I took it to them for diagnostic. Transmission needed replaced. They have had it over 2 months. First said part came in broke. Then stopped returning my calls. I went in they said the part was allocated to another dealership. They never communicated. I had to call weekly. I had no payments, bought outright. And I’m not complaining about the 6k bill. They told me it would be done in a weeks time so I kept it there and it turned into 8 weeks. Had I not called it would still be sitting there nowhere’s close to done. Just want to make others aware that they have the worst customer service on earth, lie and can’t do their jobs in a timely fashion and when you question they tell you it’s not their problem. They blame whoever is not in the room and tell you to just buck it up and deal with it. They even blamed Mazda corporation. So save yourself money hassle and time and go somewhere else.
As always, everyone is over the top helpful and courteous. Looking forward to the coming electric and hybrid Mazda. Hope to have one in my driveway.
AMAZEBALLS! They were wonderful. From customer service to detail of services requested. Im going to spread the word! Thanks World Car!
I purchased a used VW Passat (12K+ miles) from World Car Mazda. There are some very good things about the sales experience. And, some areas that are in need of immediate improvement. The Good:1. Brittany in Internet Sales. She was incredibly attentive, provided information for my test drive, a google map to find the location of the dealership, and even recommended similar cars by different car manufacturers that the dealership was selling. She was the gem of my car buying experience.2. Patrick in sales is very nice and personable. No pressure on the sale of the vehicle. Nice guy.Where World Car Needs to Improve:1. I agreed to purchase the car on Saturday. I was ready to do the paperwork, but the vehicle needed an inspection and a close examination by Service. I was promised the car on Monday. I ended up calling Patrick twice to pick up the vehicle. but no response. I even connected with Brittany, because she is definitely a bright spot at World Car. After reaching out a couple times on Monday, I was told the car would be ready on my arrival. The car needed a new battery and would be inspected.2. The finance guy was nice. His name was Keith. He had toner issues with the printer, but overall he was fine. I used a 3rd party lender.3. After I completed the sale, I was very late to pickup my kids, which I warned Patrick about. I had to drive from New Braunfels to San Antonio. As soon as I entered the highway, the light went on for low air pressure in the tires. I took it to Discount Tire the next day, and ALL fourtires were at 27 lbs PS1; recommended PSI was 36. It was obvious that the dealer did not check the tire pressure.4. VW has a light that is on and said the car was in need of an inspection and an oil change, both were supposed to be completed prior to buying the car. Patrick in Sales said it was done, but Service did not fix the notifications.5. I tried to reach Patrick for two full days. He did not return my calls. I was ghosted. Finally I reached Patrick on my 4th call and told him that with no other choice, I am writing a google review. I asked if he could get me the checklist of the inspection. He texted me a checklist for inspection, but nothing on the checklist was actually checked. Did World Car do the inspection? I have no idea. The tires were definitely not checked, and the need for a change of oil and inspection were not fixed in the vehicle lights.6. Patrick promised me a full tank of gas at purchase. A 1/2 of tank was provided. Dont promise something that you will not deliver. Bad customer relations.6. The Car was not detailed inside. It has black fingerprint smudges in it.There were some good aspects of my purchase. I am sure World Car could do better in the future. Please apply this review to future customers. And, keep your word, communicate clearly with the customer.
Said they would service the car before we bought it. It was taking forever. Then get a call oh we are going to Auction it. WTH, I thought we where buying it. Apparently they did not want to fix it. Auctioning is cheaper plus they dont have to disclose whats wrong with it. Be careful when dealing with this dealership.
Nuts & bolts of repair, very good. unfortunately, overall customer service was disappointedly marred by the disrespectful mask policy for employees: employees were not wearing masks (for the protection of customers who want this safeguard)--the choice for the said customers is to put themselves at risk if they want to use this business.Either management does not understand the science that wearing a mask protects THE OTHER PERSON, NOT THE WEARER OF THE MASK, or management doesn t care.
