My appointment was for 4pm I was there since 3:50. The lady at the front was rude when I asked when I would be seen. She said it’s only 4:02 she’s almost done. It’s now 4:10 and I still haven’t been seen. So I decided to leave because I have things to do and that’s what appointments are made for. Will not return.

I’ve been using EWC for about 5 months for Brazilians. I’ve gone to three or four different waxers and they pretty much all use similar techniques to ease the pain. I didn’t like the way joselyn waxed me. Left a few strangler hairs and the wax was very painful and hot for me. I should have said something while I was still there and she probably would have fixed it. Although it was painful the wax was super quick. They had me in and out within 15 minutes.

I hadn’t gotten a full Brazilian wax in years so was very nervous but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Super fast and Jocelyn was very kind and distracted me with conversation. Definitely recommended this location

Not all centers are the same... but I loved this location

European Wax Center has an amazing and perfect service that I was looking for. I had my Brazillian here the other day and the result is totally amazing. All the employees great every customer with big smiles and are very knowledgeable and professional in their work. Making appointments here is a lot easier and the waxing process is gentle and painless. Other than that, the place is so clean and comfortable. My experience here is so fun and amazing and I am highly recommending them.

Maritza is great! I was skeptical going back during the pandemic but they are very clean and practicing social distance. When you get there you conveniently scan the code to check in. Second time getting waxed and they make me want to keep coming back!

I like this place but I had a bad experience in there other location. It’s hit or miss. Try to find your waxing lady!

I have always had a good experience with EWC but Maria was particularly amazing. Not only did the appointment went by super quick but she was gentle and the pain was as minimal as possible.Needless to say the location is super clean, the rooms are comfortable and the waiting area fits a few people at the time.Would always recommend doing an appointment in advance but they do take walk ins.

They do FIRST FOR FREE WAX. Whattt;)) Highly recommend this amazing place!!! 5 stars and I mean it. I trust only EWC they are so clean inside the rooms and wax is just so painless. I am very sensitive, but this wax melted my heart. Try it !!

Havent had a bad experience here

I’ve been t a handful of European Wax locations and they are all very good. This location is the best one that I have been too and deserves all of the 5 star rating. All girls are well trained and very professional and everything is consistent. I love their products, they are worth a try!

Ive been to EWC before but this was my first visit to this location. Toni was my technician and she was very sweet! It was perhaps the most painless wax I have ever received! She really takes care of you and ensures that you are comfortable every second of your visit! I will be back to see her again!

I had my very first Brazilian wax done by Danilda. She walked me through the process as she was waxing and gave me suggestions - which I know are upsell but hey Im down if the service is great. I am definitely going back.

Patricia is the BEST wax specialist I have ever had! I have been waxing for years and normally did not have a preference of which specialist I went to. After a few bad experiences at other places, I tried this location and was incredibly pleased. Not only is their establishment incredibly clean, their staff is kind and helpful, too. Patricia is my favorite specialist and I never go to anyone except her. She makes me feel very comfortable and I am always 100% satisfied with the job she does. Thank you, Patricia!!!

I came in with low expectations since my location was temporarily close already felt bummed about it and didn’t think anyone can top my tech but Toni took the throne she has such a positive attitude and is super sweet and make you feel comfortable. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Will be back again to see her!

Great place, got my 1st Brazilian and it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. The place was very clean and the staff are very friendly. I had Stephanie, she was great. Never going back to shaving :) * two thumbs up*

I go to this EWC and Joan is my tech very professional and gentle. Leaves my skin smooth. Clean center. No wait. Decent customer service skills from receptionist. Would definitely recommend this place.

Got my eyebrows done here and first time was complementary! I was a walk in, and got an appointment 45mins later. I just walked around the area for a bit. The wax was good, with minimal pain. Would recommend this place.

This is my second time with Maria...she is thorough and very nice. I had a Brazilian and upper leg was today and it looks good. I think EWC can be tough as it all depends on who your treatment is with....

The waxers I have seen here have been very friendly and good. The front desk is usually pretty friendly.

The 5 stars rating is for the brand itself. I have had only good experience on the services received from this and other locations. All girls are well trained and very professional. Actually, I do not have any preference. However, Jersey City location ... they need to check on front desk staff... awful customer service!

There are a so many EWC locations but this by far is my favorite. I really try to avoid going anywhere else for my Brazilians, the staff is impeccable. VENESIA is my waxer, I look forward to my appointments with her I just love her energy. Krystal and Morgan have also taken me last minute, they each have their own techniques but my experience is always quick and painless.

Katie is the reason I continue to be a EWC client! If youre ever lucky enough to have her complete your services, then you will understand why. Outside of her consistent exceptional service, the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.

Most painful wax of my life. 20 mins later and Im still in very bad pain. I thought their hard wax sounded like a cool, more eco friendly method than papers but its definitely not worth the extra pain. I actually had the cut the waxer off before she finished because I couldnt take it anymore, and coming from someone with several tattoos, thats saying something.

I recently waxed with Albina at the Times Square location. She is by far the best waxer I have ever had! Shes talented, focused and genuinely cares about her clients. I will be returning to her and would follow her anywhere she goes!

Had services with Maria. She was quick, thorough, made me feel comfortable as it was my first time trying with her. Siba is another wax specialist I’ve gone to and she was very sweet and made sure i was clean. Both ladies made comfortable conversations with me at separate times which made the waxing experience less painful. Instead of being worried about the next wax strip, i was lost in conversation that when they stripped the wax off, the pain wasn’t excruciating. Felt more like when you get your eyebrows wax. Lol

I got my first Brazilian wax from Maria, she made me feel comfortable and confident.

I was one of the first clients on 7/28 and Kia did my wax (Brazilian Full) . I couldnt really see it after because of all the left over wax residue but when i used the bathroom later on i noticed little hairs that was still down there as well as when i got home and took my shower i got to really examine the work that i received and i have to say i am not satisfied . I couldve did a better job shaving if im spending $50+ on waxing plus extra on products i expect better service . The place was clean and girl at front desk was friendly but a better job could have been done and it was a rip off i had better service downtown brooklyn at they other location.

Recently switched over from new York. The experience was great. The lady who took care of me made me feel very comfortable.

European wax center has cancelled my appointment 4 times already. In addition, they have a policy that after 3 no-shows, clients are restricted from making appointments for 6 months. Especially after years of loyal patronage and considering how expensive their services are, this policy seems unfair and a double standard. Buyer beware, I’m looking elsewhere.
