Horrible!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Came to New York City with my mom for her birthday, paid $60 per person for a guided tour of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island AND 9/11 museum. First off i called both phone numbers five times because there was a delay in the subway and nobody answered nobody ever returned any of my calls or voicemails. To start of Bonnie our guide was short, that she couldn’t be seen, she didn’t speak loud and she had nothing to identify her through the tour. In a small phrase she’s the WORST guide to get. She gives us her phone number and doesn’t answer her calls or texts, yet she’s constantly saying to text or call if we get lost or fall behind. I called her over a handful of times and sent her over five text messages but she never got back to me at a timely matter. The tour started off with 19 people and before we even boarded the ferry to the Statue of Liberty we lost two people (which Bonnie disregarded and left behind). By the time we reached the Statue of Liberty 6 of us (including my mom and I) were lost and Bonnie didn’t answer her phone or any texts, so we proceeded the self tour without her. We boarded the ferry to Ellis island by OURSELVES because Bonnie didn’t answer her calls or texts on where to meet or what time we were leaving. By the time we reached New York again we only had 10 people in the tour, (because she left other people behind). She’s irresponsible, plus she seemed to be desperately asking for tips after the tour. When we returned to battery park I mentioned the the 9/11 tour and she acted stupid like she didn’t know it was included. I mention we paid for it in our tour and all she did was guide us to the subway, (she didn’t even have prepaid tickets to the museum, which was SUPPOSEDLY included in our tour) upon arriving to the museum I was left alone with my mom required to pay the entrance to the 9/11 museum. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They don’t give you the whole package! My mom was highly upset and the whole day was just ruined! We didn’t even get our moneys worth on the tour.

I purchased a fully guided tour of Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 Memorial for 4 of us. When we showed up in the morning we were informed by Bonnie that our guide called in sick and we would have to take a self-guided tour and there isnt an option for the 9/11 Memorial tour at all. I just requested a refund of the difference and will update this review once I get it. After reading the reviews here I am also very curious to see how they handle this...Update: the price difference was promptly refunded. No explanation, apology, or further consideration was offered.

They just left my family up at Niagara Falls high and dry. They tried too call multiple times and only got Voice mail just as I have done. Also the trip was supposed too go to the Hard Rock Cafe. The Hard Rock was 35 per person with searing. They didnt have too wait and the food was 10 dollars cheaper with out the company. Also the maid of the mist was 80 dollars cheaper. DONT USE THIS SCAM! Will update if the money is refunded and we can actually get ahold of someone over the phone. Also there phone voice mail. Doesnt say anything about a company name. Only I cant come too the phone right now so please leave a message.

This tour was excellent. Our guide was very informative and knowledgeable. The drivers were professional and drove very carefully. Despite of some drizzle the tour went on without any disruptions. Boston is very beautiful with so much history. My friends and I had fun and a pleasant trip. We highly recommend this tour to everyone.

We booked a walking tour in NY with boat trips to the Statue Of Liberty and Ellis island. Our tour guide Eddie was fantastic. The knew everything and took excellent care of us. No question was too stupid for him to answer and he always had a good joke at hand. The was very knowledgeable about the history of New York and just a nice guy.If you can, try to get hooked up with Eddie and you won’t regret it.

DONT BE FOOLED BY Attractions 4 US.I booked our tour of Niagara Falls (during the Winter season, 4/11/18) after I called and spoke to a representative to ask if the winter tour is any different from the summer tour. Only that you see the Niagara Adventure Theater rather than ride on the Maid of the Mist (it doesnt run during the winter). Fine, thats what I understood. I asked if the duration of the tour changed because of winter and was told no.Heres the name of the tour: Private Niagara Falls Tour, Private Escorted Tour without Lunch in English. Tour Duration: *4 hours*. Cost: $149 per person (minimum 2 people). Includes Hotel pickup and drop-off.Heres what we got: Pickup and drop-off one mile from our hotel at the Hard Rock Cafe. (Even though the tour drove directly past our hotel.)90-minutes of escorted tour by CICI (who told us when we were surprised that it was only 90-minutes that he had another tour booked in 2 hours from the time he picked us up -- and we discovered later he could have taken us on the elevator to the bottom of the falls but neglected to tell us about that so we didnt get to do that).A voucher for each of us to the Niagara Adventure Theater movie (which is 30 minutes long and our guide does not stick around with us).For some reason, they also sent a voucher for Priority Seating at the Hard Rock Cafe.... please note that we purchased the WITHOUT LUNCH package because we did not want to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe.Upon contacting Attractions 4 US about the discrepancies between their advertising and the actual product, this was their response: Hello,The total tour time includes your meal and in the winter the Niagara adventure theater. From the start of the excursion to the end the time is approximately 4 hours. To have a private 4 hour fully escorted tour plus Niagara adventure theater and meal the total time would be closer to 7 hours and it would be a full day tour. There is no refund since you did get exactly what was advertised. We would be happy to provide you with a 25% discount for any future booking for your misunderstanding of the tour. Thank you, ATTRACTIONS4USWho in their right mind would consider being dropped off for a movie and meal (without the guide) as part of an escorted tour? And who in their right mind would book with them a second time with this kind of attitude and bad math.I do NOT recommend Attractions4US.

