Took our older car for an inspection knowing that some work would probably need done. After paying the over 500 dollar bill for repairs, we realized they never looked at the air pressure of the tires . A light was on for low tire pressure on the dash. We asked if they could check the tires and we were promptly told no. We have been going to Flynns for years and were shocked....especially since they are known for their tire service. Flynns has lost us as a future customer. We will go elsewhere from now on for our cars.

Good prices but terrible service. Called on a Tuesday to schedule appointment for Saturday, they said tires would be there. Saturday at 2:45 called and said car was on lift and no tires, had to leave car over labor day!!!!

Was quick and friendly service. I was informed that there were other unknown issues with my vehicle. They did not try to pressure me into more services which is what a lot of places do, especially to women, however, they did politely give me an estimate and a description on the other issues. I would recommend and use their services again in the future.

I took two vehicles into this location within two weeks. Both were for inspections, one for brakes and tires. Both times I’ve received my vehicles with additional problems besides of the issues I took them in for.One vehicle developed “play” in the steering and alignment issues. The second car has battery and total electronic system failure, it became clear the battery and entertainment system were degraded and they installed old software.I took my vehicles here for years and continued at another location in Pittsburgh. These two visits convinced me not to patronize this location. And I advise others not to do the same if you want your vehicles totally fixed.

The service was great! I was able to get it on the same day to have my tires rotated, balanced and a front end alignment. My car now feels like it’s riding on a “cloud“. Would highly recommend them for any service!

I would like to thank the guys at Flynns Tire for the expertise and integrity they displayed on my last visit. I thought I had a major engine problem and they found it was only a bad switch which cost me a fraction of what I might have paid for major engine work. Was there at 9am this morning bro get a flat tire repaired. Droppedy vehicle off to get ba flat tire repair and a wheel alignment. They told me if the tire couldnt be repaired they would call me and tell me my options 4 1/2 hours later I hadnt got a call or anything and get there and just see my vehicle with the front tire missing and nothing being said. I then decide to ask the guy at the front desk whats wrong with my vehicle and he says the tire had a nail in it and cant be repaired. He couldnt call and tell me that. Horrible customer service all the way around.

They tried to charge my daughter $994.00 for repairs to her toyota. We thought this was high so we took it to a trusted family mechanic.THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HER CAR!THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.

Anytime you purchase tires here you get a free tire rotation every six months. Today, I had a schedule opening. They fit me in and had my cars tires rotated in no time, for free. They have a nice little waiting area and they answered my questions over the phone well. Masks are required and the waiting area is socially distanced.

I work very close to Flynns and anytime that I need my car serviced or I have a problem Doug is very helpful! Always feel comfortable with them taking care of it for me. Thank You Flynns Tire.

Ive changed my review to 5 star from 2 because of a great experience I had. My car got a flat from a friendly neighborhood pot hole. I was able to get my car in quickly and they also worked with my roadside do I could get the tire replacement reimbursed. They made the experience so much easier for me.

Super friendly staff. I walked to Gabes to do some christmas shopping and they actually took the time to call and tell me my car was done. Ive been to 2 other Flynns that would NEVER do that. I only wanted 2 tires for now, l told them my price range for tires and they gave me a few to choose from. The 2 tires took maybe 35 minutes. Would highly recommend this Flynns.

Although, great price for the tires....still, my tires are a bit pricey. Needless to say, spent some cash there. They had my car all day. Very dissatisfied with customer service and tire presentation. Its really not how you should treat your customers. If you say youre going to get back to them, you do! If the customer called you a second time with no call back......unacceptable! I know youre better then that Flynns!

I go there quite a bit for tires. At least 2 sets a year. What I like about the place is I can call the day before and usually get in. I always offer to leave my car there all day though to. Anyways, the last 3 times I’ve been there they put tires on but don’t tell you that you need brakes or rotors, or that you have a lug but missing etc. they do the job you ask and they don’t mention things you need to know. That leads to me calling off two days of work to have things done instead of one. Another time I had a belt put on my car and paid 500 for this work. Drive 5 miles down the road and the truck isn’t running right. That leads to another 2 days off work then they gave me another 400 bill. Never seems like things get done right the first time. This past time I noticed a lug was missing and I needed tires, so I didn’t say anything hoping they would call or mention a lug missing on a 60,000 car and nope. Screw it, just put it back the way it was and don’t mention a thing. Last time I will go there for any of my vehicles.

My nephew who is serving on active duty in the USAF stopped to visit on his drive to his new duty station in North Carolina. He had a bad tire and was scheduled to report by midnight the next day. Flynns squeezed him in, changed the tire and had him ready to roll before we finished our lunch at Tanners. They were very professional, courteous, and treated my nephew with dignity and respect. Flynns has definitely earned our future business.