Scheduled an appointment and drove an hour to test drive a used vehicle. They said to ask for the sales manager, he would be ready and waiting. Got there, and no salesman of any kind was available even though the place was empty. A guy who was definitely not a sales manager finally showed up, didn’t know who I was or what vehicle I wanted to see, then told me the vehicle I had called about was in service and couldn’t be driven. I asked what it was being serviced for, he said they hadn’t processed it yet. I asked if I could drive it anyway since I had driven an hour to the dealership. He said no because “the brakes might not work or something like that”. How did he price it if he doesn’t even know if the brakes work? Regardless, the main complaint is I scheduled an appointment 90 minutes before my arrival to test drive this specific vehicle, to get there and have them tell me I can’t drive it. Actually thought they were pranking me for a second. Really got me. Anyway, this place is on my no buy list for sure.
Love this place. Personnel are professional and jon the service rep was awesome.
Avoid!!! We have never had a worse experience going to a dealership, If you can even call it that. My wife called ahead, gave them the stock number, and set up an appointment. When we arrived in the evening, all of the lights were out, so we found the car using our flashlights. The brand new car wouldn’t light up because the battery was dead. What a joke!! Then the salesman prints off a sheet with the price. My wife literally knew the financing options more than the employee. Also be aware of the $2k they force you to have at world car. Huge scam it’s insane. We went to Roger Beasley in Austin and bought a new car literally the next day! They have amazing customer service!! Please take your business there.
My wife and I purchased a new CX-5 from this world car a couple weeks ago. Kelsey H. Was our salesman and she went above and beyond for us. Very fast and helpful service! It was our first time buying a new car and we could not be more pleased with how smooth everything went! I would definitely recommend this location and to ask for Kelsey!
Worst experience ever, the saleswoman is the only good thing about this place. Everything else is crazy slow and awful.
I have never been more disappointed by a vehicle purchase. The vehicle we wished to purchase was used and in bad condition, not even able to start when we arrived. Why it was even available on the website was beyond comprehension. We were willing to overlook this because we felt the price was fair, and we were assured the service manager would be giving the vehicle a thorough look over to assess any further repair needs. After the vehicle was in the shop no less than 3 times, we finally were willing to purchase. This process took over a week. There was no urgency from anyone at the dealership to actually sell this vehicle. Once the vehicle was delivered to our home, it sat for 24 hours and my first time driving it I heard a distinct grinding and groaning from the front end while braking. I took the vehicle back immediately and asked for a full refund. Our only positive experience was the dealership was willing to do this. We were met with nothing but apathy, and to be honest it just seemed no one cared about being professional or even remotely helpful. I will say the finance department did do their part to get us refunded and for that I am thankful. We will never return nor promote this dealership.
I have being going for over 5 years, I had trust in them just to find out a service they said they did was not provided correctly. My trust is gone, they are just about making money with no proof of job. Stay away
Great deal on our car but so so slow on final paperwork! Crazy slow but we decided it was worth it!!
I worked with Archie as my service advisor. He did a great job with giving me updates throughout the entire service. They quickly identified the issue with my car, the repair and parts cost were better than expected. And on top of it all they washed my car when the service was completed. Thanks team for a job well done!
In and out within a couple hours. Had the vehicle I wanted in mind from the website. Patrick was my salesman. Very professional. Didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I asked for, and did follow ups a few weeks after purchase to make sure I was pleased. Great job world car NB!
Great experiencia dropping car off for repair.
So disappointed....went with every intention of buying a car cash. Had picked the used car out online made an appointment and test drove the 2013 chevy cruze. The car ran great however after looking under the hood there was a very noticable valve gasket leak. I was still willing to purchase the vehicle as long as they would fix it on Monday. Well not only will they not fix it they wouldnt come down on the price. Look over a vehicle VERY CAREFULLY it seems they do not inspect them before they sell them and if they do they are covering up whats wrong and selling them as is anyhow.
It the second time we been there the first time we could get anyone to help us so we left and bought one somewhere else
No one available to talk to us from the sales team and very limited selection compared to other dealerships. It wasn’t very busy and it was around 1500hrs on a week day. Not impressed
I scheduled a visit to have my brakes checked before a long trip. They were able to get me in within 3 days of calling, in-and-out of the service department within 45 min, and provided a complimentary car wash (unexpected and much needed!). All the waiting area seating was 6 feet apart and there were plenty of hand sanitizer bottles around.
Very happy with my experience at World Car Mazda in New Braunfels. Patrick Parsons was my salesman. He was extremely professional, personable, answered all of my questions, and made purchasing my Mazda a pleasant experience. Patrick has also followed up with me after the sale to make sure I am fully satisfied with my purchase.
