I ordered a cab they charged me and then called 2 minutes before pick up to tell me that one they have no cars after they took my money and two I have to pay more I booked the car the day before my trip
Dispatchers do not speak english (speak chinese), they are impossible to understand and they get extremely angry / super nasty when asked to repeat themselves to arrange for a ride pick up. I engaged respectfully and got screamed / yelled by an agitated, unprofessional lady operator for not understanding her extremely broken english. NEVER AGAIN.

Late and have had instances when they didn’t show up to pick up the clients at the airport. Also beware they want to charge 10 percent for credit cards. Reporting them to the better business beureu. Driver at no fault they are only there to pick up and take you to their destination. Best to speak Chinese, to better communicate.
Use them quite a lot. Overall cheap and good service.. some representatives can be a bit rude, some are nice. Only thing is they don’t always have cars available, which I think they should work on improving. Other than that, very reliable, cheap and good service.
Used this taxi company twice this year (May & Oct) going to and from JFK. They were on time and their price is very reasonable- $45 from Chinatown to JFK, includes my tip. I asked the driver to avoid the freeways to avoid the toll fees which the passenger is responsible for. My driver got me to the airport in 1 hr during rush hour traffic. Awesome! The first time, we rode a Toyota Prius. There were dents on the car but it was clean and presentable inside. The second time, we rode what looked like a brand new black Cadillac SUV. Drivers were very courteous and professional, customer service was fine. Id use them again!
This car company changes their prices too much and they are very unprofessional on the phone. I paid going to Queens NY $21 a few weeks ago, I was told it is $30 now. They are not consistent with their prices. They are a rip-off!!!
I have been using Lucky for years. for myself and for friends to and from the airports. Drivers are on time and usually very friendly and accommodating. Prices are decent. Great service overall.
I have used Good Luck Car Services for more than five years. Back and forth between airport, home, work. Never experienced any bad service. The drivers were all responsible and on time.

Yall new yorkers are only good at complaining and talking loud. This cab service is a gift of god. From LES to Brownsville only cost me 30 bucks while everyone else charged 40 or higher. Nice comfy cars, drivers talk (language barrier or antisocial; one of the two), and they pick you up pretty fast too. If thats not good enough for yall then get your license or take the A train to JFK
Driver took a long time to arrive.Dispatcher wasnt clear on Eta and we waited in the cold for a good while.Good luck car service? More like No Luck No Service car company.Drivers attitude wasnt good. He sighed when asked to open trunk and sighed when asked to clear the front seat for another passenger. After everyone was in the car, he asked for an extra $5.00 because we had too many people in the car. He continued to complain so we got out and called for an Uber instead.Had a better night then.
I had good service with them for a while until recently. I had ordered a cab a couple days ago. The driver insisted for a tip after I paid for the cab. I declined because he was rude about it. After trying to call for a cab today, the lady on the phone wont offer me service anymore. She said the reason was because I never paid the driver.I had tried to explain the situation to the lady but was repeatedly hung up on.I recommend to look elsewhere.
Worst driver Ive ever had. Constantsly asking me where to go, making rude jokes, and had a negative demeanor from the moment we stepped into the car, demanding I pay before he even started the gas. Dont waste your money, just get another cab service.

RUDEST customer service EVER.i called last night to order a car from Queens into Chinatown. When I called, the lady wanted the exact address and I didnt have one because I was on the corner of an intersection so I looked up at a random building and gave her the number.##-## Intersection of x and y.Lady kept telling me to give her the exact address so I tell her its ##-## on the intersection or x and y. Which is the SAME THING because the driver wouldve had to google anyway.She proceeds to tell me Sorry, cant do this. and hung up.What kind of customer service is this??? Suppose this is why Asian businesses get bad rep because even if theyve been in the U.S for a while, they lack the training most business have for proper etiquette on treating the customers.STAY AWAY. There are so many other businesses out there you can call.

The people working here went above and beyond today. I had scheduled car service to meet my mom at LaGuardia Airport in baggage. Held a reservation with credit card. Since her flight was coming in to Terminal B which is under major construction, their driver could not meet my mom in baggage. Since my mom would need assistance I had to rely on yellow cab instead of Good Luck. The woman working at Good Luck heard the distress in my voice and went out of her way to come up with competitors solutions to help me get transportation so my mother would have help at the airport. The kicker is she just called me to find out if my mom made it home safely, this lady doesnt know my mom or me! Such a special person to care and take the time to call me. I pay every time I get in the car like they requested. My cab is 8$ I even gave them 10. Then out of no where they just stopped sending me cars saying I never payed -__- which made no sense to begin with! Terrible customer service and theyre clearly racist. Once I ordered a cab on their app it was 6$.. I called to make sure they received my order she said she call 15 minutes before. I called 30 minutes before and she told me she had no cars available I was so pissed due to I had just worked a 13 hour shift at work. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

