I was sent to Magda Parker by a designer store in town and she destroyed my pants that she was supposed to alter. I purchased another pair to show where where she had made the mistake so that she could fix it but I was met with insults and denials. She said she was the best in NYC, well my destroyed pants said otherwise. She was extremely nasty and disrespectful and she refused to give me back my $100. Initially, I was going to give the pants to her to fix but after her display of total unprofessionalism, I was best advised to take my pants elsewhere not to mention she also mixes your new clothes with dirty clothes and towels brought to her for cleaning. I let the shop know and will alert anyone else that uses her. She basically stole my money and destroyed my pants. If you care about your clothes stay away she is horrible.
