your laundry (by weight), or you can do it yourself. They do alterations at very reasonable prices and ery reasonable time frame. Of course they do dry cleaning- also quite fast. The owner David, is lovely and honest. The ladies who work there are lovely too. The machines to do your own laundry are well kept and do a great job. I find for me personally, the dryers need extra time to get all the clothes dry.

Couldnt recommend this place more. Nacho at the front desk was always very nice. I only ever used the drop off laundry service (wash and fold) and the dry cleaning. Never had any shrinking or damage issues. Good timeline on everything, and always on time when they said it would be done, sometimes sooner. If you need organic detergent and other specifics, Im not sure if they offer that, but I loved using this service for the year I lived in this neighborhood.

They lost my $90 shirt and refused to refund the cost. I have returned 5 times and every time they just assure me that it will show up. This was 9 months ago.

Best laundry service in the Heights! Custom tailoring is also available The hours are from 7 am to 9pm...If you make it in by 8:59 for a drop off they wont refuse you. Per Management the last wash is @ 7pm so they can go home to thier families by 9pm . The staff is courteous and the facilities are clean and they also have snacks and drinks if you dont bring your own. Prices cant be beat,and the pick up delivery and service for your convenience.

Great staff. Prices are OK, they do a good job cleaning and folding. I drop my laundry here once a week, no complaints.

Best in the area to do your laundry. Super spacious and most people drop off so its crowded at all. Ever. Wish it was 24 hours or cheaper (my last laundromat was probably a dollar or less a load AND 24 hours). Too bad I have to hike my laundry up a hill when Im done, but worth it since the other laundromat at 188th is so crowded.

Always go out of my way to bring my dry cleaning here. Good wash & fold too.

THIS IS THE WORST CLEANERS IN THE WORLD!!1. Their cleaning is horrible. I once sent a suit in for cleaning and it came back missing a button.THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE!2. They raised their prices on laundry and now the cost is crazy high.3. The customer service is disgusting they dont know what it means the customer is always right.WHEN THEY MESS UP MY SHIRT AND IT COMES BACK WITH A NEW STAIN THE GUY BLAMED IT ON ME!!4. My laundry comes back smelling horrible.NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE TRUST ME YOULL THANK ME LATER THERE ARE OTHER CLEANERS NEARBY ITS WORTH THE WALK I PROMISE YOU.

Their hours are erratic. They close pretty much whenever they want. You may show up at 8 and be turned away or you may show up at 6 and find the doors locked.

Do not use this laundromat. Many of the machines dont work even though they are not marked as out of order. I lost money on a non working machine and they refused to give me my money back.

The service is fast and clean. The pick up and delivery really makes this place.