My husband and I were extremely disappointed with our purchase at World car Mazda New Braunfels. We had to make 3 visits to purchase the car. I explicitly asked that the used car be cleaned and ready to go when we came by the 2nd day and it was not. Nothing was done to the vehicle to be ready to sell. We had to come back a 3rd day to have the vehicle “cleaned” and papers ready to go. Their version of a clean car is disappointing. They seemed to have no regard for our work schedules and that we had a newborn with us.My advice, shop somewhere else.
Recently got my oil change and a new battery. Brian Wells was so helpful with connecting me with service. Also I was able to shop around for my next car! Great experience!
Friendly and Courteous! Great Staff and Service!
No problems at World Car Mazda New Braunfels. Leslie was a fine sales lady having technical knowledge of the CX-5, demonstrating all the high-tech options available on the vehicle. She answered our questions concerning the vehicle; its safety features, warranty, including the lifetime power-train and roadside assistance details. She was friendly, personable and easy to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. Additionally, John, in F and I, made the actual buying process smooth, easy, and quick. He too was very experienced and knowledgeable. Over all a good and easy process with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Very poor customer service from Sales Manager. Selected car on Friday and told the car was on hold until I received the cashiers check for payment. Tried to pick-up the car on Tuesday but Sales manager said he couldn’t find the car or it’s not available. I was dumbfounded as there was no attempt to locate another car or any assistances that resembled Customer Service. After talking to the Sales manager a second time trying to give him an opportunity to show some sense of Customer Service but to no avail. I dodged a bullet if this is an example of Mazda’s customer service.
The customer service was very off hand and disorganized. I did not feel valued as a customer.
So I got an oil change here! And can I just say Liz is amazing! She is so approachable (I came in on a day of running errands looking like a hot mess with crocs on 😬 SCARY) she was just so gracious and sweet! I felt the need to leave a review just for her!!! Can everyone be this nice and helpful??????? You don’t get this type of service everywhere! Thanks Liz! And to the dealership GIVE HER A RAISE!!! Much deserved! I wasn’t the only person she was this way with! I heard many conversations while waiting for my car.
Bad service. I walked into the building and was greeted by impolite workers who showed no real interest in me being there. Felt very unwelcoming.
They change the appointment time with that telling me.
If you are looking to avoid horrible uninformed salesmen, extra costs being added on to your total price (which are mandatory) and being lied to and let down on a regular basis I would NOT recommend coming to this dealership. So many things went wrong during my interactions with these people so I’m just going to give you the highlights:They add on an “appearance package” which can amount up to 1,800 dollars. They said its mandatory on all used cars they sell. It is basically a Wash Tub wash & wax package. SO overpriced its ridiculous.I had seen 2 different salesmen for the car I wanted, they would tell me contradicting information about the car or just say I don’t know and leave it at that.Once I bought the car and needed to come back to get the “appearance package”, I was being handed off from one person to another no one would help me. I’ve literally had the worst experience at any business I’ve ever had, HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere.
Very professional and no hassle buying a new used car.
Horrible service, I wouldnt even give it a 1 star if I could. Never got approached and when we finally went inside to get help, we got stared at with no introduction for bit. When they finally said something, they were not very friendly or welcoming. Their first question was if I had money for a down payment. We left, I will spend my money elsewhere.
Poor service poor follow through
Alysa was a great salesperson. Very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone. Had some issues with the vehicle sealant but the staff has been very helpful and patient through the process, thank you World Car Mazda New Braunfels
Best customer service ever Leslie Trice World Car Mazda New Braunfels, TX. If you are looking for a new or used car I highly recommend you visit Leslie. I promise you will not be disappointed. You will not only get excellent customer service you will make a new friend.
I’ve been talking to Patrick the last couple weeks and he has been so patient and helpful! I’m so picky it takes me forever to make big decisions like buying a car, but Patrick always has time to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable.
My fiance and I came here looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. With Kristens help, we found a lovely Toyota and were actually in the process of purchasing it when we decided that wed actually prefer a slightly more recent model. Kristen and J. B. were very understanding of our change of heart and helped us to purchase the vehicle that was much better suited to our lifestyle. Thanks guys! We love our new car!
