Hot all summer. Only 2 weeks of actual air conditioning. another tenant who hs been here for years has said it’s like this every summer for 4 years. Cant get out of lease, no discount for no ac even though it the lease says ac and heat is provided during the day

The place is amazing! Been here for almost 6 months, but looks like Im gonna stay here longer than I expected. The staff was helpful, too!

This office is so clean and the ambient is so good it will attract you to work so hard because the office also the staff are easy to approach and they are kind

Ive rented from TKO Suites for 2 years and unfortunately had to let go of my office due to Covid. Management was clear & upfront about their notice period and returned my deposit shortly after I moved out. Ive rented from 2 other coworking companies before. TKO was definitely the best to work with. I hope to be back with them again once business picks up.

Thanks TKO Suites for wasting my time with terrible sales strategy. You news told there would be $500 2 person office and was only shown 1 person office for $650. When I asked for 2 person, they showed me small room for $900. Don’t waste your time and come for a tour.

The office spaces were decent honestly the five star belongs to one of the renters.

Been here for a few months and am very happy. The manager is very understanding and will work with you to get what you need. Fair prices are the best part.Highly recommended for new and growing businesses.

The westside location should be condemned. The office space is filthy, uninspiring and there is no security whatsoever. If you ever expect to have clients visit your office then you should not have your office here. In addition, the owner is not an honest person and is notorious for keeping security deposits while generating false charges after the fact. In short, its a dump and now you know what you need to know.
