Since I have been working here, my experience. is has been great. The staff are always willing and ready to help and they maintain an clean environment. They make sure that all our needs are met and the staff is very friendly. It is nice to come into work and start your day with pleasant people. Any person that is interested in office space should look into Virgo if they want an excellent experience.
I have been working here for several months and I have to say the building is amazing. Aside from the fact that it is conveniently located to several subway lines as well as Express Buses it is also in a great neighborhood with many lunch options nearby. Our shared kitchen is always clean and has a full sized refrigerator, microwave oven, and complimentary Flavia machine with a nice variety to choose from. The lounge area is very accommodating and cozy. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help. I really enjoy coming to work every day knowing that I have such an amazing environment to work in.
As a New Yorker with over 40 years of business, two challenges remain, finding an apartment and finding an office that makes you happy. In the last few years, my businesses were desperately seeking affordable business offices. I found Virgo on line and as there were a few blocks from my home I checked them out. It has been 4 years now and I am well satisfied. The building at 575 is the best location with access to Wall Street and Penn Station via the E train. The public areas are bright and inviting. The best thing about the space are the staff. Courteous, professional, proactive they make my business guests and co-workers feel like they only work for us. The facilities are well maintained and when the inevitable problem arises, it gets fixed. If you are looking for temporary office space check out Virgo. KM
I have to agree with the rest of my colleagues, the working atmosphere at Virgos Midtown East location is very warm and inviting. Everyone I have met is very friendly and respectful and the staff is pretty amazing at what they do. Whether greeting you by your name, or simply saying good morning or asking you how your day is, they are always willing to assist in any way they can. Those small gestures really make a difference in a persons work day. The building itself is very impressive and well kept, especially when you first walk in the lobby. And the location, as many have already mentioned, is so convenient! I would definitely recommend their services.
We have been in this location for almost a year now, and it has certainly improved since then. They did a good job with the renovations. Virgos Midtown East location has been a lovely place to work. From the lobby renovations this past year to the receptionists greetings, Virgo Business Center aims to take care of its clients. My office is located on the fourth floor, complete with a large kitchen area, multiple conference rooms of varying sizes and a nice sitting area. The receptionists are delightful and always helpful. The entire business center is set in a professional environment that always makes me feel comfortable to meet with current and prospective clients, not to mention conveniently located near subway stations, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants.
I am very pleased with the space at 575 Lexington Ave. We have been here for two years and the office is clean and professional. The kitchen area is well maintained and stocked. The receptionists, Margaret and Genesis are polite and helpful. My only complaint is the internet, the speed is on the slow side. Other than that I would recommend this location for any associates looking for space.
The Virgo team are great. I have worked in a number of shared offices in the past and this is certainly one of the better ones. Transit connections are great for any location in the city and the staff are very accommodating. If you need an office in midtown that is flexible to you and your companies needs I would certainly recommend it.Only downside is that the internet is shared and so you can experience some slow periods during peak times in the day.
I have been working in this building since mid Feb, 2014. The staff is nice and the building is well kept. Additionally, the bathrooms are clean and the conference rooms are more than adequate. I would like a better selection of coffee however, Id also like a nap room and pinball room so I cant take a star away for that. This building operates as advertised.
So far I have been very happy with the experience at Virgo. I did a lot of office space shopping before settling with this space, and have been happy with the decision. For the price, location, and overall quality of the place, you cant beat it. The staff here is also extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

I have been working out of the Virgo Business Centers Midtown East location for over 2 years. It is conveniently located near several major train stations and there are many lunch options. The facility is always clean and the employees are always helpful and professional. The conference rooms and offices space are equipped with all the technology needed for us to operate. Overall I have really enjoyed being here they’ve made my life easier.
Overall, Virgo has been a very good place to work. It is clean, airy and full of professional people. I will say the the ladies rest room is not kept up as well as it should be, partly due to other tenants who are not as caring of their neighbors as they should be.
Over all my experience has been very good. The one and only issue I have is that Virgo needs to invest in their own HVAC system to provide better control of space temperature. Sometimes it either gets to hot or to cold. Virgo has to rely on the building management to provide that service.The receptionists are wonderful. They always come through and take care of things. One issue we did have was with the phone system. Every time I would call a client Saving Africa would pop up on the clients caller ID. That took some time to fix.Other than these things I mentioned the space does what it is suppose to do. A temporary office to operate your business.
Virgo Business Centers is an ideal location for businesses small or large. It is always very clean, professional, and conveniently located in midtown close to several subway lines. The lobby was recently renovated and I very much love walking into this building every morning to fresh flowers, large flatscreen display of beautiful and inspiring images around the world and friendly guards who greet me everyday. I also love the short news breaks (currently, world cup news) on my way to the restroom.The front desk receptionists are always there to assist. They are also very friendly, extremely knowledgeable with any questions or concerns and are always there for you.I highly recommend Virgo Business Centers for its great location, amazing customer service and cleanliness.
The management here is very friendly and professional. Each staff member will help you with whatever you need and always have answers ready for you.However, we have had some issues recently with the refrigerator breaking down for two weeks and the water fountain out of order for a few hours. Both instances were a bit of an inconvenience.But generally, its a very pleasant work environment and convenient to get to in a central area.