I have been using Good Luck for 10 years & have had no issues. A very standard, inexpensive, reliable car service.
The company is a BONA FIDE HIGHWAY ROBBER!!! They turned my usual $35 trip into a $53.50 trip...A couple of times I couldn’t find a ride from my usual Chinese car service company I’ve been using for 18 years nor from my “backup” car service company(both are stationed in Flushing) to pick me up from the EXACT LOCATION from Midtown Manhattan!! So I call my 2nd backup plan... not so “Good Luck Car Service”, they sent a car with a quoted price of $45. It gave me an impression of $45 is INCLUDED the Midtown Tunnel’s Toll as that is my 1st backup car service company from Flushing charges INCLUDING TOLL... but lo & behold, by the time I got out of the car, I handed the driver $45 & the driver insisted the price was $53.50, $45 is BEFORE TOLL!!! I LITERALLY DUMP OUT my ENTIRE WALLET of BILLS & A FEW QUARTERS, DIMES, NICKELS & EVEN PENNIES & I was still a couple of dollars SHORT!!! I am disabled from arthritis walking with a cane, I was so afraid that he was going to force me to go upstairs to my 3rd floor apartment to borrow that from my 77yo mother & to go back downstairs to pay him, if so, when I got back downstairs with the money, the driver might have to call the ambulance to pick me up to the hospital(I bet there would be another $5 charge for the 9-1-1 call)!!! My usual car service company charges me $35 from my area of resident to the zip code 10016 INCLUDING the TOLL for the Midtown Tunnel, if I add $17 to my usual car service company’s usual price, I would be able to go see my doctor & have my RETURN TRIP PAID FOR TOO!!!GOOD LUCK CAR SERVICE IS OUTRAGEOUS... O-U-T-R-A-G-E-O-U-S!!!!!I wonder where should I to put in my complaint of “Good Luck Car Service’s” PRICE GOUGING?!
Ive been using these guys for over 15 years now. Cheap, good service, always arrives. Better than Uber or Lyft especially when getting to the airport.
Arranged an pick up for my elderly parent whose Asian phone wont work in JFK, I specifiy request for driver to pick them up inside the airport, fee was set and double confirm ( extra $10 to go inside, and I will pay for the parking fee) . 6 hours before my parents arrive, the company call and request for more money, and keep asking for my credit card, they did not appologiy or admit their reception provided faulty information. Terrible service, cuase last minute inconveniences, and this is not the first time thing like this happen with this company, they will promise a pick up time and either late and dont show up. DO NOT use them if you need to get to airport on time.

I award lucky zero stars. I called to make a reservation and they dispatched a vehicle to my hotel. The vehicle showed up 20 minutes late and proceeded to tell me 45 minutes into my ride at JFK, that it was cash only. When I told him I had a card, he told me it was 10% more - fine, I get it. He then pulls out his cell phone and proceeds to charge me and says there was an error...then does it again. Lone behold, on my statement, he charged me four times for $50 and twice for $65. I called Lucky to dispute the charges and they said that they dont take credit cards inside the card. The accounts payable rep was very confused and said maybe he thought he was taking an UBER or LYFT which made me realize this is a completely fraudulent business. The paypal account he used was wired directly to his home, no place of business. NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Amazingly fast and always cheap. They charge a flat rate based on zip code so its always better than uber/lyft/juno. Ive recovered lost items from this cab company several times so its a very honest company. Their airport rates are cheaper too!
Dont bother. The driver rude and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I arrived at Penn Station and he wansnt even at the agreed upon location. When called him, I could barely understand what he was saying and when asked to clarify he hung up the phone . Called back and was able to make out the name of the restaurant he was in front of. 2 blocls away from the original location. Its NYC. Cold outside and I just want to get home. I then asked him to change my final destination and he staets to drive before I even give him the address. I asked him did he hear me and he responds, I dont know . Now I am beyond frustrated and asked him to stop the car. I mean, it took all of my will power for me to not stach him out of his seat. Especially after he snatched the voucher from may hand after I wrote my destination. Im still in the car now and hope I can develop more will power. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME .
Do not this car company last night I used their car service appsI gave driver address delivery1500 Broadway 10036 on the apps guys!!!!No mistake I typed it in he read it.But he dropped me wrong location this is like almost midnight !!!he dropped at 200 w42st 10036 and it was dark and i paid cash so I didnt realized that he didnt dropped me correctly until he left I called the car company they argued with me he left correct location and kept arguing not backing downUntil I called Uber to pick me up and call them again and have him talk to Uber driver and Uber driver told him he picked me up from 200 w42 stThe guy person on the phone then said well, whatever and hang up !!What !! NoThe customer service hang up and curse on me, no apologize keep me on hold refuse to talk to me- and give me solutions after I paid 20$ for a trip that send me to the wrong location?!?! Amazing car service, the best prices ( you will have to pay tip on top of price said on phone), they are always on time or earlier, they call you when they arrive and wait outside for you, drivers are nice and polite...the best one..highly recommended :-)

The receptionist told me 3 hours ago that I could have a van to move a few chairs at 6, I called now they said no and hung up on me, when I called back to ask again if we could just get a minivan for 3 people they said no and hung up. Wish there was a 0 star option.

Drivers insist on a tip which I dont mind theyre friendly enough but they fraudulently charged my card when I didnt call them for services. I called to try to get a refund but all the guy kept saying was he didnt have any credit card transactions from my number which they didnt keep either times he then tried to ask me for my card number I told him no he asked for the last four which I was okay with and then told me he didnt see any although I clearly could. Be warned when using your card they want cash anyway but regardless avoid these guys like the plague.
They are very cheap for going long distance but you have to pay cash and they dont speak English, alot of times the drivers dont know where they are going and it can get very frustrating since they dont speak English

Without warning us, once the journey at the JFK airport in New York is over, the driver informs us in bad ways that if we do not have cash we would have to pay ten percent more to use the credit card.The driver was very rude, with bad manners and also as the card reader was not going, he demanded a photo of the ID and the card to be able to make the payment later in the office, all this in a very rude way and in an English Very hard to understand.In addition, the driver was aware from the outset that the destination of the trip was the airport, where people usually go without cash (cash), so you should have notified in advance this possible setback.We would never repeat.
This electric car is very bad. I have to go to the airport with my family to get a van. The fare is 43 yuan, and the driver still charges me 15 yuan for a total of 58 yuan. I rushed to give the money, and I will call the company when I come back, but I dont remember the number of the car call only remember that the driver is called kin wang. Originally, I only told them about the quality and service that they would improve. But they ignored it. The service is too bad. I am at the airport called the same car to return home as long as thirty-five yuan. I will never use this electric car company.