I got my car from here it was a long terrible experience purchasing it so I knew any other experience with this dealership would be terrible, and I’ve been proven right multiple times...When I was purchasing the car, I was approved for a loan via the bank, but they did everything to make me finance through them which took them hours of them persuading even though I told them I was not interested and would be using the bank . Any way I ended up purchasing the car as it was a great price. But I purchased the extended warranty and of course any time I try to call & get any information I get the run around and they never call me back (most of the time all I’m asking is for a copy of the dang warranty, WHICH I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE TO THIS DAY ). They gave me the wrong trade in amount for the car I traded in and when brought up it still wasn’t fixed & when I added theft protection, they assured me all the documents were valid. Well guess what !!! My car ended up getting stolen a few years later and the dealership was No help I can’t believe I paid extra for the warranty & package & it all was worthless.
I definitely understand why all of the one and two star ratings are because of the service department. I will probably never get my car serviced at a dealership ever again even if they offer it for free. I waited almost two hours one time for a tire rotation and oil change. I always am waiting at least an hour for them to do these two simple tasks. My AC had a leak one time and it took over four hours to tell me that they were still trying to figure out where the leak was. They also close early on Saturdays (as though they deserve to take off early) so I would have had to bring my car back the following Monday to have them work on it again. I dont have time for all of that because I actually have a real job. Its not surprising at all that these people work in the service department at a dealership. Its probably a good thing though cause if they were doing anything more complex then we would be in trouble cause their ability to do the simplest tasks is questionable at best. Some people just don’t deserve a living wage.Discount Tire and 4J Car Care offer the best service. I went to both places one morning for a tire rotation at Discount Tire and an oil change at 4J Car Care and it took me less than an hour.
Came In With an oil issue and they didnt even want to top off the fluids.
I purchased a 2016 Lexus on March 27th and due to it being late in evening after purchase the car wasnt detailed. I received a we owe you from them to take care of it. I had phoned numerous times to get car completed. No one would return my calls finally June 8th after, again calling numerous times this day the Service manager Bob took my information . He assured me the General Manager Michael Cobb would take care of it. I received message from Michael Gonzales the salesman who I had left numerous messages for. I made appt for Wednesday the next day after he stated it would handle. I arrived and car was washed by him. Upon my inspection it looked unfinished and I stated to him how can you detail a car in less than an hour. He took it back and once again was looking over the car and noticed tent scratch but he stated he didnt do it .At this point I asked for a manager and dont recall his name but he was rude and stated he forgot that detail staff wasnt coming in until 1pm and I stated your staff should have known that, before having me come in at 10 and that I drove from Seguin and he stated its only 20 minutes away. I cant believe how they were unconcerned and their lack of communication and disrespect was shocking. Ive purchased several vehicle and was treated with the upmost respect but not here and I will never recommend anyone to them. It has been a very stressful and disheartening experience for me.
Had a bad experience with sales People and Mgr.
I went in to the WORLD CAR MAZDA DEALERSHIP in NEW BRAUNFELS, TX to have my state inspection done. The service technician came to me after I had waited a little while and I was told that the technician noticed that I had dirty cabin & intake filters. I told the technician that I had just had my vehicle serviced at another location and the filters had been changed. I also informed them that I DID NOT want my filters changed as I will do it myself. When I got home and looked at the filters, they had put the wrong filters back in my vehicle AND ironically they were dirty. So, not only did they physically go to another vehicle to take dirty filters from, but they used the wrong model! The filters they put didnt even fit correctly, but were being held in place by the other parts around it. At least they got the right Make since I was at their dealership!I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this location again! No wonder that the service department has almost zero people seeking to get their vehicle serviced by them. When a service department is willing to lie to its customers in order to force them to pay for service they dont need, I guess it has a negative impact on sales.I have gone to other Mazda service departments and I havent had this sort of treatment. This is a pathetic way to boost sales.
My experience at World Car Mazda was great! Kristin Casas did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and content with my time at the dealership. Very friendly, flexible and patient.