Had my car breaks go bad and called to see if I could get it towed to Flynn’s so they could look at it. Told me yea we’ll take a look sometime this week. Didn’t receive a call for over a week and even after I called them multiple times they had no communication and never followed up. Took 2 weeks and I finally towed it out of there to somewhere that could help me. Doug was no help at all and very rude. Go somewhere else and save yourself some time and money. Horrible customer service and lack of communication.

Came in for a tire rotation and alignment. Service was fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable service techs.

My husband took his car to get fixed. The reverse lights were not working. They said they fixed the problem after being there for 3 1/2 hours. Well, after the time and money spent (about $160) we left and the next day the lights were out again. If they refund us or fix it properly, I may consider editing my review. It’s doubtful because the service wasn’t all that great either. Not the first time we’ve had issues here either.

Fair prices... Friendly service... Took 2 vehicles in... One for new tires ($800+) and one for a rotation and a repair due to a screw in the tire... Service was average speed... We (my wife and I) both had to go back and get someone to reset our maintenance required notification after having our vehicles serviced and paying... Not that big of a deal, but still an inconvenience that should not have been an issue...

Flynns in New Castle has been awesome helping us with a range of vehicle maintenance/repairs/tires on our three vehicles including a luxury newer European vehicle and an antique vehicle. They have excellent customer service, good hours, and fair prices.

Flynn’s is the place to go when you need anything done with your vehicle. Great service. They have dedicated hard workers there and they are very nice and friendly I won’t go anywhere else. The manager John is awesome too he is very helpful. The lead tire tech is very good at what he does and even the other tire techs to Mechanics to front counter they are all very well trained and friendly and good at their job. So if you ever need anything go there.

My wife brought her car in to have the headlights changed when they unexpectedly went out and I wasnt able to change them for her. The protective gaskets were loose on the passenger side, missing bolts that were not reinstalled after removed. Battery cover and air filter were not secures and open to the elements. On a positive note the management team was very responsive, polite, and eager to work to correct the problems. The store manager took the time to contact us both and went out of his way to make things right and correct the items. What started out as a negative situation quickly turned into a positive. With the managements attention to customer care I would gladly give them business in the future.

I have been getting my vehicles fixed at Flynns for several years now. I have never had a bad experience. They are honest about what needs repaired and care about each customer and their vehicle.

I should have learned the first time they did it but I decided to give them another chance and they did the same thing. Needed a patch in 1 of my tires and after having my car in the back for 10 minutes they came out to tell me it couldn’t be fixed and said I needed to buy a new tire. Because they had done the same thing to me in the past with a different car there was no way I was just going to take their word for it so I asked for my car back and went down the street to another tire place and they patched my tire within 20 minutes. I even asked them if it was a difficult job because I was curious why’s flynn’s said it couldn’t be repaired and he said no it was a typical patch job that was as easy as they come and there was no reason at all to buy a new tire.

These guys always take care of what I need qhen Ive strolled in after neglecting my oil change for a long time haha! Good group.

Took my daughters car with a loud exhaust. They gave me an estimate of just under $700.00 for everything from the converter back. Took to another shop and got out the door for under $140.00 to replace the resonator. Nuff said?

I cant thank this business enough! I had my 6 year old at the hospital with a head injury when I found that I had a flat tire. The spare tire that came with my 2014 Kia wasnt a tire that fit my car, not the right size and the bolts werent even the same pattern (someone just put it there knowing I wouldnt notice until a later time). I called my mom panicked, phone battery dying and injured little boy. She called Flynn and not only did they give her an outstanding price but said that if we could get the rim there, they would put the tire on the rim immediately. I was driving my little boy home within a half hour with a new tire! Thank you!

My husband went to this location to have a leaking tire repaired. The young man at the counter said he could take care of it on Tuesday. After considerable discussion he agreed to come from behind the counter to look at the tire on the truck. He also told me that I should go to Walmart, maybe they could help me. He seemed disinterested and said sorry I could not be more helpful. This was Saturday at 2:30, all bay doors were open and no employees were working on vehicles. I dont think this young man is very interested in anything but selling a new set of tires. He certainly not someone who I would want to represent my company, but I will certainly take his advice, and go to Walmart. People wonder why Walmart is putting companies like yours out of business.

DO NOT GO There for a state inspection they will make up a reason why they cant pass your car then charge you to fix it. We just got are brakes and rotors change a couple months ago, and told us that the rotors where Rusty it wont pass it was raining outside.
