I love Sugaring NYC. The staff is always bubbly and welcoming but not at this location. The girl working Thursday nights front desk was really rude and doesn’t seem to like her job. Which says a lot because first impressions are important and she’s the first person you speak to coming in the door. Although my esthetician was great. Her name was Sharon. She was really nice and did her thing.

They are amazing they make you feel so comfortable welcomed and they value your time. Christina is quick and efficient with the least pain possible for a wax.

My first time going to this facility and Maria was great! She took her time and I felt very comfortable. She did a great job with my Brazilian and under arms. They are welcoming, professional and most importantly clean. They have locations nation wide which is great. I found a new place to get my sugaring done I’m so happy.

Sweet place! The receptionist and Oneida are wonderful ladies! I always shaved before but attempted sugaring myself using the sugaring nyc kit, which was effective on most parts but rather difficult when attempting a quarantine Brazilian. I got my first professional Brazilian here and I will definitely be coming back! Fast, clean, and perfect service with great results and I got an adorable little glitter tattoo for free! The ingredients are all natural, using just sugar, lemons, and water! Definitely recommend this place! 🍭🍋💦

I’m very happy to have chosen this Sugaring NYC location! I got my first Brazilian with Chantal! Chantal is very nice and sweet! She made my first time experience amazing and comfortable. Great tips were shared and I absolutely love my results every time! I’ve been booking my appointment every month now. I would definitely recommend this place!

Made me wait over 45 mins because “no one was available to do my service”, but then was immediately able to service someone else that came in on my 45th minute of waiting. Actual procedure was fine, but I cannot get over the terrible service and how they made no effort to explain themselves. Will not be returning and would not recommend coming here either.

I had the worse service! She didn’t even know how to do eyebrow laminating and eyelash lifting ! I looked so scary when she was done with me! Don’t let them to take customers if they don’t know how to do the service !!! I’m so unhappy and had to go to other place to fix it! Paid $218 for such a mess !!I

Ive been waxing for about 5 years now and was excited to try sugaring. Booking an appointment online was super easy. They also send you reminders via text. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the services done because no one was at the front desk to check me in. I was on time for my appointment as Id walked in a couple of minutes prior to my scheduled time. You could hear loud convo coming from the back but I wasnt going to walk there and interrupt someone elses session. As someone who has worked in the beauty industry as a receptionist, I know the importance of not leaving the front desk unattended for long. I waited for about 10 mins and then I walked out as I had another appointment scheduled in that area. I ended up leaving a note on their desk stating that I had showed up for my appointment but no one was there to take care of me. I also added that I could return an hour later and would appreciate being accommodated for that time. A couple of minutes after I walked out I got a phone call from someone at this location telling me I could be seen now. I explained that I was already on my way to another appointment but could return after it was done. She offered to see me nearly 3 HOURS AFTER my original time. Totally unacceptable. If the esthetician was running behind she should have had the courtesy to call her next client and inform them. I have never had to wait to be seen at EWC. And they always communicated with me when there were any changes to my estheticians book. Going back to EWC which is conveniently next door. Its a shame I didnt get to try sugaring.

This location is not reliable. This is the second time they have canceled appointment hours before (today it was Cristina). They charge extra if a customer is late. Maybe consumers should start charging them when they cancel or are late.

I love Sugar NYC !!! Make sure to book your appointment with RENATA!!! She made sure my first Brazilian was comfortable and easy going ! She walked me through great tips for my next visit ! I have been going now for 5 months and always do my Brazilians with her !! Renata is FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING, CARING AND EXTREMELY PATIENT with me !!! It is always a pleasure to see her !! You won’t regret it ! :)

L have been sugaring since May and I really enjoy coming to this place. The staff is really nice and friendly. The service is wonderful. The last time I came here I had a really good experience with Renata. She was very gentle and professional. She did a great job and made my skin feel very smooth. Sugaring is definitely less painful than waxing and I will definitely come here again.

The best Sugaring Wax location!!! I book Maria she was super nice and understanding it was my first time getting sugar wax. If you guys are still hard waxing or shaving get rid of all that and come to this location is literally the best.

She explained everything as I was so nervous. Sugaring NYC is the best waxing spot in New York. Ive been to all their locations in the city, absolutely love the Columbus Circle location. Employees are always smiling and happy to explain everything. Sugaring is so so much better than regular waxing - lasts much longer, for me i had results stay for 4 weeks. Im hooked to Sugaring now. I have to say that I was a definitely a skeptic of Sugaring. I have been getting Brazilian waxed for years and love them, but started to notice that the results werent lasting longer than a week and it just wasnt worth the price!Hence trying out Sugaring which is not only 100% natural but has really fantastic results. My skin is fairly sensitive and I didnt even realize how much the hot wax was bothering it until I tried Sugaring. Not only was it more gentle on my skin but it was much more effective and I can truly say that I didnt have to even think twice when putting on an itsy bitsy bikini two weeks after. Andrea was really fantastic and is the ultimate professional - I have booked a recurring appointment with her and cant imagine it ever changing! I cant recommend this technique or salon enough. Try it once and see for yourself, worse case scenario you go back to waxing but I have a funny feeling you will be hooked like me :)

Best Waxing spot in NYC. They are fully organic, sugaring paste is so natural, my esthetitian told me you can eat it like a candy. Absolutely love their design too. They do Amazing Yumi Lashes eyelash keratin also. MUST do!!