I want to compliment Jason in the parts department. I needed several different types of fasteners for my Mazda 6. They had two of the three fasteners I needed in stock. They were out of the one I really needed immediately. Jason went above and beyond to help me. He went over to the service dept. to see if they might have some there. Jason rummaged around in a box of used fasteners and found me exactly what I needed to complete my repair. He gave me the old stuff for free and really made my day. Thank you Jason for being kind and doing more than what your job requires.
Set up visit to buy one of their used vehicles a week in advance, I was however understanding that it may sell between then and the weekend, received a phone call the day prior to CONFIRM appointment. Now the kicker is they were aware that I was driving almost 3 hrs from Houston so I was pleased that they took the time to verify. I set the appointment for 3pm Saturday, drove with anticipation, got there and had to wait a half hour, only to be told that the car sold the previous night. My problem? Why couldnt someone do their due diligence and notify me. The Sales Manager came out as if I was in the wrong for not expecting the vehicle to sell, to which I thoroughly understood, but I guess I figured if they called the day before theyd at least take it off the lot for a few hours to accommodate. To top it off as hot as it was we were never offered a bottle of water let along a gas card for our inconvenience. I Do have good news though, I found and bought the same vehicle at a more local dealership
My 2007 CX-9 need a tune up and there was an existing recall for the passenger airbag so I scheduled the service. I drove the vehicle there and yes I received a loaner in the process so I was told that they had to order parts okay cool. I recieved a call stating that I had other recommended issues with the vehicle due to the inspection that they gave so Im like cool Illl take care of it later. Well after paying 1064 dollars my wife and I started smell something burning 10 miles down the road later the engine, anti-theft and oil light comes on. The car shut off on us so I pull into a parking lot open the hood everything seemed fine so I call the dealership back to tell them that my vehicle broke down. To make a long story short I get the vehicle towed back there and I was told that it over heated due to the heater hoses and there was no coolant which it was and No it did not leak out. So after get that taking care of I was told that my compressor was bad and my vehicle will not run. Now I have to pay for towing cayse u dont wont my compressor repkaced it was working fine I drove it there and now I cant drive it period its been in my driveway for a week and the service manager told me that Im unappreciative and he doesnt want my car back. Now I have to spend money a rental to get to work. I never been treated so badly by a business before.
John was a great salesman and our deal was reasonable. The only down side of the experience was how long it took to finalize the sale. Think their finance department is a bit slow especially since we were paying cash and needed no financing. And the amount of paperwork is immense. Maybe that is some strange Texas requirement, but I havent experienced this on previous purchases.
I recently purchased my second car from World Car New Braunfels. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience working with Irma. She was patient and accommodating, while I was making a choice of vehicle. Irma was informative and compassionate. This was the first time, when purchasing a new vehicle, that I LOVED the experience. She has gone above and beyond to ensure we are more than satisfied with our purchase!! Thank you Irma :)
Good Customer Service !!!
Got a great priced 2016 mustang a few days ago. Customer service was great. The staff was willing to work with me on payment methods and making sure I could pull off the lot the same day. Leslie was my salesman, friendly personality and good at her job.
I took my car to the Mazda service center for some ignition work and it was a great experience. Danna was very friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable and my car starts much easier now.
I bought a used 2012 Nissan Rogue from this dealership about a month ago. They agreed to fix the AC before I bought it because it was blowing hot air. They replaced it with a faulty part and I took it to a repair shop where they quoted me $2200+ for many problems the dealership did not disclose to me. We found out they used a faulty part from AutoZone to replace the air compressor. They do not answer back, and it took a week for them to get me the car in the first place.
Awesome overall car buying experience! I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 and couldn’t be happier! All the World Car Mazda North staff members were very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with. After many years of buying cars, David Hunt was by far the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with...a true professional that went above and beyond! I hope to buy more cars from David in the future! Thanks David and World Car Mazda North!
Beware. We took our 2 year CX-5 into the service department in May. It was no longer under warranty but the passenger side mirror was loose and barely usable. We dropped it off on Saturday, expecting it to be fixed on Monday and we could pick it up Tuesday. The dealership never called us or returned our calls on Monday or Tuesday! On Wednesday, they emailed me letting me know it would be $468.93 to replace the mirror. By this time we were furious so we declined the service and went to pick the car up. Turns out while inspecting the mirror to diagnose the problem - they fixed it. The kicker is that 1) they STILL planned to charge me $468.93 to replace a part that was not even broken and 2) the only way I know they planned to rip us off is that the customer service was so poor we decided to go elsewhere. Mirror has worked ever since.
