Satori Laser is hands down the best laser place in NYC - I have tried many others and none of them come close. The quality and service is unparalleled, and on top of it, everyone who works there is SO kind and professional. I have been seeing Larysa for some time now and I trust her completely. There is a Satori Laser a few blocks away from my apartment, but I go all the way across town to 57th street to see Larysa. She is thorough, receptive and incredibly careful (I have painfully sensitive skin and she manages to deliver results without hurting me). 10/10 would recommend. Also, pricing is very transparent (and rather reasonable) which is always a plus! And the place is immaculately clean.

I decided to try laser hair removal almost 2 years ago, and I am glad that I did. I’ve been going to the 57th st location and Daniele is such a great technician. She explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions I have about the process. The front desk is always so attentive and kind as well. The service itself is a bit painful for me but I have a low tolerance for pain, so it may feel differently for others.

I have had 9 sessions at Satori Laser in the last year and a half for underarm and Brazilian, and I could not be more thrilled with the results! Much better option than shaving or waxing for me, and the “Cool laser” technology they have really works to minimize the pain. I have had several technicians work with me during the process, but my favorite is Masha. She is super friendly and very thorough with her work. Crystal at the front desk is amazing, and is a pleasure to work with; she always calls the day prior to your appointment to confirm. The rooms are very private and clean as well! I recommend this place to everyone, and even got a friend to start going there (she also loves it!).

I just completed my 5th session, and I am writing a review now even though I normally don’t write reviews. I will definitely say Satori is a great place to go to. They run good deals, and deliver what you pay for. Crystal attends the front desk and is very nice and always helpful, she gives great advice too! And my technician has been Lisa who is IMO the best. She truly does put in effort to make sure you get what you need. She’s very experienced and makes great conversation too so your treatment goes by easy.

I love everything about this place - super clean and modern is what you notice as soon as you walk in. You are then greeted by very friendly and professional staff. Also, coffee, tea, snacks etc. are always offered. Laser hair removal is never fun, but Michelle and Crystal are fantastic and they make it as pleasant as possible every time. I recently visited this studio for a laser treatment. The staff were so patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I was treated by Zarrina who was so gentle and calming that I felt relaxed during the whole process and felt minimal / zero discomfort. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Satori Laser for over a year now and I’ve always had a good experience here. The first time you come, you fill out a survey about yourself and the technician goes over the whole laser process thoroughly. I remember repeating some questions and the technician was very patient to answer my concerns. Every visit after that is rather quick. You sign in on an iPad when you arrive and never have to wait more than 5 minutes for your turn. The waiting area is always stocked with the latest magazines and jolly rancher candies.I’ve had great results for my underarm and upper lip. I haven’t had skin discoloration or irritation. The whole process does not take me longer than 5 minutes and I’m always in an out quickly. For my underarm and upper lip I’ve done a total of six sessions each but will probably need 2-3 more sessions for touch ups. I started seeing the most results after the 3rd session.There’s always on going promotions so check out their page and the yelp offers.

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE! My first round of treatments with my previous provider were painful and the staff was not clear with how treatments worked. I was thinking it was me not understanding correctly or that was the way laser treatments - PAINFUL! Satori was the complete opposite. First their office is beautiful, spacious with a gentle welcoming staff! Treatments are affordable and not only do they have ongoing deals and packages but my provider was very informative about how she could bring the price down for me. The treatment was quick AND PAINLESS! I used to get numbed and still felt pained! My skin wasnt nearly as in pain or burned and I saw a huge difference he following week! I would HIGHLY recommend laser treatment to anyone now and most especially - to go to Satori!

This is a great spot. I went to remove hair from my chin and upper lip and the result are great. the hair does not grow and if it grow is very thin. follow the instruction that they tell you by shaving instead plugging the hair because I did six session in another place before, but it did not work because i did not follow instruction and I continue to wax and doing all kind of thing. this place is excellent, great service, no wait once you come on time to your appointment.

I have been coming to Satori Laser - Lexington for about a year now and I cant even begin to explain how thrilled I am with my response! Im a Cuban American woman with pale skin and dark hair, and I always had uncomfortable ingrowns and irritated skin from shaving. With Satori, all of this has gone away! My skin is smooth and I, quite frankly, havent had to shave the areas that have been treated in months! (I only shave a bit of the thin/blonde hairs before a session, although theres usually nothing there). I strongly recommend Satori Laser!

Mid 2017, I bought a package to see if it would finally cure my skin woes, as I had seen Ricky Thompson talk about how his dermatologist recommended laser for his skin ailments. I am now well into my 6 or 7 sessions and the results are amazing!! Im telling you my struggle WAS real. Im hairy and I have sensitive skin so post razor/wax, my skin was a mess. The hair starts falling out almost immidiately. No bumps nor ingrown hairs in the process. Ive added different areas since then. I will say every area is a little different. Some patches are just a little bit more stubborn. It did not hurt for the first 4 or so sessions but they do take it up a notch as you progress. No worries, they are very considerate. They will slow down or stop if you feel uncomfortable. They also understand life happens and that sometimes you will need breaks in between sessions due to vacations or other sorts of things. DO TRY to be consistent with the first 6 sessions tho. HIGHLY recommend!!

I firstly heard about Satori laser from a close friend. And the first time I went there, I had a great experience. I did lower legs, arms and upper lips. The therapist there treated me very well with patients and it was not as painful as I thought it would be. They use totally latest machines there and the whole treatment felt like a spa experience which only take 10-15 minutes.Overall, Satori laser is a great place to go if you want the same satring laser services like other super models. And if I have to choose a place in the future for further treatment, Satori is the right place to go.

It took me two years to build up the courage to begin laser hair removal on my face because I had never waxed/threaded my side burns. Prior to beginning services at the 57th Street location I had already had 4 consultations at other non-Satori related offices. I decided to begin services here for a variety of reasons. 1. The receptionist Crystal was always pleasant and professional every time I called prior to my consultation. She was patient with me when I had needed to reschedule. Now when she calls me to confirm an appointment, I appreciate that she is thorough with asking if there has been any changes in between my treatments. (Something I may forget to mention). 2. Upon entering Satori the decor of the office feels sterile. I love how everything is white and the lights are bright so you can see/feel the office and rooms are clean. 3. For my consultation, the tech Masha, was the most professional and knowledgeable I had experienced. She explained the procedure step by step. She thoroughly explained possible side affects and dos/dont (which I read about but was not told at any of my prior consultations). Thus far I have had 3 treatments with Masha and the results are exceptional. I absolutely recommend this office and especially working with Masha.

I have sensitive skin, easily get sunburn during summer, so i was hesitated to get laser hair remover treatment . Coming to Satori gave me such a nice experience, The store is super clean and the stuffs are very friendly. I did feel little bit uncomfortable( mostly because it was my first time and i was nervous), but the staff Michelle was so professional. She adjusted the machine and distracted my attention by chatting with me. She also put extra aloe gel on the treated spots which got rid of the burning sensation right away. She also gave me advises on how to take care of my skin after the treatment. I will recommended Satori to any of my friends who is looking for this service. Cant wait for my next appointment with them.

Satori is AMAZING. They are what they say on their website. They follow the highest standards for higene. Their staff is very warm and knowledgable about what they are doing. Most of their specialists have been in this field for many years. I started with one area and have moved up to three. I have now done three to five sessions for these areas and Im very pleased with the results. As Im a student, I have only gotten a few areas treated, however one thing I can tell you is that I saw a visible change in the growth of my hair. I have only done a few sessions as I am paying through my allowance. You should definitely try Satori out.
