I had a dress totally reconstructed (added an open back and a slit) they got in done in less than a weeks notice, stayed open late to me and adjusted it to my liking after i tried it on. Hong Kong Tailors did a phenomenal job on my bridesmaids dress. It was too small and the bust was a weird shape. All this in an incredibly difficult style and extremely delicate fabric. Now it fits beautifully. Top notch job in NYC.

This store is a resurrection of a village institution: Hong Kong Tailor Jack. Jack passed away and the new manager is running the shop for his widow, trying to keep the old staff employed and the prices reasonable. They do excellent work. If youve missed Jack, come back.

I bought a Hugo Boss suit off the rack, the fit was decent but I wanted a perfect fit. I looked on Google for a professional who could fine tune it and give it that GQ look. I found this place and the reviews were almost too good to be true. As soon as I walked in and explained what I wanted to the owner I knew I was at the right place. She agreed with my wishes, and then schooled me in extra touches she would do to make it as perfect as an off the rack suit could be.I was impressed as I thought I was above average in my suitology knowledge. She promised me a finish date and charged a reasonable price for the amount of work promised. She was on time, and even made a final adjustment to the waist size of my pants while I waited. (It took 15 minutes). I was so happy with the final fit. I highly recommend this shop, they are friendly and the lady is a sweetheart.

Did a good job but I needed something adjusted. I called a week later and the lady said that I could bring it in anytime to be adjusted. I ended up getting busy and didn’t think there was any time constraint.I brought it in a few months later and they said they had a two week adjustment period. They wanted me to pay half of what I already paid to redo the job. It was just a simple pant hem. I wanted them to be my usual tailor but I will go somewhere else.

They do perfection. Their level and quality of work is worth the price. If you want custom clothing or extremely fine tailoring this is a place you can trust.
