The whole team was extremely friendly and professional. They took care of my Malibu, kept me in the loop on the status and delivered it to me earlier than promised. This was a different location from where I went previously, but it was the same quality work. I’d definitely go back again.

Caliber is the only collision shop I will visit. Not only is it local but caliber has the best service I’ve experienced. Lindsay and Rick were both friendly and very attentive to my questions and needs. When I voiced I need my car for work asap, they double timed it and got my car to me a few days before expected. I was given a ride to and from the shop around 30 minutes away.

A correction is warranted with this business. I had work done on the front bumper and the high beams were not working upon leaving it for service. And they were not working upon pick up. The technician Rick had done a quick and masterful job with bumper. However the problem with the high beams were a possible item recall. I apologize to Rick for an inaccurate complaint. I trust him and his work totally. I will be bringing my 2017 vehicle to Rick and Caliber Collision to repair. Thank you Rick.

My car was rear ended. This was the easiest, quickest car repair I’ve ever experienced. They kept me updated every step of the way and had my car fixed in just a couple of days. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I went in to get an estimate for some body work and a complete paint job. After waiting a brief time,, I was told $7000 minimum and if its not insurance we will not do it.He did suggest going to a restoration shop for my needs.I guess Caliber Collision is into the insurance only racquet.

Lindsay was very helpful and polite. The manager was also very attentive. Enterprise was not doing that great of a job and they called to complain for me. They really care about your time and the body work on my car looks great. Will be back here any time I need repairs done.

My car was vandalized. The thief broke my window to get into my car. I took it to Caliber Collision first and they taped up my window to protect my car while we waited for the insurance company to do their part. Once the insurance company told me to get the car fixed, I was back over at Caliber and they repaired it in minimal time. Wayne kept me well informed and walked me through every step of the way. Service well above and beyond.

Friendly staff. Told me exactly what needed to be done from the start. Work was finished on time and vehicle was returned washed and interior cleaned.

Won’t just paint a part i buy

After five visits, and two and a half months, I received my car back. This all happened from the beginning of August 2019 to mid October 2019. There was either something painted incorrectly or body panels not lining up or popping out. I’m finally coming back to write this review as they are still affecting my life. A month ago, I got a notice that Enterprise put my account into collections because Caliber never paid them for one of the rentals they provided while they worked on my car. I am thoroughly disappointed in their work and have lost faith in their dedication to customer service. Don’t let these cookie cutter responses about getting your life back into rhythm fool you.

I had THE BEST experienceI called the day before I came in, Elizabeth is a gem for sure. She let me explain what happened to my car, she told me her thoughts but didn’t want to provide me with any hard numbers until I brought my car in. So the next day 7:30 AM I was taken back by the number of employees and how happy they were to be there that early! When Elizabeth took a closer look at my car she was able to give me a quote, and actually took me to her office and allowed me to see the numbers she was looking at. Which gave me comfort that they weren’t up charging me. I actually did a bit of research before I even called so I had an idea of what it would cost. But anywho. I’m over the mood satisfied with my overall experience. The cherry on top for me, is that they washed and delivered my car to my house when it was done! Like come on!! Where else are you going to get friendly faces, service for a great price?

Had work done here a little over a year ago. The back light that they replaced started fogging up just after a year. When I went by to ask about the warranty they claimed that there was only one year on parts. I find this really shocking. If a light is properly installed I don’t see how it would get water inside.

Elizabeth W. was wonderful! I worked with her twice in the span of just a few months, and her customer service was off the charts. If I could give her 100+ stars I would. She updated me throughout the entire process. My vehicle was completed right on time the first time around, and the second time it was done two days before the completion date she gave me. She then made sure I was able to get the rental car I wanted both times, and she went out of her way to make sure my insurance company covered it - in fact, she was able to talk to them to loan it to me an extra day because of personal matters at no extra charge. Finally, when I wasnt able to pick up my car once it was done, and all the drivers were busy on lunch, she took time out of her own lunch to bring me my car and drop off my loaner to Enterprise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have had a FANTASTIC experience with her, and regardless of whatever my insurance company is in the future - I would request her hands down!

This was a new level of customer experience...in a good way, especially from a body shop. Theres an Enterprise rental station to get you a rental right away. So no need to have someone pick you up. Elizabeth W. was an AH.MAZE.ING rep. Due to the damages, my car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks. She would call me every 2-3 days to keep me updated. She would send documents in the time frame she said she would send them. After getting my car, they went over the repairs with me at the car, not on paper, to make sure I was happy and didnt see anything that bothered me. The quality of work was extremely impressive. I couldnt find any transitional spots between the areas of repair and the original pieces of the car. For body repairs in Rosenberg, I would come back here in a heart beat.

Came here as a Geico preferred customer. Dealt with Thomas who works for Caliber Collision. His professionalism and customer service was top notch. While I didnt interact with the mechanical group their work speaks for itself. Phenomenal doesnt even begin to describe it. My entire quarter panel needed to be replaced and you cant even tell that jackass tore my baby up with his trailer. If I ever have any body work that needs to be done I will definitely be back. My truck was damaged due to a rear end collision while I was hauling lumber. The part of the bed near my back window had to be replaced as well as my tailgate. Caliber Collision did a wonderful job. I couldnt believe how good it all looked and how the paint was a perfect match.I was so impressed that I wanted to get my other truck a full paintjob there but they told me they dont do that kind of work.The people are also very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding Customer Service and Collision Repair. Elizabeth Whichard, Service Advisor, greatly reduce the stress of automobile accident repair, from initial estimate, timely updates, and final delivery. Vehicle looked and performed like new.

First off lets start with they took 2 months to fix my car, once we got my car back I knew that things werent right the doors were sounding weird there was big gaps where there wasnt supposed to be they chipped paint off and dented my car and the wheel alignment was off. So we had to take it back to them again and theyve had it for 7 days and its now finally ready but I had to call back twice and said that they would call me back and they never even got back to me I am the one that had to keep calling them to get an answer.

My car insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision. Seeing as though they repaired my front end damage when someone backed into my car I figured why not. That was also at a location in Cedar Hill; silly of me to think the service would be the same. This location had my car for two weeks; I got my car back and it began to make a noise the next day. I called and called, someone was suppose to get back to me make arrangements. That didnt happen; I dont think I should have to take a day off work for them to fix something that should have been fixed right the first time. I FINALLY get a day off and call to speak with them. They were in a meeting, but my message would be relayed per Kelly. Ive yet to receive a call!

Incompetence! Caliber Collision sent my truck to Auto Care USA to do alignment on my truck after Caliber finished the body work from a wreck and Auto Care USA could not get it aligned to factory specs and said my truck had worn out parts. They were wrong! Caliber Collision stood by USA Autos bad decisions and it cost me money.Then when they were forced to take truck back for alignment they lied and said it was in factory specs. Thank god for Nissan dealership who diagnosed a bent spindle caused by the wreck. But not before I spent 600 dollars on the wrong parts they said my truck needed. They are not the best place to do business with.

Was going to put 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. After the repair they washed the car horribly leaving swirls and scratches. Didnt connect the outside temperature reader which affects the car. And the repair was average. Loose rubber part near the fender and one can hear parts inside the fender rattling at highway speeds. 0/5... Thanks Caliber Collision

I went to this location per Geico recommendation. There were three agents there. One of the agent was helping a customer with a claim while the other two agents were chatting about their kids school and other school related stuff while I was being ignored. After waiting for a few mins I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else. I know the employees who were working there are not the owners so they really dont care if they lose a customer. It was very unprofessional. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
