Great experience! The team at Columbus Circle were excellent & easy to deal with throughout. On day two, a warning light came on, within an hour the concierge team resolved the situation and were on the way to switch out the rental car with a replacement. Such a relief and hassle free.

One of the best car rental experiences. The representative was friendly, informative and thorough. They walk you through the entire vehicle A-Z and provide clear instructions for the return. Terrible location. Silver car is a scam. They will give you a rental car knowing there is tire damage that cant be seen without having the car lifted. I was given a car to rent and the REAR tire randomly blew out on me on the highway going at highway speeds. Silvercar deemed me at fault and forced me to pay for the tire replacement. I should definitely get a lawyer for gross negligence for them putting me in an unsafe vehicle that couldve potentially killed me. This will definitely be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
