Carr Grand Central is terrific! We have been here since November 2015 and it has been just great. The space is first class, the location is superb and the team that manages the office is wonderful. Wendy Castro, Jackie Kocovic, Tamarah Baxter and Sean Walsh are always ready willing and able to help with whatever you need and truly are a pleasure to work with. On many occasions, Wendy and Jackie have gone out of their way to assist me and my clients. I am very grateful to them. I give Carr Grand Central five stars!
This is a great place to get some work done. Especially if you like the midtown area. If youre looking for a desk to rent near Grand Central or a place for some coworking, check them out. Great staff as well.
Carr is great! The location at 200 Park Ave is in an iconic building above Grand Central Terminal, Subway and indoor parking. The office space is nicely decorated in a clean, contemporary design and has a great coffee/lunch/common area. The support staff are wonderful and create a professional experience for me and my clients.
The team at Carr 200 Park Avenue is awesome! The Grand Central location is optimal, and the support staff always provides a professional experience for me, my clients and other guests. Notably, the conference rooms are excellent for client meetings and depositions, and the support staff is incredibly helpful with scheduling meetings.
I moved into 200 Park in 2014 and it has been a pleasure. The office is beautiful. The staff us extremely professional. Their attention to my needs has been a huge relief. I highly recommend them.
What is a virtual office and how does it work?A virtual office is a service that enables employees and business owners to work remotely by providing a range of business functions accessible through the internet. It also enables organisations to create and maintain a presence in a desirable location without the need to pay rent for an actual space. This type of setup should be illegal. jt
This is by far the best co-working and executive suite option anywhere near Grand Central. The center itself is first class with spectacular views, impressive meeting rooms and a great kitchen/lounge. The center team is also very professional and can take care of anything your business needs.
The space is impressive. The staff is always there when you need them. We have been tenants from day one. It has been a great experience.
We had an amazing experience! I would happily get another space at Carr if needed. The staff and support you get is unreal! Thank you Carr!
The space is beautiful and professional. I would recommend this space to all professionals! Dont walk to Carr - RUN!
This location was wonderful and the team members were extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot wait to use this location again for all my business needs. Thank you Carr Workplaces!
TLDR; A++I couldnt be more proud to have 200 Park Ave as our office address. Real estate in NYC is just that; real estate. Every good office building is going to have water, coffee and other basic things important to your business and your life. Lets close up the basics by saying the office is very clean, very well organized and sharp. Absolutely no detail there is overlooked, down to the level of Listerine in the bathroom. To get the looming cost question cleared out, the pricing is -very- reasonable and fair. Yes, there are less expensive options; rent is also free if you dont have an office space at all. Yes, there are more expensive options; that goes without saying in NYC. The bottom line is the value here is exceptional. What really matters is the people, though. The staff here are truly world class and absolutely dedicated to your success. Specifically, Gregg de los Reyes and his team have been instrumental in our success - we couldnt have come this far without specifically his help and the help of his team.PS - Bonus item; LOTs of great amenities in the area, and really easy to find for guests / visors. Absolutely worth at least an email to Gregg if you havent already.
The location is great. Its conveniently located above Grand Central Terminal with a dedicated bank of escalators from the main hall up to the security area. There is 24/7 security for the elevators, but card access will get you in at any time. The view from the lobby and the outward facing offices is great. Carr is located on the 17th floor. So, there is a lot to see.The place is very professional looking and almost everyone wears suits. There is kitchen/cafe area with filtered water, coffee and tea.I was looking into the coworking space. They are just a few rows of desks with chairs and outlets. There isnt a view to the outside from that space, though the bathrooms are close by. The price is a bit high considering the lack of view, internet speed and how enclosed the space felt. The offices are probably better though.
Wonderfully clean and fresh. Management and support staff are amazing.
Great place for an expensive work pkace.
This building runs a scam on people
