I’ve had a private office at Work Better Wall Street for 10 years, and with Laureen it runs like a well oiled machine. I have no idea where they hide all the invisible elves, because it’s hard to believe that the small hard working staff, can provide such consistently competent service, to so many tenants, with such diverse needs. Everything just works, and it makes a difference to my business.
Ive been with Work Better at 40 Wall since the start of 2012. It is a quality facility that brings in good co-working companies. The true quality is in its people. There have been some staff changes in the course of my tenure, but Im pleased to say the current team is aces. They coordinated a move for all clients between floors (allowing for renovations to one of the floors) and it was handled professionally with courtesy and a minimum disruption to work flow. They run the facility well and address clients needs quickly. It is a solid option for co-work space in the FiDi area.

I run a tiny operation. Only me to be exact, but I need a comfortable and efficient place to work.
