For so many years.. this has been the default vehicle rental for New York film productions.. great service and modern reliable cargo Vans and 15 passenger van.. you will be very please..ahhh and the prices are beautiful

3 years using C.C. Rentals as our go to rental spot and this has to be the most unpleasant experience ever. Not only were we given a faulty set of keys but we had to send someone from our team to pick up the spare while C.C. Rentals team did nothing for us. Not to mention the man behind the phone was the most unprofessional and rude worker. When speaking to him about our bill, he said it wasn’t his problem, laughed, and hung up. Not at all a pleasant experience.

It’s an industry staple. One day I’ll figure out which outlet will charge my cell phone. You’re vehicles will never defeat me! (And I shall continue to bring my portable charger.)

First time renters and it could not have been any better. We rented a 15 passenger van to take our immediate family to visit family on Long Island. The reservation process could not have been easier (shout out to Michelle and Jochy). The van was immaculately clean and the pick up and drop off process was smooth and easy (shout out to Zahir). AND - everyone was extremely friendly and professional! Overall - really terrific experience! Thank you!

Lifesaver! I recently moved from Brooklyn to upstate NY and after my original booking with a different company (beginning with a U and ending with a l) was mysteriously deleted on the morning of my reservation, CC Rental came through. The booking process was easy and efficient and my truck was waiting for me in the lot at my requested time. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Returning the truck was just as quick. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I highly recommend.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Shady business practices, bad accounting practices, no real management in place. 3 cars rented all 3 died on me company never accommodated me for anything. Paid out of my own pocket ZERO reimbursement. Use enterprise or zipcar save yourself the headache

Theses guys are great. It was the first easiest booking and return of a vehicle ever. We hired a 12 seater van for a family vacation. Vehicle was in good condition and we will be back. If you have a large family or doing a vacation with another family I highly recommend checking out the selection of vehicles. Also great value. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

CC Rentals...Cheapest, easiest to acquire and return trucks in Manhattan, maybe the world. But the trucks reflect that. No service after you leave the lot. Good if you know what you are getting into and if you are staying in town.

The employees are kool but they need to do better when it comes to their vehicles because they are usually all beat up or when u rent then the lighter socket doesnt work or theres no window washing fluid there tires are bald at times so wat they need to do is service there vehicles alot better.. If i had to rate them on a 5 star basis they would get 2 stars

CC Rentals!!!Business Model and Resource!A few vehicles may have wear. For the most part, vehicles are very clean, rental fees are low, staff is straight forward & honest. Rent once and youll be a believer as well!The only way to find a lower price is to go out and buy your own vehicle...In case you get an emergency call from a client who needs you somewhere at an ungodly hour, you may have to call ahead before showing up after-hours. Yes they are 24/7, but they require a call ahead when its late night/early morning.

I rented vans and trucks from them 6 times in the past 2 years, never a bad experience. Reliable, good prices, efficient pick up and drop off, no frills, friendly team.

Sometimes great sometimes not. I use them for commercial production purposes and have had them give me dirty vehicles before. However they do always seem to have the vehicle that we need. Big inventory but its a fast turn around so they could do a better job and servicing the vehicles and keeping them clean and smelling good. Maybe wash the carpets or whatever.

If you are thinking to rent a van or truck 24 hours a day to return it whenever you want and to get cheaper price for extended miles or long distance this is the company to go for and trust me you will not find anything cheaper, other companies give you an expensive price when is the end of the month but CC rental have same prices all month I used their truck to go to North Carolina I drove 1200 miles the truck was nice and clean they have a brand new trucks so happy with their costumer service and stuff is very friendly, I will use them again and again . The car barley worked. Money was taken from me without my consent days after the transaction was over and I had returned the car. Ive only rented cargo vans and 15 passenger vans from them. Fair prices and theyre open 24 hours! Service is great. The vans are pretty good. Cargo vans can be a bit dirty and smelly, but they are cargo vans after all. Theyre a lot easier to do business with than big chain rental places.

Good deals on vans and minivans. Helpful but no frills. Car was clean and pick-up and return were unusually quick by rental car standards. I know businesses that rent vans from them all the time and they keep coming back. You have to walk up the stairs and the reception is not Instagrammable but from the money you save you can get a nice meal at a Village restaurant

First the cars are great second the prices are reasonable 3rd I would have to say that the employees are respectable and clean. And when I do rent I recommend this place to all my friends. I would give it a 5 stars but sometimes Im not up to par. Other than that the place is great if you need to rent a vehicle. Great place.

WORST customer service EVER!!!!! I went there last night to rent a cargo van, and because I said van at first and did not specify cargo van the rep proceeded with an attitude and making out loud derogatory statements. When asked about his attitude, he began yelling and stating “you want me to pick your vehicle for you, that’s why I have an attitude!!!!” I then yelled back at him, And he then stated “how about I don’t rent you a vehicle, how about that?” Is that what CCRental promotes as Good Customer Service? Yelling at customers, and acting as if they’re punishing you when they don’t provide service. The only reason you got a star is because I have to put a star in order to post, otherwise I’d give it a negative five-star.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, nor professional in anyway. They purposely do not disclose crucial information and then charge whatever they want on the card you put down. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CARD INFORMATION. They’re are multiple people working there so you hardly speak to the same person twice and they all tell you different and incorrect information. The customer service was appalling and the employees are uninformed. I have never had such a unpleasant experience I was left feeling violated and taken complete advantage of. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued.... yet. Save yourself your money and peace of mind go somewhere else to rent your car.