Went in to get my Miata serviced and ended up trading my wifes car in for a new Mazda 6. I found the personnel easy to work with, service on my Miata was prompt and efficient, and buying a new car proved to be hassle free. Worked with Wes and his manager Brian and found both to be responsive and informative. Positive experience and I will go back.
I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this dealership! They made the car buying process efficient and easy as well as pleasant which is very rare. Every employee I encountered from the initial contact through the contract signing process provided top notch service. I am happy to recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.
Thank you Brian Wells and Kristin Casas for your great customer service and support with finding me a beautiful reliable car! I really enjoyed my experience and I am so happy I stopped in to the world car dealership!
After a bad experience at another Mazda dealer (Legends in San Antonio) Kevin and Gil at World Car made us feel comfortable and welcome. We had two deals within 45 minutes after showing up and out with a brand new car in about 3 hours!! Absolutely love World Car and they will definitely get my repeat business. Will always recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks guys for making us feel like family!!
Nice staff in service area, just slow work. We were told about 2 hrs for work...took 4 1/2 hrs.
They have the worst sales department. We like a car and they tell us we can get the price down to 26000 for you. When we get there, they tell us that it was a miscommunication and we can only sell it for 27000. We agree and then they tell us because you were not a Mazda customer, we cannot sell for anything less than 27500. Is this a joke? You accept a deal and they increase the price. What kind of nonsense is this. These people are not trust worthy. Even if they give you a good deal, do not buy a car from here. They are cheats!
Had a great experience this afternoon. Bought myself a brand new car. But what was great was that I had a fantastic salesman. He approached and the rest is history. Will was very knowledgeable and polite and that made it great.
I bought a Mazda CX-5 from Richard this Saturday. He more than matched another dealers price, was knowledgeable about the car and its features, and was honest with me about all aspects of the sale. He had exactly the car I wanted on the lot and there was no BS about when I could have it or for what price. The credit check was a breeze and the financing reasonable. He had the car ready for me to pick up when I arrived, no time wasted. Would buy here again in a flash.
Wesley was our salesman and he was great! So friendly and made the purchase of our Nissan so easy and quick! Definitely recommend World Car Mazda, Wesley, and the entire staff!
This Mazda dealership is straight up garbage. First, they are not Mazda professionals. The dealership is not a genuine Mazda Full Circle Service dealership. Therefore, the service department may not use genuine Mazda parts and the techs are not Mazda professionals. They do not do a Full Circle Service Inspection or report card. I honestly dont believe they even inspect your car. For 30, 60, and 90k services they try to upsell you on things you do not need. Wasting you money. Luckily, I knew what to get and was not scammed. And also the front desk person had no idea what he was doing. He could not even answer my basic questions. Ive had my tires rotated twice here on my brand new car. And both times I drove away and later had the tire pressure light come on because they did not reset it. It is very annoying and it is due to their lack of professionalism and wanting to rush services. This place will never get my business again. I will drive out of my way to a Roger Beasley Mazda where they take care of you and your car.
What a disappointing experience. Stopped by during lunch to check out a new car to replace my aging rotary toy. I should not have bothered. I asked for a sports car they brought me a four door Mazda 6. Not that its not a good car, but its not a sports car. The salesman self admittedly had never even sat in a Miata. Im not sure he would fit he was so tall, but hay if your gonna sell zoom, zoom you have to at least vroom around in them. And the offices look as if someone just opened an abandoned office center threw some cars out from and put up a dealership sign. I would not suggest this dealership when there are better options to the north and to the South. Good luck.
Great place, good selection, great salesman. No pressure tactics and understood my needs. Hoping George can find a used mistakes for me at a realistic price. Thanks for the test ride and your patience George
I have taken my RX 8 to World Car several times since moving to New Braunfels. Their rotary engine mechanic is first rate, and the service personnel have always been professional and courteous. I would not go anywhere else.
Leslie and JB were more than helpful. The vehicle that we originally wanted was not in the lot because there was an appointment scheduled at another location. However, JB went above and beyond to get us a reliable vehicle. We appreciate both of their time and effort that was put into our recent experience.