I would not recommend this tour unless you have at least 2 additional hours to spend on the tour. We booked this tour because the time frame was approximately 5 hours. This was not the case. Our tour started at 8:45 am and was supposed to end at 1:45 pm. We were to go to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and then the 911 memorial. We got to Ellis Island at 1:00 pm. This mattered a lot due to having to catch a flight in the afternoon. We started our tour and got about 20 minutes’ worth of actual historical information at the beginning after that we were told about how the tour guide’s (Loretta) son has been arrested twice, if you had any weapons or drugs on you to throw them in the Hudson river before going on the ferry, and how she has a geology degree but according to her women cannot get a job in geology on the east coast only the west coast because of “the men”. Which I found funny because my sister is a geologist and works in Virginia. We were supposed to meet at 11:45am but did not leave to get in line for the ferry until 12:15pm. This caused us to miss our ferry, so we ended up arriving at Ellis Island at 1:00pm leaving us (technically) with only 45 min left in the tour. This would include us having to wait for the ferry (that had a line and came every 20 min), then take the ferry back, then head to the 911 memorial. Once getting to Ellis Island we (my family) decided we really wanted to see the 911 memorial and we would have to pick either exploring Ellis Island or going to the 911 memorial. We reached out to the company only to have them tell us basically that they didn’t care how long it went over but that the tour was completed. I would not recommend this company as they do not respect people’s time or money. It was honestly a complete waste of money if you are on a time schedule and will not learn much (history) from your tour guide.

Without doubt the worst experience Ive ever had with a tour operator. The problem is they dont organize a tour - they just book tickets for you and they do it very badly. Communication is also non-existent / terrible. I very rarely give bad reviews, but in this case I feel its a public service to warn other to stay away.

Booked a 5 hour tour for the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and One World Observatory with a guided tour starting at 11:30 am. We didn’t arrive to the statue until 1 pm and our observatory tickets were timed for 3 pm. We asked the tour guide if we would make it to the observatory on time and he said NO and that if we wanted to go to the observatory, we should continue ON OUR OWN. The tour guide said we wouldn’t be back to Battery Park until 4:30pm. We left and didn’t receive ANY of the guided tour paid for. The only thing we received were the tickets which if paid on our own would’ve been more than half the price cheaper. Not worth the money. The tickets are NOT honored after the time specified but only for 15 minutes. The tour guide instructed us to leave the tour and continue ON OUR OWN. There is another bad review for this company from last year with the exact same complaint who said their observatory ticket was not honored since their timed entry was 3pm and they arrived after 4:30pm.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I booked a tour with them back in September. We received a confirmation email, but we received a call three days before the tour telling us that we had been rescheduled into a lesser tour. I requested a partial refund, I was told that I would receive a call back, but I never heard from anybody. The day of our lesser tour, the only calls we received werw the ones rescheduling. Due to weather, it was 37 degrees, the tour was rescheduled from 11 to 1:30, but we could still make. 10 minutes after we got that reschedule, we received a call saying that it would be rescheduled to 4. When I informed the so-called customer service that we could not make that since we had Broadway tickets that evening, we were told that we would have plenty of time to make it. I requested to speak to the supervisor and was told I could not speak to the supervisor, but I would be sent an email address to contact. It is obvious that the reason for that is they have no customer service. All I received was long rambling emails as to why we would not be receiving a full refund. First, we were offered $68 of $198. After I contacted Viator through whom I had scheduled the tour, I was told that we would get $100 back. Repeated refusals to accept this unfair decision resulted in no further contact from either this company or Viator. I am in the process of working with my credit card company filing a reversal of charges.Paying $98 for something that you did not receive, receiving the worst customer service, if it can even be called customer service from a company, if it can even be called a company, seems a little bit like a scam in my own opinion.I recommend that perspective clients run far, far away from this company unless they want to be upset, have their vacation turned upside down, and lose money.

Purchased 2 tickets from Viator (TA company) at 9am on day of tour. Ad said tickets for Memorial Mseum were good for any time that day. No paper ticket needed just download to phone. Got email after purchasing stating voucher on phone had to be redeemed for museum ticket and redemption had to be at 8:15 or 11:30 at an address 1/2 mi from museum! I immediately contacted Viator (less than 5 min after purchase). Agent said he understood why I was upset and that hed be upset too. But when he contacted tour company they refused to issue refund. I have no doubt that credit card co will issue refund. But I didnt need the aggravation on vacation. Avoid doing business with Attractions4us LLC. When booking with Viator call and ask who the supplier is and check them out before purchasing.

