Incredible, friendly, efficient service from Stephen (Steven?) and another gentleman whose name I didnt catch. Rented a Standard car for just 1 day on Monday March 9th, Stephen and the other gentleman were on duty. Both were quick to assist, immediately walking over to me and already looking up my reservation on the iPad as soon as I walked in the door. As there were no Standard cars available, Stephen offered a much-appreciated upgrade to a larger SUV--perfect! The car was clean, relatively new, 80% full of gas, and felt safe to drive. Both Stephen and the other gentleman were attentive, full of information, and not pushy or pressurizing. I planned to be at Enterprise for up to an hour, but was in and out in under 10 minutes, pleasantly surprised. Returning the rental was just as easy, Stephen was again friendly, quick, and very helpful. Exemplary customer service--I will be back!
Smooth process picking up and returning the car. In both cases I was in and out in a few minutes, whereas other traditional rental places have made me sit around and wait a while. The manager, Aurora Borst, was very friendly and helpful during pick-up, letting me select the vehicle I wanted to drive, and in closing things out during the return. The vehicle itself, a Nissan Rogue, was in good condition and pleasant to drive.
I was very impressed with the service at Enterprise. Ordering the car on line was easy. It was fast, efficient, and courteous for both the pickup and return of the car. The car was quite new and in excellent condition. The price was very reasonable. Their location is very convenient on the Upper East Side. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again when I have need of a car.
They wasted my time with bad informations. Made reservations and went there to find out that the site was under construction with no car available. Then they send me to another location and again with bad informations I could not rent a car claiming I would need a nyc driver license in order to pay by debit. Even though I brought residence prove. They never mentioned this over the phone when I was making reservation only that I need to prove I live within 50 miles from location. Just don’t bother. Call to complain and they hang the phone on my face. Bad experience!
Brilliant staff helped us out with a Car when Budget Car rental who we were booked with had a 4 hour wait at the desk. These guys got us a car straight away. Very helpful and nothing was to much and they were virtually the same price. I would use them again.Thanks Guys.
This is the BEST Enterprise branch. I rent from here about once a month and have never had a bad experience. The staff are uniformly helpful and friendly, and seem like they actually are happy at their job. This translates into a wonderful experience for the customer. Thanks!

I never rented from here, but I did get into a dispute over a parking space with the entire staff at this Enterprise location. They threatened to slash my tires and were extremely combative. A bunch of thugs
They are all very professional, well dressed, customer focused and accommodating. I always rent from here and Ive never had a bad experience. James the manager is great and William is exceptional! While staff is wonderful!
Everyone at Enterprise were courtesy and efficient.I rented a cargo van, and although it provided what I needed, i must add it is expensive.Also no one cleans the vans, so professionally as a company, you could improve.Your public bathroom in the office was also disgusting. I mentioned this to the staff and they said the cleaning crew only come in once or twice a week.You have enough money to get someone in daily.I value enterprise as a company and just would like things to get a bit better.Thank you
As always, we were treated very well. However, we rented an SUV which cost more to rent but after being in a accident years earlier that totaled our own car, my wife wants to be in a large, well built car as she is still shaken by the past experience. The SUV given us was small, very uncomfortable without front seat adjustments usually found in quality SUVs. She traveled a long distance feeling like she was in a hole and had to put up with it. I could have asked for a standard sedan, paid less and had the same quality of car. Enterprise should insure that when a customer pays more for an upgrade, the car given is an upgrade and not a downgrade.
Consistently friendly, helpful, professional. Have been going there for years, in large part because the crew there is consistently great. Good customer care in NYC is rare - and these folks are great!
Everything went perfectly fine. No problems! I only wish your hours of operation at the location I used had later hours.One thing I would like to mention . . . when I picked up my car I was asked if I was staying in the tri-state area. If I werent, there would have been a charge per mile. I never saw that mentioned in the reserving process.
Have had two rentals from here in the past month, both times have had issues with the car we were given. While or expense was partially refunded on the first rental, it did not make up for the lack of competence shown by the staff and complication it resulted in. I assumed it was a one time issue, but our second rental was once again lacking in cleanliness and after one day warning gauges are flashing showing the car has not been maintained (as was the case with the first rental). I will absolutely avoid this rental location in the future.
Super friendly staff...very helpful. I did not realize that gas was not unlimited for SUVs and vans (since I had not rented one before) and they were able to credit me that amount. Genuinely seemed concerned that I had a great experience.
Simply the best customer service in the rental business is my experience w/ Enterprise, as a personal customer and a guy who used to manage a fleet of rental cars used for field sales. The private ownership, employee were all owners attitude thing is for real.
This place used to be the best branch. Since the manager left in January this place has went down drastically. They do not honor reservations and charge extra. Make sure to get receipt from them and keep your agreement.

I always have a terrific experience with Enterprise. I find the staff to be the most friendly of any rental-car company, and if theres ever any issues, they are quick to fix the problem without any hesitation, ever. Definitely my favorite rental car company, which is saying a lot for a New York City resident.

Staff was super helpful and efficient at this location - I showed up early because I thought it would take forever to get the paperwork done, but was actually driving out of the garage 10 minutes before my reservation! Car was clean and this place is conveniently open late on Sundays for weekend dropoffs.
I only use Enterprise wherever I am in the USA. Simply because the people are friendly,cooperative and the price is fair

Enterprise helped make my car rental needs effortless. After a motor vehicle accident that rendered my personal car useless, Enterprise had a rental vehicle available for me immediately and I was on my way for the duration of my repairs.
