Took my kids to Well Connected nyc barber shop for their first hair cut. Willis did an INCREDIBLE job. The boys did not fuss once. They walked in looking like the Beatles and left looking like they could be placed on a nickel. The shops atmosphere is great and kid friendly. I was 100% satisfied. I made an appointment the day before and I was in and out very quick. I recommend this shop to everybody! #WellConnected 💯

In all my life this is the best barbershop I’ve been to, I’d rather be caught looking like a bum than miss my appointment or get my hair cut elsewhere. If you’re in NYC, highly recommend.

I must say, this is by far the best barber shop in NYC ! I moved here from Tokyo 2 years ago and was having trouble finding a reliable barber and the moment I walked into Well Connected, i knew this was it! The owner is extremely welcoming, the haircut was amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect ! Totally recommend!

I had an appointment today and called to cancel 1 hour prior because I have a throbbing headache. The owner asked if it was covid, i said no and then the owner went on to say oh, so is this your speel as if I was lying. He then said so what does that mean He stated I would be charged for the haircut I wont be having. I called back to discuss rescheduling and he hung the phone up on me. In my 2 years going there, Ive canceled only twice due to work obligations. The owner is always borderline rude when I see him in person. Ive been going there for 2 years - I get my hair cut with Angel who is always nice to work with however the owner is unprofessional and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. I am in customer service and this has got to be the lowest form of treatment Ive seen to a patron of an establishment. Therefore I will never be going back and will be finding another place that is reputable to spend my money!

Well Connected is definitely a five star barbershop, everyone there is professional and have been taking measures to keep the shop running great and clean, stop by you wont be sorry.

Terrible Customer Service.I pre-paid a haircut $50 and included a pre-paid $15 tip. ALL IN PRE-PAID FOR $65.I was running late ~ 15-minutes for a haircut with Willis, I called ahead at the time of being 10 minutes late and the person on the phone said do NOT come if youre going to be more than 15-minutes late, if you want another haircut, book a new appointment AND PAY AGAIN!!!!THIS IS STEALING!!! Yes I was late, but to take money including a 30% TIP (!!!!!!!) and to KICK YOUR CUSTOMER TO CURB IS DISGUSTING!!!

Great atmosphere ! All the barbers are talented and the price is great . If youre in NYC your missing out if your not getting cutt here . & most importantly they are taking the extra step to keep everybody safe by following cdc/covid guidelines . . Most definitely would recommend 10/10 .

I had an appointment with Angel and got a shave, fade, and a clean up on top. He was 15 min behind schedule, did not listen to what I told him about my hair, did not listen to me about my skin. After he finished he left me with a puffy/uneven fade, nicked my face up during the shave and left unshaved patches. Overall, this experience did not match the reviews and was for sure not worth $60+.

The vibe is chill and hip. Its got some of the best cats doing it right now! One of the best spot in that part of NYC!!!

Highly recommended to anyone who wants a barber with substance! My barber Willis and his team are the best in NYC, they do amazing work! I never leave Well Connected without a smile on my face because I always leave looking fresh. I appreciate the time, detailand skill Willis puts in, nothing feels rushed! They live up to their reputation. I really needed someone who knows how to define the hairline because Ive got one particular area that most barbers mess up and it ends up sticking out. Knew I was in the right place when I felt some careful work being done there with a straight razor. Thank goodness. Really happy with the result. Thanks Chris!

Solid barbershop with some very talented barbers. Prices are high for a simple fade ($35) before tip. Most other places charge $20. Attention to detail isnt the best either, but Ive always been happy with the cuts. I would give 5 stars but the Owner keeps raising their prices and has reintroduced Squire which adds processing fees and automatically adds a 20% tip...

One of the best spots in the city - Nuff said. All the guys here are great and cut well. I specifically cut with Nova but when he is out, Im always pleasantly surprised with the other barbers.

Always a quality cut by a couple of good people. Had a minor issue with billing once and the owner reached out to rectify the situation. I appreciate their service and that they value their customers.

Talented barbers. Atmosphere is not too overwhelmingly masculine. As a woman I do not feel unsafe in this space. I havent heard any homophobic comments there which is usually an issue at other barbershops in NYC.

Recently moved to NY and finally found a barber that knows how to cut a proper fade. Very attentive to asking me what I wanted.

Angel truly blessed me with the high fade today. Definitely will be back for my entire stay in NYC.

I don’t even know where to begin! I’ve been getting my hair braided now for about 5 months and have been having the hardest time coming across a responsible braider, I’ve searched high and low! I finally came across Guingui on Instagram and was so fortunate to reside in the bronx where she works. I have never been more satisfied with my hair!! The icing on the is the extremely reasonable price. I will be a repeat customer ‘til balding inevitably begins, LOL.The team at Well connected was extremely kind and courteous, salute!
