As I was leaving work at Creekside area I noticed an alert in my truck that I had low pressure on one of my tires. On my way home I pass this business up so decided to pull in. Conveniently located off of 46! Gentlemen walked up asked what I needed, had me park at a certain area and wait… at my time they ended up checking all tires. Great service! Unfortunately I had no cash so I felt bad!

If I could give it no stars I would. Ive been taking my vehicles for service since I Moved to new braunfels in September. Never a problem. They recently are under new ownership and the new guy in charge, “Jay”, is a complete joke. Trying to price gauge. I tried explaining to him that we take 3 vehicles for service here and he basically called me a liar and said it wasn’t true. After agreeing to a rate of $124 for a service and then him bumping it up to $260, I was pretty upset. Same labor costs as I bring my own oil and fuel filters. We agreed to $180 (myself and an employee… she was pretty nice) and then Jay arrived and acted very unprofessional and condescending. Told me he was only going to do my oil change in which I said then don’t touch my vehicle. I wouldn’t take a vehicle here under this new ownership as he does not respect the customer. Good luck if you have to deal with this guy.

Always very friendly and helpful. Stop in for air pressure check, fluid top off, oil change, inspection, etc. Quick service, fair prices.

Charged for failed inspection. No courtesy! An explanation and a “hey, get this taken care of and come back and will get you taken care of” would have been a way to get my future business. This place is not for me.

If you want your vehicle overfilled with oil this is the place to go!! I let the technician know they had overfilled my crankcase the first time I was here and I would appreciate the proper amount of oil. Get home and a few hours later I check the dipstick. Sure enough it’s a solid half an inch above full. I took it back the next day and the manager was nice enough to make excuses why it was like this these are the specs they follow he kept saying, they even added the wrong viscosity oil without even letting me know they don’t have the correct oil. Grrrrrrrr. I will not return here because they made not attempt to bring the level down to drain down to the proper level. Bradzoil fixed it. LATER EXPRESS CARE C ME NO MORE!!!!!!!

Great place, but they heavily frown on you doing a burnout while still in the garage.

Every place is going to have there few critics but I can say since day one these guys have always been the best. They are quick and efficient but make sure they always give you a up date on what’s going on. No pressure no bs. I’m always greeted and waited on by the same guys. These guys are the good guys in a town where everyone is out to make a quick buck these guys out in the country still care. I recommend them to all my family and I send my 16 year old daughter there. They put everything the recommend on the invoices and she passes it on to me. Never once have the pressured her. Thank you guys.

Been Coming here since they opened and owner was working the desk. Now it looks like the owners have found a crew who takes customer service serious. Young energized guys here run out to help every time. The drive my stick shift with zero destruction of my clutch (Jiffy lube just attempts to drive my truck and let’s just say that guy probably isn’t there anymore after the $1700.00 clutch they paid for.) Highly Recommend these guys. Hands down the best in New Braunfels.

Don’t ever take your vehicle here for a tire rotation. I would give them zero stars if that were even possible. They rounded out all of our lug nuts without my knowledge. Their customer service was awful and so because I chose to take it elsewhere the next time for an oil change and rotation they won’t stand behind the damage done to the lug nuts by their technicians. Their staff Josh and Corey kept passing me off until their regional manager Jay said no they won’t replace the lug nuts that their technician rounded out. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people in my life. Take your vehicle to Frank’s automotive and collision instead. They are friendly, efficient, and professional. Nothing like these people.

Kinda wanting to find a reason to go back. I am in love with the guy that works here he’s blue eyes and golden hair. Cant wait to see him again. Maybe next time I’ll get him to talk with me a little longer. I’ll keep driving by till I see it’s empty. :)))

Awesome! Did my oil change in maybe 10 mins. I had my whole car checked, vacuumed, and window washed in that time. Can’t express how happy my wife was to get in and out. She had nothing to nag me about! Which is always good. For that Cory and the guys here will have my business forever.

Great experience. All the guys here were helpful and honest. Lobby was clean and inviting. Manager I spoke with Cory was awesome. He made sure my car came out completely vacuumed, my windshield was slick and span, and my tires were all checked and verified to be good. No pressure to buy and no high school kids who could careless. All Adult employees who take pride in there efforts. I was going to Bradzoil down 46 in town but I’m definitely switching. I came in with a 3 people ahead of me and somehow I was still driving home inside 30 minutes. Here on out my faith in my cars is in these guys. I got my oil changed here by some disgusting looking bum looking guy. He walked out with his cigarette and was very blunt and rude. He smelt like cigarettes. Now my car smells like them and my husbands medical issues dont allow him to breath that stuff. To all potential customers BEWARE. When you see this man roll up the window and drive off. He was very unclean and looked as if he hadnt showered in days. Besides this one unpleasant fellow the rest of the staff were very nice and sociable. No workmanship issues just this one bottom barrel employee. I WILL BE CONTACT THE MANAGER AS SOON ASAP>

Todays vehicles and modern lubricants are far better than they were just a few years ago and changing the oil and filter every 3000 miles is a waste of money. If you use a good synthetic oil then youll have intervals of 10,000 miles and with premium synthetic one year or 25,000 miles is possible. The folks at every quick change place know this. However, their job isnt educate you, at least not to the truth. Rather, their job is to upsell you! This means that getting you to add things you dont need or dont want to your bill. Whether its an air filter, engine flush or injector cleaner, theyll do their best to get you to buy it. If you are a woman or simply dont know much

Jay and his crew have been our go-to-guys since they opened. We are always greeted with a smile! They have their routine down to the point where I never have to wait very long. Last Saturday, there were four people in front of me when I got there. All of us were out the door in less than 20 minutes. These guys know their stuff and are a great value to boot! If you live in Avery Park, you should are just across the street. Even if you live in New Braunfels or Seguin, the five minute drive might still save you time and money.

Satisfied with my oil change was fast and while the wait we ate a couple of tacos enjoyed talking to the employees they gave me a lot of information about the transmission, very great place .I can honestly say I will be back to visit valvoline express thank you for your service and happy 2year anniversary!!

Staff nice but, put the wrong weight of oil in my car. Called to inform left a message and they never returned my call.

They overtightened the drain plug on my expedition. Took my vehicle to my regular valvoline in SA upon my next oil change. They inform me this valvoline store is a sister company and of the drain plug issue as they refused to perform an oil change due to the plug being stripped out from overtightening. I will not return.
