This Office setting is one of the most beautiful ones in Wall Street district. The building is first class. The stock exchange is across the street and the subway is next door. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to work this is the place. The people are very courteous and the staff is amazing. The decor is top notch. We love it here!

Dont use them by ANY means!! Ive been renting here and during several occasions, they have lost, misplaced, mismanaged my mail. Dozens of times. Jackie the manager is as useless as tree branch. Maybe worse. She never (EVER) returns calls, rarely responds to emails. The issue here, is that the owners of this Jay Suites incompetent company pays people $0 per hour. So, the turn over here is so high. Every month, someone new is working at this place, its worse than Walmart.And Jack and Juda, thank you for losing and misplacing my mail. Thank you for NOT notifying me of official state mail I received, sat in this place for months. Buyer Beware!!Stop Nickeling and Diming your employees. Pay them a decent wage, maybe youll hire competent people. Maybe theyll stay longer.And all these wonderful reviews, are fake. People pay companies for positive reviews

I have been working at Jay Suites - financial district for about 3.5 years now and have seen plenty people come and go. The new front desk associate Austin has been very helpful and welcoming. He greets us every morning with a big smile and if I need help he is there to make sure things go smoothly. The office spaces and conference rooms are very modern. But the best thing about Jay Suites is the maintenance guy Gregorio he is the sweetest man ever and always makes sure everything is clean and up to par to what you need.

As a busy solo practitioner attorney in the Financial District, I find, as Im sure do most other small business owners, that excellence in the support team in your workspace is a blessing. Our team here at Jay Suites Financial District, has recently had the good fortune to have Austin as its newest member. He is unfailingly in a good mood, helpful and proactive. Whether it is a new client or an important delivery that arrives at our location, Austin efficiently and cheerfully makes sure it is paid attention to and routed to the right place in a timely fashion. What a sublime co-working experience! Way more grown up than the other options in the city. Modern refined design, genuine warmth from every staff member. And on premises yoga etc, showers, lockers, and tons of natural light? Brilliant.

Jay Suites Madison Avenue is a great facility its right across the street from Grand Central. We started with a 2 person space we now have a 10 person space. The owners are great and very hands out. I would recommend Jay Suites to anyone looking for space

It is nice working somewhere where you feel at home. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly, they are always willing to lend a helping hand. They make sure who ever the lease an office to is very professional as well. The office is always kept clean and and up to standards. The location is of the building is perfect since there are so many different lunch options all around you! Definitely a great location for your office!

Ive been working in the FiDi office with my company for over a year now. Things have always been great. Clean comfortable office space in a great location. We recently got a new receptionist, Austin. He is fantastic. A definite plus to the always great Office Space.

My overall experience was great, the team I worked with was excellent and professional. The space was clean and room temperature was in accordance to the weather outside which I’ve failed to see at some spaces (big pointer). I would recommend this place to others.

This could be a 4 star review if upper management would be willing to resolve issues with their tenants. Let me start by saying that our company has been leasing office space at this location for over a year. Office management and their employees on site such as front desk are great however the upper management and their sneaky unexpected charges are not so great. Jay Suites will charge you extra for electricity, quote for any extraneous equipment you might have in your office space such as NAS storage, Macmini server etc.. Their standard charge for extra electricity usage is $300 a month. $300 in New York will probably be enough to run a full size fridge for 2 years non stop. Another issues at this location is heating and cooling, during summer times certain parts of the office space do not get sufficient cooling, and in the winter heating is controlled by the building sometimes super hot, sometimes freezing cold. If you absolutely dont care about having any computer equipment in your office or to have a comfortable temperature at work then Jay Suites could be for you.
