Their service was provided with our Costco travel package and the service was horrible and I definitely would not recommend them. They left us at the airport for an hour before they finally picked us up. The driver did give us some great info, which was the only positive thing. Today, they were supposed to pick us up at 10:40 from our hotel, but didn’t arrive until 11:15. They gave us the run around on the phone several times, so we grabbed a cab to the airport, so we wouldn’t miss our flight.

We got My Sedan through Costco . I called them today few hours ago to confirm our ride for tomorrow to the Newark airport .I spoke to Mickey who was extremely unprofessional and rude .He refused to pronounce or say my name almost like mocking it .I asked him for the managers name and he refused to share.After insisting few time he finally mentioned that his managers name was Nancy .He hung up my phone when I mentioned that I did not appreciate his unprofessionalism. I called few times again and no one picked up the phone .Finally it was Mickey again who picked up the phone and when I asked to speak to the manager he hung up my phone again. We have been in Manhattan for almost a week and not one person or business was rude to us .It was this Mickey guys from my sedan who just spoiled my trip .I tied to find them on BBB but could not .There people should not get any business .

The absolute worst and most unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my traveling experience.Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter due to a package booked through Costco (they have since been notified of this horrible vendor).For airport pickup, no confirmation was provided, no car or details of pickup were given; multiple phone calls and long wait times finally a car came after over 45 minutes of waiting.For departure even a worse experience. During confirmation I was told the car would come 4 hours prior to my flight departure time, I was given no explanation as to why such a early pickup time for a domestic flight. Then I get a message on my phone that there are delays and no cars available, they were unable to confirm any vehicle. Again long wait times and holding times on the phone, they could never confirm or provide a vehicle.Ultimately I had to use to Uber to get to the airport, and I literally had a car arrive within 2 minutes. Why should a car service like this even exist in this era of Uber and Lyft? They are inadequate for the job and have horrendous service, and offer no accountability.Please do not ever use this service.

Used this service to schedule a pick up at the airport, thinking that although it is more expensive than a taxi or ride share it would be more convenient. Completely wrong. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the car was not waiting at the scheduled time, and it took 50 minutes for it to arrive. When it did arrive, the driver would not come to where we were waiting, but insisted that we come to him. The driver did not know our destination, and we had to direct him using google maps. The driver wore his mask with his nose uncovered. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

Phenomenal car service. We opted to take the private sedan as opposed to the shuttle service to expedite our arrival and it was well worth the cost in al respects. Drivers were timely, knowledgable and very professional. But most importantly, the follow-up and follow-through by the dispatchers raised it to a whole other level. Their confirmation telephone calls before each leg of the trip and the information shared leaving no room for confusion was appreciated and reflective of the high level of customer service. My only disappointment was with one of the representatives, Marjorie, whom I felt was argumentative and unprofessional when I called about possibly changing my pick-up. Did not appreciate my interaction with her whatsoever, but even that poor exchange would not deter me from using them again. Vehicles were extremely comfortable, making our ride into the city and our return to the airport a pleasant and comfortable ride. Will definitely use them again our next time visiting NYC.

Driver picked us up at the airport at LaGuardia was on time and waiting for us. The our driver was very informative and told us about things on the way to our hotel how to get around was very very very nice. The driver on the way back was on time was very nice but evidently didnt speak English or understand because he didnt talk very much and didnt know what terminal or where to go when we got to the airport. All in all though it was an excellent experience.

Booked a private ride from JFK to Manhatten hotel. Greeted at the airport by Veronica who took us to our driver, Dee. What an awesome journey we had. Dee was very funny and gave us lots of tips for our trip, explaining the landmarks as we went. Cant recommend enough, 5 stars My Sedan, thank you!

My husband and I traveled to NYC last week and used My Sedan for the round trip from LaGuardia Airport to our hotel in Times Square. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. On Monday, on the return trip to LaGuardia, my husband left a backpack in the car. There were several electronic items and car keys in the backpack which totaled about $700 in value. The driver called us about 30 minites after drop off and offered to bring it back, but it was too late. Yesterday, we received the backpack which was shipped to us by Fed Ex. with everything in the bag, Thank you so much to everyone at My Sedan.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They emailed me to tell me my transfer would be 30 minutes prior to the booking time given.. I had to call them and they were so rude. They said they didn’t have the email, which I do and then put the phone down...... what an app Ali g way to end a lovely holiday. Shame on you my sedan and shameful customer service.

Booked car 1 week in advance, JFK to Penn station one way. Plane and baggage were pretty much on time. Called at 2:17pm car arrived 2:55pm, I was advised 5-10 mins. Driver was excellent, dispatcher was terrible. Dispatcher lies. I stood outside terminal watching uber and lyft take away many rides while I stood there waiting.

Very poor! Nobody at the airport to pick us up, apparently they had the wrong date. Several phone calls made And an hour later we were picked up.A few days later they were half an hour late picking us up to return to the airport. No apology, just a comment of Im here now when I questioned why he was so late.Would never use this firm again!!

Totally unreliable and unprofessional behaviour. Nobody at arrivals at Newark hall even though said service was paid for, after 4 phone calls and holding the line (on my account) for over 40 minutes, 90 minutes later a driver came outside whom I practically had to chase because he was about t9 leave! Not even an apology o4 at least a response to my complaints. Be very careful of this scam of paying a service that you are not receiving!

The first ride was ok, but then I dont know why it was cancelled my return to the airport trip, and they didnt noticed me or email me or anything, so I have to called to see where was my driver and they told me about the cancellation and did nothing to helped me solve the problem

THE DRIVER STOLE FROM ME!!!Totally unprofesional. My family booked this transportation for me and i didnt know it has already been payed before hand with a credit card.The driver (black big cadillac) said i had to pay for it with credit card would be an extra 10 dollars so i gave him cash. 70 dollars that had already been payed, i gave him in cash.He scammed me, didnt give me a receipt, and i think its completely WRONG to do, to take advantage of a young tourist girl.DONT HIRE THIS. Just take an uber as i should have done for half the money.

I booked a car through you, thinking I was booking for the curren date, but it booked it 2 days past the current date I enterd. One, why would your system allow to book past the actual date, and two, I called you to cancel and request a refund, which you agreed to, yet we have not received it.

If you use this company ASK FOR FLADIO.. He is the most wonderful KIND man you will meet. I felt so safe with him. If I lived in NYC, I would use this service ALL the time because of FLADIO. This business is catastrophic, when we arrived at the airport, our driver was not there. It took 1 hour and at least 5 or 6 calls to the platform for someone to deign to pick us up. The person on the platform was very nice but she always said Ill call you back in 5 min and he never called back. He offered to file a claim but it did not change anything, I paid everything and I even realized later that I paid more than advertised price on the site about $ 20. Fortunately I speak English and I have an American number and I insisted otherwise I think no one would have come. for the return I took an Uber and everything went well and it cost me $ 67This company is horrible, I had to call during the hour to get somebody. Its more than expected. Hopefully, I can speak English and I got an American phone, if not I guess nobody came. For the return, I used an Uber and everything was fine. the price was divide by 2 with a better service.
