Definitely recommend this company. The booking and reservation process was very simple. And then when an issue arose, where my mother couldnt be present with her CC and ID, we were able to work it out so everyone got what they needed. The driver was EARLY, which is great for special occasions--something as important as my sisters wedding. He was also a good driver, and helpful with loading all the bridesmaids bags into the trunk (and of course the most important thing, the wedding dress lol). I would definitely book with them again!

WE had the pleasure of using Luxor Limo while in New York. The driver, Charles was 20 minutes early, so he would make sure he was on time. Charles was very professional, and a very good driver. He did not cut in and out of traffic, like the taxi drivers did! Charles mentioned that it was his first day on the job with Luxor, and I am sure he will be very successful. I would recommend Luxor Limo to anyone needing a car out of JFK. Our driver met us at the baggage claim area. He was gracious and friendly. He immediately took our bags and escorted us to the car. It was a sparkling clean and actually smelled brand new. We arrived safe and sound at our destination. For the price, you cannot beat the service.

Shame on this place. Do yourself a favor and never use this company they are rip off artists. I placed an order for a car for April 11th, went to change the date, NOT CANCEL just change the date and I was told that I would forfeit my deposit and would have to rebook!!! Never do business with them. I will make sure everyone I speak to and know never uses them. You have been warned.

Needed transportation from Pier 88 to NJ. They arrived early which was great since we got off of the ship early. Top notch service. Cars are immaculate and they provide bottled water if you need it.Drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Please do not hesitate to use them. You will not be disappointed.

I use limos a great in many cities when traveling on business. I arranged for a ride from Luxor when the company I had been using ceased operation. The car was comfortable and the driver, George, was very helpful and courteous. During our conversation he told us that this was his first day and even with with this challenge, he did a terrific job and I would request him on future trips. George and Luxor made an outstanding impression on us Wednesday, April 13.

The driver showed up 15 minutes early. We knew exactly when he was ready for us and found him exactly where we expected to. It was an early morning trip to the airport, but the driver seemed friendly enough -- not talkative, but we were in no mood to engage in conversation so it was perfect for us. The driver got us there quickly and safely and seemed to know where he needed to go. Also, the car was clean and the ride was extremely comfortable. All in all, worth the money

Arrived on time after a good booking process. However, the driver could have been slightly more courteous, wasnt rude but room for improvement. Nice vehicle well maintained with plenty of space. Might be a UK vs US thing but I dont like that the tip is charged up front, to me a service tip is when someone exceeds expectations, with it being part of the price it doesnt encourage people to make an effort so much.

My experience with Luxor Limo has been wonderful. Each time I have utilized Luxor, each driver was very respectful and nice. If you want to ride in comfort in a comfortable car and get to your destination on time, I highly recommend Luxor Limo. I believe there prices compare well renting a car say from Enterprise. Traveled to the Big Apple and used Luxor for car service between JFK and my hotel in mid-town Manhattan. Communications via email and texts was excellent from the time I placed the order, to the time I arrived at the airport, to the curbside pick-up. Drivers were top notch. Vehicle was a Lincoln MKT and was just a little tight for 4 adults. I might have to go with the SUV next time if travelling with 4.I have Luxor locked in my phone for the next time I visit NYC !!!

We have been trying different Limo Services on our trips to New York. We finally found one we will continue to use. Luxor Limo was comfortable, clean and on time. Our driver, Reginald, was courteous and very professional. The most important factor to us is safety. Reginald maneuvered around Manhattan without speeding and cutting off every car. We rode with another service and literally feared for our lives! Im not one who exaggerates but the last service we used, the driver was almost hostile and drove like a maniac. I felt very relaxed with Reginald at the wheel. I will definitely be calling Luxor on our next trip to New York.

I reserved the Mercedes van with Luxor Limo to take my friends and myself to JFK from our hotel stay in Manhattan. I was notified that our driver was in the area and would arrive shortly. Our driver contacted me and was very courteous and arrived as he stated. Our luggage was loaded and we were off to the airport. He was a skilled driver as he worked his way through the traffic and got us to the airport on a very smooth ride. I found the whole process of booking the limo through to the ride, was very easy and they made me feel comfortable with the process when I chatted with one of the customer service people about changing the pickup time to allow extra for the TSA lines. I highly recommend Luxor Limo. We will be using them again upon our return trip.