Being a novice to the Big Apple, we looked for a way to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as a family. We Googled for tours and we were able to book this trip via a cell phone. The price included tickets and a quick entry via the reserved lines as compared to purchasing tickets that day and waiting in line to get on the boat to the island. We met outside of Starbucks by the park and picked up not only our tickets but our knowledgeable tour guide, Mr. Stephen Irolla, who truly looked to make us feel comfortable with his humor and historical knowledge. We were provided with tickets, historical background and moved to the Statue of Liberty. Once there you have the liberty to walk up 180 steps and enjoy the site. You cant take backpacks up the statue and you need to pass a screening to go on top. You CANT go to the crown without previous arrangements. Plan for at least 3 hours there. Our outstanding guide, Mr. Irolla, escorted us to Ellis Island where he continued to drop his knowledge. Our kids were hungry so heads up 4 burgers and drinks $80. When the cashier gave me the amount, I felt like those who arrived at the island poor, lost and broke. Walking the building will take you another 3 hours at least to truly enjoy the site. As a family, this event was great at a cost $240 and the tour was made complete thanks to our guide Mr. Irolla. We give it 2 thumbs up!

Statue of Liberty this is a waste of money falks, I purchased the guided tour no such a thing . I am laughing about that description, because the only thing the guide does for you is a verbal lecture of about 20 minutes at the very beginning even before we moved an inch from the meeting place. My advice is for you guys to buy the tickets at the entrance and go by your selves.

I booked a 4th July all inclusive dinner cruise via Expedia for my 40th birthday - saved up and paid over £650 for three of us. Very expensive but hoped it would be worth it!IT WAS A SCAMThe boat sent for us is a $30 booze cruise ferry with no tables or chairs, should only fit 300 people on but over 440 people got on board! The food was boiling in the 90° heat in silver trays and looked like salmonella waiting to ruin the rest of my holiday! The staff on the dock had no idea what was happening and needless to say, we got off before it departed amongst many other people.Do not use this company - I have never been so disappointed in something Ive been looking forward to for years.

Please be aware when booking through this company, that if things go wrong, they will do everything possible to shift responsibility. We booked a Hornblower thanksgiving cruise with this company, and they didnt provide us with the change to the departure time or alteration to the pier. (Hornblower advised that other guests who booked through attractions4us were not informed of the change either). When we arrived at the pier, we discovered that our original cruise departure had been altered to a different port (other side of NYC and the time had been changed too) but we hadnt been informed of any change to the departure, and Hornblower advised that they would see if they could fit us onto the cruise at the port we had arrived at.The duly did, and we boarded the cruise. As we boarded and were waiting to be seated, the cruise departed. (I have no issue with Hornblower as they went out of their way to accommodate us).We were horrified when we were shown to our table as we were situated right on top of the emergency exit and next to the food serving area, so people were within touching distance whilst they were queuing for their meal. Our table was within touching distance of the dance floor, so when the disco started, it was impossible to have a conversation and we ended up spending most of our time outside. Our table had been set up whilst we were waiting to board the ship in the only spare area of floor space that was available. We appreciate that Hornblower did everything possible to ensure that we had a cruise on thanksgiving night, and on return back to the UK, we have spoken with attractions4us.Their customer service has been appalling with telephone calls and emails not being returned. To try and speak to the CEO, Savy Grant is impossible, and only when I have advised her that I speak with my credit card company to dispute what we paid (following attractions4us being given opportunities to offer some for of compensation for their errors-which they have declined to do so). Finally the CEO has now contacted me, and even though photography evidence and statements have been provided to her, she replied You went on the cruise and were accommodated. I really am at a loss as to what your damages are?You bought at 2.5 hour cruise and receive a full cruise on a higher end nicer boat. Instructions or not, you went on a cruise, you drank, you ate, and you danced. Please explain? Is this the action of a company that cares for its customers - I think not - so if you choose to book through this company, I hope things dont go wrong for you, because if they do go wrong, youll get no support from them.

Absolutely ripped me off!!! I booked a tour of niagara falls for $300 which was expensive considering what we actually got. Their voucher says 4 hour tour however its actually less than an hour to all the run down parts of the city then about 15 minutes at the state park. Then drop us off and leave we had to walk back to our hotel. They claim the 4 hours includes time spent at a restaurant which only gave us a menu with 5 items to choose from i seriously thought it was a joke nope thats how they scam you as well. They also seem to think the maid of the mist tour is an hour which um no its not, the boat ride is 20 minutes and its only 18.95 per person. I didnt get a response after explaining all this which doesnt surprise me considering how many people they have ripped off. If youre looking for an excellent tour, tour guide and well worth the money paid experience go with Gray Line they wont screw you.

Some scoundrels, never reached the agreed place despite being contacted by Get Your Guide and informed that they were a little behind and that we should just wait.We went to the address that appears in their networks and it turns out that some time ago they moved there and although we managed to find the new address, they did not want to attend to us. In both buildings they told us that many people came to claim against this operator, an issue that is verified only by looking at these opinions. No professionals, service that does not exist and that the different platforms should check very well to know with whom they are linked.