Awesome service from everyone but the young man that greeted me and assisted me with my service, who pushed beyond being nice and slipped into condescending. He means well but he should tone it back just a tad.
Wesley was great! My purchase was quick and easy! I highly recommend paying him a visit if youre looking for a new vehicle!!!
Best car selling experience. Highly recommend Kristin here at World Car Mazda of New Braunfels. Very helpful and got me the car i wanted with the help of JB the sales manager.
Lesley was so great, she showed me a wide variety of cars, she was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and my family. I was introduced to the sales manager and the general manager, everyone was so great and friendly! I highly recommend this place for all of your car purchases! -Debbie
Some what disorganized. Refuse to negociate, could not give loan interest rate without commitment to buy. Did not buy.
I called in to schedule a recall/warranty fix that I had been notified of, and Mike asked me if I had received my $200 reward coupon for being a 3-year owner. If I had, I hadnt realized it (honestly, I probably got it in the mail and thought it was advertising propaganda so didnt bother reading it), but he said they would still be happy to use it toward any purchase/service I needed. I had just hit 45,000 miles on my Kia Soul, so I scheduled a service, which ended up costing me less than $40 after my reward coupon was applied. I didnt even know about it, so really appreciated that he took the time to explain it and offer it to me. The entire service took half an hour less than they had told me as well, so efficient, cost-saving, and friendly...what more is there to want? You guys did a great job - thank you for all your help!
I worked with Benjamin, who was great and super friendly, but the manager (I think his name was John but Im not positive) was kind of obnoxious and I wasnt happy with their sales process. They had called me to trade in my vehicle (since I bought mine there a few years before), and since I was already looking, I stopped by. I feel like it was a waste of a drive. Their selection was really limited, and they had nothing at all that I was looking for. Everytime I told the manager what I was looking for, he would tell me I was wrong, which just ticked me off. He tried to push me towards vehicles I didnt want, and was quoting prices much higher than what i could see on the website... as i was sitting there pulling up during the long stretches of dead time. He finally practically told me to leave, which I was happy to do anyway. Again, Benjamin was friendly, very helpful, and very likeable. But, nobody has followed up since then either. They called me twice a day for three weeks before I came in, and didnt even do a thank you call after.
Great experience! Kristin was my sales lady. She and her manger J.B. were honest and treated me like family. They got me into my dream car. I suggest you come see them for your car needs. They sell new and preowned.
Customer service is ok, but their mechanics are idiots. I went in for a dead battery, which they replaced at no cost (since car is still under warranty), but they must have taken my front license plate holder off to clean the car. Apparently it was too complicated for them to figure out, because it was forced back on and in a position that looked stupid (they also scratched the front bumper where it is installed). I couldn’t fix it to the correct position because it was bent from when they forced it on. That holder was not cheap, and now it is useless because it didn’t occur to them to ask me how it goes on. Is it even worth to try to get them to replace it? Now I’m forced to drive around with no front license plate in a two-plate state until I can get another holder. Steer clear of this place, if you can. Unfortunately, I’m stuck going here for a while, since I bought the car here, but once the warranty is up, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
The service guys and the parts guy (Johnny) at the this dealership are simply the best. They are personable and informed, they set expectations and meet or exceed them and they are a pleasure to work with.World Car is either very fortunate to have recruited these folks or you have an excellent training program. LOL. Whatever the reason, the result is pleasing and effective from the customer perspective.
Wonderful staff and customer service!!!!!!!!Not to mention excellent deals!!!! :0would highly recommend :)
If you want hassel free buying and great servicing World Car is the place. Iwas traveling on I-35 with a dead cell phone and non working GPS and lost I got off the exit to find the most welcoming, helpful people. JB Deir sale manger took on the process of getting me back on the road home safety. JB & staff went above and beyond to help me out; this is a 5 stat business with excellent customer service.
Called just to ask about a car, the guy who answered the phone huffed that they were too busy for questions as I was asking if I should call back he hung up on me
All employees where at lunch at same time. New employee couldnt find car in my price range. Told me Ford might have better deals because they had nothing 20k or lower in a newer car.
