The car had to be taken back to Nucar a week later for the same issue. If the problem had been properly identified the first time, we probably would have made a different decision about whether to pay for the costly repairs or purchase another vehicle. With an out of town road trip days away, were left with no other choice but to pay for repair #2. We are extremely disappointed.
Always great service. Friendly staff and excellent service advisors. Very clean facility and Covid appropriate. We only go to NUCAR Chevy for service and maintenance .
Great inprocessing program. Waiting about 2 minutes for tech to assist me. Was quoted 1hr 15min for oil change and tire rotation....ended up about 2 hrs. Lobby was clean and well managed. Reasonable priced and quick to finalize the service. Overall good experience.
Great place for service, but as usual way too long of a wait if an appointment is made..
Still waiting for that phone call from the owner. Its going back in again. My time means zero. Government Motors at it again. How about you come clean up the oil stains in my driveway for the fourth time. Rebuilt front differential last week. The car spends more time at your dealer then my own house.
The service dept was fantastic. They were very polite, completed my service, and got me on my way within a couple of hours.

Paid $35 and my car is STILL making noise that it never did before but Dennis helped with the miscommunication and I feel as though my car will finally be fixed. Thank you Dennis, because of the way you handled my situation its because of you that Im saying with Nucar. Tom needs to have a better attitude being a customer service rep though. Warren was a great tech finding out what I needed to know too.
