I wish I could have taken a before and after of my trousers Morris cleaned. I bought a beautiful pair of light blue trousers and then wore them out one night in Nantucket and they were completely destroyed with various stains... after 4 days they are PERFECTLY restored. I couldnt be happier. I also left a dress that had a note not to be dry cleaned but was far too delicate to put in a regular washer.. also PERFECT and for $40! (with another pair of delicate pants). the man who greeted me and took in my clothes was also hilarious and made it a great experience overall. 10/10 recommend

Morris Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaning service I have come into contact with ever.I was moving back to New York and shipped a luggage that encountered water damage leading to 30 items of my clothes being covered in mold upon its time to unpack. Josh kindly and patiently let me explain the situation, and then urgently encouraged me to send him the items (despite a snow storm) so he and his team could immediately go to work on them. After receiving the items, the outlook was bleak, but despite the damage Josh and his team completely revitalized the 30 items in less than a week!I am so appreciative and thankful for his custom service, kindness and hard work! Without his help I would have lost thousands of dollars in clothing. Thank you Josh and team! Truly I will only send my most prized clothing to you from now on (did I mention I live on the lower west side, completely out of the way, but totally worth it!) I use Morris cleaners for everything from tailoring pants, hemming a bridesmaid dress, and of course dry cleaning sweaters, comforters, coats and everything in between. I like how everything is done on the premise. They are very friendly and everything is done very promptly. After a water leak in my apartment, they were very quick to dry clean everything that day to ensure it did not get moldy. Highly recommend!

Wow amazing.I got my jeans tapered and another pair hemmed. Total was about $50. Other places will charge you $120+ and do a worse job. They are absolutely amazing at their job and the prices are unbeatable.Thank you so much.

In a neighborhood with an abundance of cleaners and laundries, I recommend Morris Cleaners, the one I go to on East 86th Street. Most cleaners treat you in a sterile manner with no personalized customer service. Its the opposite here--a friendly but professional establishment that does good work. I like all the staff members, and Joshua, the owner, cares very much about pleasing you with prompt pickup and delivery.

I have used Morris cleaners for years now. Starting with their location in Brooklyn and now in Manhattan. I was so relieved that when I left BROOKLYN I would not find a responsible and reasonably priced cleaners. Especially in Manhattan. But my prayers were answered. Josh is a delight to deal with. And without the normal upcharge for being in Manhattan. And of course the pick up and delivery. Highly recommended.

They work so fast and so nice. They altered suit pants within 2 hours without asking for a rush. Even to be extra nice he sewed a button on for free.

The man who answers the phone is the rudest person I have dealt with in this entire city. He insulted me on the phone both times I called. I had to call to set up a delivery time with him otherwise it would not have been done. When I came in the store after him arguing with me about delivery times since I’m only 900ft away, he asked ME why I was being rude to him on the phone and I calmly explained that his phone manners with me were abhorrent and I wouldn’t be returning and he didn’t care.It also smells like a moldy washing machine inside.

I went in for suit pants alterations and jacket pressing only. Meticulous fitting, They did excellent work, was delivered on time like they promised. I would confidently recommend.

Do not use this cleaners. More than once cleaners mistakenly dry cleaned clothes rather than wash and fold, even though the laundry consisted mostly of t-shirts. Was not able to resolve the overcharge. Best to pick a different option.

Ive been going to Morris Cleaners and Tailoring for a few months now...the pricing is beyond reasonable, the tailoring has been super clutch for me with my last minute request, but on top of that the staff are genuine and cool people. See ya soon!

One of the best dry cleaners on the Upper East Side. Use them all the time for all my cleaning and alterations and tailoring needs.

If you advertise that you are open on Sundays until 4 pm, you should be.
