Kim was wonderful. Did my manicure and made sure I wasnt late to work then I went back next day and had my pedicure. Very friendly and personable. And nice strong hands. Made sure I was comfortable and pleased.

This is the worst place I’ve been to in New Braunfels for my nails. I got the dip powder on my nails, they chipped/broke within a few days and the top coat came off within hours of leaving the place.Shellac on my toes, it was messy, nails polish all around the nail, the coats are see through.When I arrived one lady was screaming obnoxiously across the salon asking what services I wanted and when she started on my nails she was doing a very half effort job then proceeded to pass me off to two other workers. What usually takes an hour and a half anywhere else, took me 2 and a half hours… and there were flies everywhere. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone.

Anthony did an amazing job I will definitely come back. I had no appointment and was willing to wait and it was worth it!!! I recommend hands down the hot stone massage.

The guys are extremely rough, rushing to finish and end up cutting you or leaving your fingers red. The guy laid the UV light on top of my other hand so wasn’t careful. Did good on the ombre, do I recommend it though? No

Lily is Amazing! Today was my first experience here and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My pedicure was top of the line never have I been so relaxed I almost fell asleep till today! My nails are exactly the way I wanted them! The price was less than I expected! Totally coming back! I found my new Nail girl!!

Went to try out this place, since I have heard good reviews. They charged me $70 for a fill and they are so paper thin I will probably break them within the next couple days. I will not be going back!

Absolutely love this place! Ive been going here for over a year and highly recommend to everyone. They always greet me by name and get me seated promptly. All of the technicians are professional and talented. Besides gels or manicures, I also get my eyebrows waxed there monthly. Ive been waxing my eyebrows since 2000 and this is the best place to get your brows done. Girl Scout honor!

So I definitely loved this nail salon. I was definitely lucky to be seated so fast because 10 minutes later there was a wait.The inside is beautiful and they do the most basic awesome things like offer you a drink. If you visit their Instagram or even yelp pictures you can see how good their art is. Of course you need to find the person who actually did for a replica but its great that they have artist there.

As reluctant as I am to share my secret it about time she deserves some acknowledgement. lan at Quarry Nails is absolutely amazing.Don’t even need make up after she’s done with your lashes. AND shes the sweetest.

I think the place is GREAT. I have been going there for years, have moved out of the area and continue to go there. They do a great job, are super friendly and reasonable in cost for a manicure that cant be beat. If you want the spa experience, then go to the spa and pay for it. You get what you pay for and I think its pretty darn good. Ill be back

I’m actually really disappointed to be writing this but I believe that it Is necessary.I have used this nail salon for about 3 years now but will not be returning. So I got a gel manicure with a chrome polish on top less than 2 weeks ago. It started peeling (the gel) about 5 days in but I’ve been busy and it wasn’t terrible so I didn’t call or go in. Eventually every nail started peeling so I called yesterday to ask what the warranty was and to let them know what was happening. The front manager was nice but said “no 2 weeks is too long” and basically that they couldn’t fix it. I told him that the gel was peeling and I that I had paid ($50) LESS than 2 weeks ago for gel which was talked up to me for being durable. The guy asked me to be at the salon in 20 mins so I agreed.When I got there he asked me who did it and MADE me point out who did my nails last time. Mind you there were 5 other clients in the salon. I was so uncomfortable basically saying “hi I’m here to get my nails fixed, this is the person who did them last time.” The poor tech must of been so caught off guard bc the manager, the tech and another tech start a AUGURING right in front of me. I did not understand what they were saying but my tech obviously did not want to fix them. The manager tells me “the tech will fix them but not all of them” which is pointless to me since all of them were peeling but whatever. The three start auguring again and the manager says to me “okay next time you need to get fake nails if you want the chrome polish again” I said “why didn’t y’all tell me that before I spent $50 on a manicure that wouldn’t last?” And he just restated what he said and walked away. The problem wasn’t the chrome but the gel was peeling. I do not know why they weren’t getting that.The tech was obviously embarrassed so I told her that I would just like to have the gel taken off. She was nice and got me squared away. She did offer a new color but I did not want to pay for anything else and was uncomfortable so I declined.So I go to leave, take a picture of the sign, and a few seconds later the manager and I guess the lead tech(Lily) come to my car. They apologized and blah blah blah. I told them that I was very disappointed, uncomfortable and needed to leave because I had things to do. They kept repeating themselves over and over again. They did offer to redo the nails again but the level of unprofessional shown was astounding and steered me clear.So for summary- don’t waste your time or money here. You will regret it.

They comply with all Covid -19 guidelines and have created a very safe comfortable environment.Be sure to get the delux pedicure includes sugar scrub and mask and it’s very affordable. And ask for Peter or Lan. They’re fantastic!

Kim is the best! Ive got horrible anxiety which causes me to bite my nails until they bleed, so they were pretty short and fragile. She was concerned that putting the nails on was hurting me (it wasnt, but if it did, it was my fault anyways, not hers) and checked in to ask if it was hurting several times. The nails look fantastic and the service was outstanding. All the employees were very nice and even held a conversation with me, which hasnt been a common occurrence for me at nail salons in the past. Im getting married in a month and will definitely be going back to have them do my nails for that event :)

I needed to have a pedicure and I chose this salon. Its so wonderful! The salon had a good selection of colors to me choose. She was gentle and fun. She was quick and did a NICE job. The chairs are spotless and modern. Honestly I enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this place!

