Great place for work!

The Yards lower east side location is like a second home. The vibe is professional and simultaneously communal, with friendly talented people working on really cool projects. The community managers are SO awesome, they are very smart, friendly, and seem happy to be there. They have an unbeatable roof deck with wifi thats amazing to work at or hold meetings. The Yard lower east side is a very happy office space!

The climate is suitable if you are a fire golem (please fix the AC guys)

Great place to work! Fun people and free coffee/tea! When the weather is nice I love to sit on the rooftop to eat lunch.

Private office suites and coworking space in the heart of the Lower East Side... very well-designed space for a business to grow! Not to mention the rooftop lounge, unique art exhibitions with local artists, and juice/coffee bar in the lobby. Great office space in lower manhattan.

The AC system is a complete nightmare all year round. Other than that, cool place.

Nice place but the outside traffic is terrible to hear every day.

Update: The drywall issue was fixed after their team saw this review.The heat frequently does not work. Pieces of drywall fall onto my desk.