Always tip top service with decent vehicles.It would be nice if they let you park their vehicles over night for an extra fee. Finding truck parking can be hard sometimes.

I have a good experience with this company. The price is reasonable. The Vehicle is in clean condition. The service is easy in (driver license and credit card) and easy out the door, off you go. Just walk a bit to the vehicle rental place and make the correct turn off the parking lot. Be careful not to go into the Lincoln Tunnel unless NJ is your destination.

For professional use only. Great 24 hour prompt service. Good prices for nyc. I would have nocked a star off due to the van quality, but its usually due to previous customers breaking stuff. Not that it matters much for a cargo van or truck.

Every 15 passenger van I’ve had access to is damaged, has I had service lights on the panel that won’t go off. Both times I’ve driven it was a tire pressure issue. This one didn’t show up until on the highway to Long Island. It’s gas cap was torn off. And my favorite the front tires were bald and needed an alignment.I will never personally rent here! I would much rather rent a van from my area and drive into the city and meet my group.I understand being a car rental in NYC isn’t easy but please! Maintain your vehicles!!!

The Morton street office is up the stairs to the left of the garage. A little hard to find as are most addresses in The Village. Be aware that final bills are emailed, not processed on the spot. Up front you pay for the rental; mileage, gas, and EZ Pass are calculated after you return the vehicle. You get 100 free miles per rental day.

Have rented cargo vans and box trucks from these guys dozens of times (Manhattan location). Their fleet and facilities are both pretty no-frills but I have never had any problems with reservations, returns, or the vehicles themselves. The customer service is not exactly effusive but they are efficient, accommodating, and reasonably friendly as long as you can at least act like you know what youre doing. Prices are great - I love that they dont charge by the mile the way other truck rental places do.

No funny business. Rented a 14 ft truck for a move and got exactly as described. After my move returned it and the guy told me theyll emailed me a receipt, I was expecting a vehicle inspection upon return. I can say these guys are honest car rental business. They had the correct over mileage which I was expecting and gave a 1/8 tank gas credit. Keep in mind the tolls on Lincoln tunnel($34) and NJ turnpike are more for these trucks compared to passengers cars. Highly recommend them.

Where the pros go -- 30 second call for a reservation, pick up in 5 minutes or less. Great rates, clean/newer model vehicles. UHaul can pound sand!

Superior to Edge in every way. NO SERVICE FEES FOR GAS REFILLS (as of this posting). That alone is worth it. Ive picked up well over 100 vehicles of all types from this rental location and can say that hands down this is the better choice. Just look at that location! Edge is next to a wastewater treatment plant.

Rented a van for a little weekend getaway and must say great customer service! Gentleman who assisted me was very polite and issued a quick process.

We have rented a van at CC Rentals a bunch of times and their regular car.The good thing about this business is that there is no overbearing paperwork nonsense and signing over-complicated contracts you cant even read each time you rent.We have always gotten a vehicle with a short notice. The staff is friendly and so far has figured things out when there is a problem.The cargo vans are nothing fancy but who cares if they get you from point A to B which is good enough for us when work is to be done.The 4 door Ford has been perfectly fine and clean and I had no problems with it.Plus theyre open 24 hours.Over all it has been very practical for our needs, and I wouldnt go elsewhere. If youre going far, just calculate the cost of extra mileage which for us has been within a reasonable range.Highly recommended.

I even had a bus take off my side mirror, and they only charged me 30 bucks for the repair, with no high estimated cost or unnecessary paper work.. 6 stars

We have a problem!!!!!!!!We rented a van with full gas but with an engine problem.Familys and friends life is in our hands, we were horrified.We try to explain why we had to return the vehicle before 24 hours.It was for safety reasons.What made it more pormblmacti,ATTITUDE!The gentleman, who works In the night shift, didnt show concern or awareness and lied. He made frivolous comments and accusations.But detail to follow-up.After meeting and talking with the owner, they were reasonable. Before showings images and video clips, we had.Still, I cant recommend anyone rental from this facility. Their vehicles need to be inspected, not a tune-up. It was clear, is about the money, the prices range they have, not about the safest of the consumer. FYI: the rating you see posted, half are NOT from the customers, but are from employees or staffs who work for them.There are the safest issues!! only in this location, In the west village. My recommendation is to look for others. But the DMV inspector must be notified.Its our opinion and our follow-up for a resolution.Our posting speaks for itself.We are not saying, Cc rental broke any law, yet!Most likely, the wrong person at the wrong time in the wrong place is going to have to deal with Cc Rentals. Im hoping it doesnt come to this, but if it happens, I hope this posting is helpful.

I have been using this service for years, they have always been there whenever i needed a truck or car in a week or right nowit is meant for the trade - no frills, open 24 hours, no complaining, but that goes both ways. just take your truck and do your thing, bring it back, no problems next customer.

Called a week in advance to book a car. I spoke to someone to confirm that the reservation was made. I called the same day of the reservation only to find out they deleted my name from the system and they had no record of the reservation, they could not assist and had no cars available. Two hours later they attempted to call me saying they were able to find a car. I luckily had a ZipCar account and used that instead. Dont waste your time on this place. Its cheap but unreliable.

The absolute worst customer service! Liars, thieves and rude! The other reviews calling them liars and thieves are spot on. Our rental did not work! The truck was dead in a driveway, could not be jumped and then we were told to pay for a mechanic to fix their trucks issue! The absolute worst. Would never recommend and am disgusted by the way customer service handled the multiple issues.