2nd trip using Luxor and its been great. Ralph, our driver was on time, very courteous, friendly, helpful. Got a text saying our driver was on location with his phone number. JFK was very busy and I didnt see Ralph, but I called him and he quickly found us and took our bags to our car. As we arrived at our hotel he told me leave the bags for him to unload. The car look new and very clean. I already booked my return trip to the airport with Luxor

Although the driver was great, this company is terrible.I asked to have a town car drive me around Central Park & told the lady making the reservation that the reason I came to nyc was to see Central Park while the leaves change colors.After telling me they could absolutely do that, she told me I had to pay for a minimum of two hours. I agreed, & as soon as I got in the car the driver tells me that all the roads in Central Park are closed for the marathon & all he could do was drive me to various entrances to Central Park & I could walk around.Obviously I could’ve walked it but I was paying for a car so a complete waste of money & overall POS for taking my money knowing you couldn’t do a single thing I asked.

Having a mobility disability, I needed to book reliable transportation from Penn Station to our hotel in Times Square. After doing some online research I called Luxor Limo about a month before I trip. The woman who helped us decide on which vehicle to book was very nice and polite, and did not try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle.Today we arrived in NYC and I called the main phone number because we were about a half hour early. The office contacted our driver to let them know we were ready to be picked up.Our driver Bruce was very nice and told me exactly where hed pick us up (this is NYC after all LOL) and he arrived several minutes early.Bruce quickly loaded our luggage and my walker and we were on our way!The vehicle was exactly what I booked: a Lincoln MKT. Its either brand new or close to it, and it immaculate inside. Small water bottles and individually wrapped peppermints were in the back seat for us.We are extremely satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Luxor, and already have them booked for our return trip in 10 days.

We used Luxor Limo for the second time to go from our hotel in Manhattan to Newark. The ride was on time. The vehichles are so amazing and so luxurious feeling with this company. Driver, Vlad, was amazing, and the trip was quick. Love Luxor. Will use them everytime I go to New York!!!

Luxor has always gone out of their way to prove that they are a High Quality Black Car Service, all you have to do is make one reservation, trust me, you will not be disappointed.

This company cancelled an important trip last minute on Christmas Eve despite previously confirming the trip over phone and email. I booked a car for a 1pm pickup on Christmas (tomorrow) for a long distance trip home. I spoke to an agent on chat at the time of booking and later again on the phone when they called to confirm the trip. I also received a confirmation email with the correct pickup and drop-off addresses. Then, less than 24 hours before my pickup (today on Christmas Eve), they just called to cancel the trip and said they had made a mistake with the price. They said it would be 5X the price they previously confirmed and (although apologetic) were unwilling to honor the price they confirmed, and denied my offer to pay 2X the price they had confirmed. As we are less than 24 hours before the pickup time and its Christmas Eve, other car services are not available.I would think-twice about depending on this company for any trip, especially one of any importance.

First trip to NY so hired Luxor to pick my family up from the airport and take us around town. The first driver we had was rude and made us wait in the heat for 15 minutes before getting out of his car to identify himself. Second driver we had no clue how to navigate the city and got lost taking us to a show on Broadway. We were late to the show and he tried to blame it on us. After the show we called him to pick us up and sounded like he was sleeping. Waited 20 minutes and finally to rickshaw home.

I saw some reviews on TripAdvisor, and they were right! I booked a sedan for my daughter who is 15 years old to the hotel, she said when she turn on her cell and received a text about who is waiting, where. She said, she didnt have to wait at all! And she got to use the wifi in the sedan, so she didnt have to use her data on her cell plan. That was very good part when you come from outside of USA. I am use them again for sure!