The office location is great, close to the subway and accessible. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom could definitely be cleaner and the kitchen tends to get overcrowded around lunchtime, but I guess theres not much that can be done about that.

Excellent Building to work in. With the recent renovation of the Lobby and front of the building if feels great to come in through the lobby and see a huge, clean and secured workplace. The huge electronic screen when you walk in enhances the beauty.The Attendants/Security at the front desk are very professional and nice people as well. The security gate is a welcomed addition as well. You can only go through if you have a building ID electronically. This gives a good feeling of safety.I work for Lifetime Plumbing on the 4th Floor. The receptionists at the 4th floor desk are so nice, professional and helpful in anyway they can.If you are looking for a great building to work in, this is the one. The area Midtown, is great as well, even if you just take a walk on your lunch break.
The Virgo Business Center is staffed by friendly and courteous people. The office common spaces are kept clean and well stocked with coffee & tea which we all know is EXTREMELY NECESSARY :) The room my department has been in for the past 2 years has 3 huge windows which provide a good view of the midtown hussle.All in all a very nice, clean, and comfortable work space I am sure any organization will be happy with.

I have been working out the of Virgo office for 1 1/2 year; Virgos midtown office offers a friendly environment to work on a daily basis. The facility is always clean and looks professional to bring clients to. The virgo employees at the midtown office are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to keep the office running smoothly. I highly recommend renting office space from virgo business centers.
The Virgo Staff Team are super accommodating, and the office spaces are very nice as well. Cant beat the location with the 6-train directly below the building, would definitely recommend Virgo 575 if you are looking for a shared space in Midtown.

Ive been with VBC for about 3 months now. Its a great setup to help support myself with a new office start up in NYC whilst Im still on my own. Location is fantastic with easy access to the metro for 6,4,5 trains and more, as well as just a few mins walk to Grand Central. On top of that theres a plethora of food options all around the building both suiting corporate dining as well as something quick for lunch. Only downside is the toilets (mens) could be more hygienic (I still cant understand how people have an inability to put used paper towels into the bins rather than the floor...
Every holiday and weekend, Virgo management is off. This means that the bathrooms arent clean those days and the temperature is not controlled. This leads to the offices being either extremely hot or extremely cold and makes it hard to work.I understand having some holidays off, but Virgo takes all of them (Columbus Day, Veterans Day, MLK Day, etc.). My office and many other offices on this floor, do not have of all those holidays off. So, it is pretty horrible having to work in extreme heat for 8 hours especially considering how much we pay a month to use this space.Also, the bathrooms here are always horrible (not just on holidays). The cleaning lady talks on her cell phone while in the bathroom and it is rare to see her actually cleaning anything. There are many horror stories about the bathrooms including stuff being on the floor and stall walls/doors (you can use your imagination). Virgo just puts up signs saying stuff like please clean up after yourself, rather than scheduling more people to clean the bathroom, monitoring the cleaning lady (so she is not just talking on the phone in the bathroom), and/or trying to catch the person(s) responsible for these disgusting acts.Also, if you work on the 4th floor, I hope you like the sound of drilling. It has been two weeks of drilling every day. I have to wear headphones and blast music, which helps some but is really not ideal for my work.Additionally, my office has had issues with stuff leaking from the cleaning and with cockroaches. Virgo is a fancy facade with a pretty lobby, but I would rather being in an “ugly” office which has air circulating, clean bathrooms, and no drilling.
Very nice place, beautiful lobby, stellar concierge. Only complaint is the WIFI and ETHERNET is PAINFULLY SLOW. Otherwise, it has been an extremely pleasurable experience thus far.