Went with wife to test drive a used Expedition. Ended up buying a new fully loaded CX-9. Our sales person DAnna was by far the most knowledgeable sales rep Ive encountered in a car-buying scenario. Unlike most sales people, she knew the product at a granular level, could quote stats/facts about every facet. not just of Mazda but of the used Ford we were looking at. She had pricing dialed in, which means we didnt have to haggle (in 2019 this should be built into the sales process). post sale was easy, no added BS. Like most car sales, it takes a long time, so come prepared for that. dealership offers a lifetime warranty on powertrain which is nice. I recommend you ask for her specifically when you walk in the door.
We had D’Anna for our sales rep today and she was AMAZING. If I could give her more than a 5 star, I would. I came for a specific Jeep that someone else was also looking at. She went above and beyond, literally running from building to building to get our deal through for us. She was also VERY sweet to my daughter. She was so friendly, funny, and kind. Very bubbly, as well. I also wasn’t able to drive the Jeep home today so she has offered to drive it herself to our home. I would highly recommend her. Brian was the finance manager I believe, he was also phenomenal. He was very fast on getting us numbers and getting paperwork done for us! The staff at World Car Mazda is so friendly, but I definitely need to put D’Anna and Brian on a pedestal today for how amazing they were with us. Hands down, best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I recommend coming here (to the Mazda side). Get D’Anna as your sales rep! You won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely customer friendly considerate respectful and straightforward I highly recommend Will Hancock and Mr. JB, as salesmen of year, thank you so much for the opportunity to own the best vehicle on the road zoom zoom zoom!
I had a very smooth, easy experience buying this week at World Car Mazda! John Nagy was very professional, accommodating and just made the whole process a pleasant one!
I initially posted a negative review about a series of sexist things I experienced at this location while buying a car. I didnt complain to management because I felt like, with multiple staff members treating me this way, I would get shrugged off as an angry feminist and nothing would happen. But that wasnt the case. The owner of several locations including this one contacted me and went above and beyond to make amends, held a training session immediately, and the dealer I worked with personally apologized to me. So some individuals made some bad decisions, but management handled it superbly and I would be happy to visit them again.
Just had a great experience at World Car Mazda. If you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle go check them out and ask for Will.
The ladies at the Service Department at World Car Mazda/Kia in New Braunfels are always FANTASTIC. Thank you.
Worst dealership in the state of Texas, the only good guy there the manager, the big guy with gray hair he was the only one who cared when I went to buy a car. He took care of me. Also One of my friends worked there and said that they treat their employees like crap, and the owners are doing illegal bank and money transferring. The employees cant have direct deposit, its only paper checks so when they give them the checks its right before the place closes so they cant cash them, so the owners get to keep the money in the bank longer for interest. Their second payday is 20 days apart! Thank god I dont work there. Cause I would quit. The owners switch millions of dollars at a time from bank to bank to bank to gain interest everyday. They own every World Car company.I also bought a car from them and promised a detail of the preowned car I bought, however when I received it, it had watermarks all over like they didnt dry it, streaks on Windows, cup holders were disgustingly filthy with crumbs and soda. They were supposed to fill it up with gas and they only put a quarter tank.
My dad and myself have both bought cars here and had a great experience. Everybody was very helpful from the GM to the finance people. We would definitely recommend World Car New Braunfels.
We spent considerable time waiting on answers to questions and approval of our purchase. The financing department tried to route our purchase through a California based bank with a 5% plus interest rate. I recommend getting prior approval for financing through a local bank or credit union.
Marycruz was so great, she showed me a variety of cars, she was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me. I was introduced to the sales manager and the general manager, everyone was so great and friendly. Totally recommend World Car Mazda at New Braunfels, keep the good work.
The told us the car would be ready at 10am. We arrived at 1130 and they didnt even know where the car was located. Once found the car could not be test driven. Their excuses were the car just came last week and not ready yet. One week and you cant make ready a Kia soul? I will never recommend World Car. The manger could not even say sorry. He just tried to blow me off. NO SALE. DONT GO THERE.
I went to world of mazda with my husband to purchase a car on our own for the first time. Not only was Jeremiah honest and friendly, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable as first time buyers. He thoroughly explained each part of the buying process and even explained the various credit scores. When it came time to find financing, it really felt as though they tried their hardest to get us the best rate as first time buyers still building credit. They didnt have to go out of their to break down the process like thats, but I really appreciate that they did.