My ride was at the airport before I got there. I know because he called me as my plane taxied to the gate. The ride was indicated to take 1 hour, but Abdel Latif got me to Stamford, CT destination in under 45 minutes - safely. Nice car too: Lincoln MKVI Town Car.

Great overall experience . I reserved a car to pick my neice up from JFK going to NJ . After a long flight, the car was there on time, very nice clean Towne car SUV . The driver was also very nice and courteous . I would rate this as a 5 star experience, and would highly recommend Luxor Limo to others .

I get my bags and call number I was told to call when I arrived- it was 5:10. I was told to go out of terminal to middle lane and that driver would be right there. I walked past empty taxi line. 15 mins later I call to see where he is And they connect me to driver. He tells me hell be there in 3 mins, he was pulling in. I call 15 minutes later, still no driver, they claim hes stuck in traffic at airport and hes one minute away. Everyone else from my flight had gotten picked up, I saw no traffic. 15 minutes later I call to tell them I was taking a cab since I had waited for 45 minutes. They tell me that since driver is at airport, they say Ill incur charges. I ask how much longer, they said they couldnt tell me, it was out of their control. I jumped in a yellow cab. I called Amex who assured me I wouldnt be charged. I feel like they stole 45 minutes of my life and got me stuck in the real rush hour traffic in NYC SINCE I LEFT LGA AIRPORT at 6pm. I wish they would have just been honest from the beginning. The last person I spoke to told me mgmt decided to refund me---Ill see how long I have to wait, but Amex is aware so I think itll happen. The 45 minutes will never be refunded

Ok so I booked with these people roundtrip from Newark airport to Manhattan and back. The first trip was booked with flowers which was an extra $45 bucks. So the morning of my arrival I was called for confirmation of my trip by them telling me my card was declined .....which btw It was fine. I told the manager I was charged 198.50 online. He said that the new charge was 175.00. So finally the 198.50 was returned back to my cc. The manager said that the next day he would run my cc for the new charge of 175.00 which included flowers. On my way to the airport I see that my card was not charged so I call .I was greeted by an extremely rude person and was told that the mangers not here obviously and you need to pay for the ride or walk.Finally after the ride was paid for I land in Newark and was told to call for a location of limo. When I did I was greeted with more rude customer service . I explained to them that I dont know the airport so i need better directions for a pickup location. I was hung up on. I had to find the location on my own . Then I get a call back from a idian gentleman saying oh btw sorry we didnt have time to get the flowers we will give you 45 dollars back and basically tuff luck.This company is terrible from the incompetent, and rude drivers and phone reps to the sub standard service and apparent mismanagement stay away. Its better to ride a horse to where your going.

Very bad experience. I paid twice for a transfer service from JKF to Manhattan. I paid directly to the driver the day of arrival, 12th july, and the company made and extra debt in my credit card. First of all I had two debts in the credit card, but i made a complain and one of them was erased. I have send several e-mails to luxor limo asking for my money back (remember i have paid also in cash) but nobody answered.If you can, choose another company. This one is no serious at all.

I really hate to give bad ratings but the entire experience was horrible. Flew into LGA paid for the meet n greet (which is where they meet you inside) had to walk outside and wait about 15 mins after calling the office and talking to the driver on the phone.. Its virtually impossible to talk on the phone and hear people outside with the noise. Then the ac wasnt working so we requested a car change and had to ask numerous times for updates. We paid for 3hrs of drive time instead of the airport transfer so we could run errands. First stop was the hotel to check in which was when they were suppose to switch cars.. I couldnt tell you how long we waited for the other car to come so just cancelled the trip and agreed to pay for the transfer. When calling to cancel the guy just hung up, my husband wast rude or anything either we just had things to get done. It ended up costing around 125$ for a ride to the westin time square from LGA in a MKT without ac with a nice guy but he couldnt speak English well. Just take an uber bc youll have a better car and it will be half the price. Walking in heels all over trying to find the driver when he was suppose to meet us at baggage claim was so stressful and ridiculous especially paying for the specific service. I looked a long time for a good car service so it was really disappointing. This was today 5/20.. They lost a lot of business bc were here for work and it would have been nice to have a driver for the week.
