I went here to have my vehicle inspected to renew my tabs and the service was fast, the inspector was very nice and the price was cheap. They also changed their way of doing things to accommodate social distancing during the pandemic and to decrease the risk of exposure. For example, they currently dont drive your car, instead they have you do it while they conduct the inspection. I will definitely bring my other cars here when their tabs are due as well.

These guys were awesome. We got there (not knowing what time they closed) but soon realized it was close to closin time for an inspection sticker but with no hesitation they took us in serviced us and were very polite professional. Some people wouldnt do the service or would give an attitude & be rude about it but these guys didnt we greatly appreciate their service. I would definitely be back and would recommend others. As a mom and teacher, I have an abundance of patience, but my latest experience at Bradzoil tested my limits. After being aggressively ignored and treated very rudely, I decided It was time to move on. Treat yourself to a better experience; find another auto care center.

These guys are great and really went above and beyond the call of duty. The battery on my truck died two parking lots away from their location. I walked to their building, asked if they sold batteries and explained the situation. They sent an employee with tools and a battery to my truck and got me back on the road within an hour. Fantastic customer service.

I just left the Bradzoil on HWY 46 and was told, The State Inspection System has been down since yesterday so no Bradzoil locations will be able to provide auto inspection services, I then called Valvoline Express Care and was told that there is no problem to get an inspection done. Perhaps the Bradzoil person meant to say their system is down. Lost my business, be sure and have your employees tell customers what the issue is and more importantly, when they can expect it to be available.

I wanted to share the amazing experience I had at this Bradzoil store. I had my oil changed and got my state inspection done and was done in less than 20 minutes during my lunch hour. The staff was wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable. I couldnt express enough how amazed I was of the length of time it took. Took my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to the New Braunfels location on 46 for an oil change today, drove immediately home afterwards, pulled into the garage, got out of my Jeep and immediately noticed the smell of burning oil, a trail of leaking oil in the driveway behind me, and a puddle of leaking oil gushing on my garage floor beneath the vehicle. Immediately drove it back to Bradzoil (as the Low Oil Pressure warning activated on the I-35 service road - SUCH a comforting feeling), and they told me that the gasket on my oil filler cap failed because the tech over tightened it. The words we apologize or were sorry never crossed anyones lips. After replacing the failed part, they gave me a coupon for a free car wash to clean the oil that gushed all over my engine (thanks for the errand - why dont YOU wash the mess you made, and clean up the mess you caused on my garage floor while youre at it?). What if this happened to a customer right before hitting the highway for a long holiday trip? Ive always been willing to pay a little extra with these guys because they get me in and out in 10 minutes, as advertised, but the lure of convenience goes out the window when their negligence risks damage to my vehicle, causes me a return trip to their shop, a trip to the car wash, and the time it takes to clean up oil spills on my garage floor.

My oil change and state inspection got done in literally 15 min. I happened to drive in with a smaller crowd, and was pleasantly surprised with the lightning fast service! Got my man chores done fast, so I could slow down for the weekend.

The guys are helpful. Before I agreed to the service, he told me Id be looking at roughly $90 just for the oil change. I was shocked! I was glad they were upfront and honest. I ended up going elsewhere, but I did take my tahoe back. Indoor and outdoor seating. They were quick and friendly.

I was turned away for an oil change for a completely unrelated issue that my car is having. Not only that...but the couple sitting next to me while i waited was also turned down for an engine issue that ALSO has nothing to do with the oil. Apparently they dont like money there or are just lazy. Not sure which it is...but ive NEVER been turned down for an oil change in my life and with a car in much worse shape than this one.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Did not even greet me when I drove up. I had to wave someone down to get service, they were very rude and I do not recommend anyone support this location. Have had more than one bad experience here and not sure why I keep going back. Never again

I was surprised at how much the full synthetic oil change was there. I had paid $60 the time before at a different location and they told me here it would be $75 plus tax... the service was fast... they vacummed my car very well & cleaned my windows. Overall satisfied with the experience

Great for oil changes, but dont try to get an inspection. I tried all times of day and multiple days. I was always told there would be at least an hour wait. Ended up just going to the Kwik Lube on 80.