They know you by name once you come in, offer water and then provide great, relaxing service from start to finish without a crazy a la carte pricing system for scrubs, hot towels, etc. This place is as good as gets! Even my mother wished she lived in New Braunfels so this place could be her sanctuary too!

Ive been coming to NB Quarry Nails for over a 1yr and a half; I love everyone there. Lily, Allen, Zen, etc. they have helped me with feeling relaxed and welcomed everytime I come in there. Treated very nicely. Even though they were extremely busy we did not feel rushed. I thought I would need an acrylic nail added but Lilly suggested that I did not need it done. Even though it could have been more money in her pocket. She was the absolute sweetest. I dont live in New Braunfels, but when I go back to visit I will definitely make time to make an appointment and especially one with Lilly.

Messed up a very simple nail job. Solid color and a few gems on one nail was too much to ask. Sloppy, bumpy, crooked and unnatural looking.

This place was packed! Pedicure very rushed and people are seated right next to each other, no social distancing at all. Im new to the area and will never go here again!

The lady who did my sweet was rough, way too fast Pace, and extremely rude. She cut my cuticles not once, but 3 times and one of her tools stabbed me in my pinky which I now have to see a doctor about cause her station was filthy. I wouldn’t recommend at all

I had an issue with my nails I had done a week ago. It wasnt anyones fault really I just have bad nail beds from chewing for 15 years. They were very understanding a made it right. Huge thanks to Lilly for being super professional and friendly.

I am a university student nearby and love to get my nails done, one day I was running errands in this area so this was the closest location. I was a little late to my appointment and it was a busy time but I was able to be seated in 15 minutes while choosing my color. I went with the express mani/pedi and had to get some acrylics removed, and they took extra care in doing which I really appreciated.

Worst experience ever. The lady doing my pedicure cut my toe. Plus she was very rough and extremely speedy. When I complained she didnt understand what I was saying. Then a man took over and he was very rough. I want to enjoy my pedicure. Not be hurt and rushed. I told them I wasnt coming back. There are many choices and I would not recommend anyone to come to this place and get hurt. Im going to make a complaint with the state since I was cut and then they did nothing about it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Bad out weight the good at this point. Rude nail techs that won’t fix your nails when asked to. Try to tell you that it’s your nail beds or your fingers that’s the problem instead of the way they laid the artificial nail on to begin with. They throw a temper tantrum and walk away from their chair. Really unprofessional. He was on his phone the whole time checking the score for a game. Kept watching TV and not paying attention to what he was doing. Another nail tech had to go get him from watching tv while I was soaking off the dip powder. Another nail tech who was super sweet tried to fix them my nails in the end and only made them worse. The guy working the front desk refused to help me and have someone fix them. He said everyone was “too busy” to help me when I was there an hour before all the other ones. Tried to make it right by just “not charging” me and letting me walk away with horrible nails. Will never go back to this place. I’ve given them enough chances to make up for the bad experiences and I’m done. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

Was an amazing experience I took my bridal party including the 5-year-old flower girl and they treated all of us lovely we all were able to get what we wanted ended up having an amazing time and even the little girl had a great time when they were doing her nails and felt very fancy.

By far the best nail salon in town! Ive been going to NB Quarry Nails for over a year and I cant imagine stepping foot on another salon. I have a very specific and unique aesthetic when it comes to my acrylic manicure and they have never disappointed me! The owner Bill is a truly remarkable man and very talented technician. I look forward to my chats with him while having my nails filled every two weeks.

Very nice place. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. I am just so very, very sad because she took my eyebrows almost all the way of. There is a tiny, thin line of hair where my eyebrows used to be. I am still crying, three days later. Totally recommend getting a pedi and your nails done. She did a nice job on that. I just wish my daughter was young enough to use these super cute, little people pedi chairs.

Had a Chocolate Hot Rock Pedicure and it was heavenly!!!! Excellent service! Clean and friendly!!! I have limited mobility and it has excellent curbside parking and access! Frequent customer card is s plus! I am definitely gonna return!!!

Seriously the best mani/pedi Ive ever gotten.I did a normal pedicure and the services it comes with are incredible (my feet are so soft!!) and the technician also gave me an incredible massage.The gel mani was done so well and I expect it to last weeks. Love love love this place and it will definitely be my go to while in New Braufels.

My daughter and myself have been going here since it opened. We noticed it was going downhill when the new management took over but we gave them a chance. The last straw was they did my manicure and before they could finish, I asked if someone else could take a look at it because it was looking horrible. The manager came over and told me it looked fine. They told me that wouldn’t redo them and I decided to leave. They made me pay for incomplete nails and I haven’t been back since. I will never go back or recommend this place.

Got acrylic french manicure here. I was horrified by what they came out looking like. They look so thick as if they are made of playdoh. They are just plopped on like more fake looking than presson nails! I am going to have to try and file them down myself to try and make them actually look like they are growing out of my hand. Im actually embarrased for people to see my hands as they are now. I wish I could get my 50 dollars back. Feel like I was robbed. I will NEVER go back to this place!!!!

I have been to many salons and the service here is by far the best... mani and pedi!

I returned to this salon today for a fill. (They did my last fill 3 weeks ago.) When the nail stylist removed my polish, three nails had bad fungus. The nail stylist would not take off the bad nails and told me to go buy anti-fungal Med, which I did. I will never go back there.
