I had a fantastic time at the Yard. Liz (Elizabeth) is an amazing human being. She went above and beyond to make sure I am situated. The first day I came she was above to leave the office, but she stayed to help me. Even offered me to try an office before I make a decision. The others companies I visited some of them would not even bother to show me an office. My day was phenomenal, but Liz made it Epic!!!!Her attitude is phenomenal. She is always smiling and quite frankly she has a beautiful and welcoming smile. You will definitely feel welcomed at the Yard. It is good to partner with a company that is truly interested in seeing you succeedThank you Liz for your hospitality...it was Epic!

The entire process with David and Abby at City Hall Park was seamless. They are very attentive, pay close attention to your wants and needs and really made the process of finding a new office as easy as it could be. Highly recommend this place to anyone. There is a certain home-like appeal that they have created here, making it a great space for anyone.

We are members of the Herald Square location, but a few days ago we had to work out of the city hall location for a few hours due to a client meeting in the area. This location barely has any communal space with comfortable seats and desk. Mostly sofas, coffee tables and kitchen area seating (which isnt comfortable for real work). They had a few armchairs with little white coffee tables, however not nearly enough for the members who want to break off from their team and visitors. There did however have a few empty offices, but they were locked... Which was unnecessary, since they lack space as is. Just let your members use the empty offices. Anyway, we had to just leave, we didnt feel comfortable approaching the manager, she sat behind the desk the whole time and didnt notice the space was overflowing.I guess weve been spoiled by Dee at our location and how accommodating and attentive she is - Very grateful and for now we will not attempt to use this location again.

The Yard at City Hall Park is a fabulous new 3-floor space in the heart of the hottest neighborhood in NYC. Each floor is smartly arranged and beautifully appointed.The rotating display of fine art is a nice added touch. Occupants can enjoy as much privacy or public interaction as they desire. But the highlight is the staff. Led by Erin and Riley at the front desk, they are extremely attentive, highly professional and (best of all) very personable. They make it a joy to come to work every day.

The Yard City Hall Park is a modern but charming office with great common space including kitchen and lounge areas. The location is central in downtown NYC and easy to access from Fulton Street (Path), Brooklyn Bridge, and other nearby stations. Abbey and the staff are top-notch and super welcoming and helpful. All in all, highly recommended.

Being at The Yard was an awesome experience! The community manager Abby is very professional and friendly. She is committed to helping the community and getting things done. Two thumbs up, highly recommended!

A great place to work. Affordable and convenient. Its only 5 minutes away from the WTC Transportation Hub with the PATH trains to New Jersey, and several major subway lines. Erin and Riley are super friendly and always helpful. I am the founder of a tech startup and Im very happy to have found The Yard as my second home. Highly recommended.

I hosted an event here with the wonderful Abby and Brianna representing our business, Sabon for a holiday event. It was a terrific success and we absolutely look forward to working with these wonderful people at the Yard again!!

Our experience here at The Yard: City Hall Park has been awesome! It was great even before we even moved in as we were one of the first companies to see the new space. Everyone here has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful...which was great and put our company at ease as we transitioned from our own workspace to this community space. I have to admit, being across from The Beekman Hotel and near the Freedom Tower and all the activity in the FiDi area is a fabulous perk as well!

This is a great place to work, highlighted by the two community managers there, Abby and Brianna. Truly great people and add to the working environment there.

Well located in Manhattan, the Yard city hall has large and quiet workspaces, conference rooms and public areas are well maintained and there is a cozy atmosphere within the coworking community. And they even carry good coffee and tea! This is the perfect place to work.

Amazing Place. For someone who comes from NJ like me, it is conveniently located close to the WTC/Path Station. Fresh coffee. Phone booths for private conversation. Fast internet wifi. For important meetings, their conference rooms are fully equipped. Super friendly staff. This is the place to go!