One cost of doing business is that a certain percentage of transactions will inevitably go wrong for one reason or another. I just wanted to add my experience that these guys have always taken care of me and my friends with very punctual and professional attitudes. Had a faulty gasket once and they happily replaced it, topped the oil off and cleaned the interior, all in under five minutes with no questions asked. I wont trust anyone else with my car.

I travel most of the year and put about 100,000 miles on my pickup in a year. I run full synthetic. I stopped here for an oil change and was duped. The people were very friendly but the oil change I got either wasn’t really done or it was not the full synthetic I paid almost $100 for. Less than 1000 miles the truck started running rough and oil pressures dropped to 37 psi. My mechanic checked it and swears it was NOT full synthetic oil. This company refused to do anything about it when I called.I had to spend another $100 to get the problem corrected.DO NOT GO HERE.I’ve heard about the bait & switch but thought they were reputable.My bad.I repeat. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sweet find for a gen4 Ram Cummins fuel filters change! They serviced three Cummins in the short time I was there. They also agreed to use the Mopar filters I brought, and charged half or less than several places I checked. They also have the Rotella T6 for oil changes. Ill be back.

I took my van in for a regular oil change. When it was time for another one, I took it to a different place. They told me that whoever did my last oil change screwed up the oil drain. Instead of tightening it with a wrench like they are supposed to, they used a drill and stripped the threads and also cracked my oil pan. They said that some places do it to save time. To fix everything it was over $800. They are lucky I have a warranty, but I should go after them for the $100 deductible that I still had to pay. Dont go there.

I have been here 4-5 times for state inspections and oil changes. Their prices are comparable to other quick change places. They usually take a little longer than they estimate but they gave me a discount the one time it took a lot longer than it should have. They are friendly enough but always busy and on the go. They always have a coupon or two on their website to save a few dollars.I gave 4 stars because when I have purchased an oil change package that includes vacuuming they have never done it. Also they left my air filter cover undone once and they wanted to charge me $30 to replace that same air filter. These are not big issues and I plan on returning for my next oil change.

Waited for 15 minutes in my car before anyone came over to help. Was told to go wait inside and theyll find out what oil my car needs and someone will be right with me. Waited 45+ minutes while other cars were serviced and nobody acknowledged me or my car being there. spent over an hour and a half here, but sure, ten minute change.😒

Ten Minute Oil Change is their name, Not sure how the wait for someone to come to you car is included in that estimate? I pulled up to the STOP wait for assistance sign on the bay door, and proceeded to wait for 5-10 minutes while 7 technicians continued to ignore me, including a couple guys chatting in the corner around a computer. I ended up leaving without being acknowledged after another customer who was waiting at the picnic table outside the establishment became upset when he too wasnt being assisted. Didnt notice the reviews until after stopping by, sad thing is I was referred here by a friend. Looks like service has really fallen as other reviewers have noted.

Took my car to Bradzoil on 46 (next to Kohls) and I guess they forgot to put oil in engine or they dont put enough, I really dont know what happened. My nephew called me one day and told me hes stranded on the highway the car stop working slowly. We took the car to a mechanic to find out there was no oil, engine burn. NEVER TAKE YOU CAR TO THE BRADZOIL IN 46, THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. According to their reviews this is not the first this happens.

A little expensive but good

My oil filter had not been tightened properly allowing my oil to leak out. Once the cars oil light come on, it was too late. As I pulled over, the engine began knocking. I confronted Bradzoils management and their insurance but they denied fault liability and refuse to repair damages to my vehicle. Dont go here

The 10 minute oil change took 40 minutes.

Prices are way too high, long wait time, employees dont know how to reset gauges and worn on certain types of vehicles.

Heres an new review from 1/05/19. Dont take your vehicle there if it doesnt have a transmission dipstick. The manager doesnt know how to change the fluid so they refuse to help you.
