Great experience ! The technician was super skilled explained and performance of the electrolysis was perfect. I am super pleased with the result and look forward to returning. I was very happy there was little to no irritation to my skin after. The building was super clean lots of hand sanitizing stations all over the building. And had no problem Social distancing with all the elevators.

I had an appointment for electrolysis hair removal at 5 oclock in the evening on 07/09/2021. When I woke up in the morning, I felt that I had a cold and I called and reported that I was sick and asked to reschedule my appointment. and its a place Ive been to many times and Ive never canceled until today or always been there before my appointment time though. but the person I spoke to on the phone said in an incredibly rude way that this was not possible and that they would add extra money because of that. Although I stated again that I did not want to come for the health of both of us, the person on the phone hung up on me.I hope someone in authority follows up with this.

Esfira and Maya are life-changing in regards to hair removal. They are so experienced, trustworthy, and smart. I get my full legs lasered, electrolysis on some pesky face hairs, and waxing for bikini area. Very affordable and very worth the investment (especially the laser.) I purchased a package from the salon for my mother and she was cheated out of the number of minutes she was supposed to be given. The electrolysis was deliberately unethical. In addition, my mother complained that she did take the time to diligently remove hairs individually, but would zap multiple roots in succession. The sessions were unnecessarily painful as a result. She was also told not to worry about the finer hairs because they would drop out

Laser Hair Removal Review: So, first. Ive been going to Maya for I think almost 10 years now...but I recently decided to try laser, and it CHANGED MY LIFE. Esfira is amazing, she breaks everything down for you and explains whats going on. It isnt one of those med spa places where they make you buy 100 sessions. I was done with underarms in 3 sessions, and basically done with Brazilian in 4. Sure, it hurts, but Esfira is really great at managing your expectations so you actually think it hurts WAY more than it really does :) Thanks to Esfira and Maya for radically changing my life!
